Fantastic experience: Unit 1 really does inspire me to visit the gym on a regular basis. Very inviting as soon as you walk through the doors with its modern industrial design throughout the building. I like the fact that it isn’t a chain business and is still able to employ a large team of experienced and friendly staff. Brilliant range of classes and up to date machines. All for a reasonable monthly rate. Definitely my best gym so far!

Fantastic experience: This place is great for training martial arts if you're bored of doing the same old workouts over and over. Beginner classes and mixed and advanced classes. Everyone is so friendly. Functional training area too and the option to do private lessons. Recently had brand new flooring to train on. Go and give it a try if you want a new hobby, some new friends, or just to change your athletic training.
