Fantastic experience: What a hidden gem! This place has so much to offer. Hubby and I came for a bit of time out, and what a lovely time we had. The relaxing floatation tank was amazing! A well needed little break to calm mind body and soul, finished off with a lush sausage roll and coffee (but their cakes look amazing too) all served by lovely staff who were so friendly and welcoming. This was a first for us but it definitely won't be the last. Can highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Finally an approach to exercise that I can get on board with. Amazingly supportive and knowledgeable team. Everyone very friendly so you never feel intimidated. Great mix of ages too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Heath club, personal training support given, small personal gym which focuses on the whole body and mind. Everyone is friendly and you feel part of the seasons family. Highly recommended
