Fantastic experience: Superb Reformer Pilates class with Sue, in a beautiful, warm, and calming atmosphere :) She is very clear and helpful at showing the moves, and motivating throughout! What really makes the difference is that there are only 4 reformers, which means a unique experience based on your needs. Definitely, one of my regular weekly classes for toning and sculpting my body! I have tried other reformer classes and nothing beats Sue's class :)

Fantastic experience: Joined here a few months ago. Gym is well equipped and good Aircon. There is also a separate studio area for classes. I particularly like the studio for its lighting so pilates classes are super chilled. The staff here are so approachable and knowledgeable. Ross is very professional and taught me some intro to lifting classes which I need to go back to at some point. All in all, this is a safe place for people of all abilities to feel confident and like they can excel in their fitness routine. Thanks to all for such a fantastic gym and amazing customer service

Negative experience: Unable to cancel membership, the app does not have the 'self managed' Part such as 'My Products ' I will be going into the gym to cancel as cannot do it any other way. Perhaps they can show me this on the app?

Fantastic experience: I go to spinning on a Thursday morning at 9.30 with Leah. I started 4 weeks ago, and have lost over half a stone already. The equipment is top notch, the instructor is brilliant and the gym is super friendly and clean and just a pleasant experience all round. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since it first opened and love it! A first rate gym with top notch equipment, friendly helpful staff and instructors and super classes. There are 40+ classes to choose from so something for everyone. A friendly, welcoming environment for anyone irrespective of age, background, fitness levels etc where the instructors and personal trainers help you achieve your goals. Nothing is too much trouble; you only have to ask! Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Moved to the area just before Christmas and needed a new gym to attend. Fuse is a great place for cardio, and free weights with a pretty good selection of machines. Staff are friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: Amazing little gym in stafford. All new equipment, basically every kind of machine you could want and then some. My girlfriend and I spent a week in stafford visiting family, and as avid gym goers wanted a place to maintain our routines. Fuse and their wonderful stuff offered a cheap weekly pass and great hours which made it hard to say no!

Fantastic experience: Decided to re join a gym post covid. It's spot on equipment is clearly high end. The app is great for keeping track of your progress. Classes are excellent especially boot camps. All the team are friendly and supportive. The thing I really like is it never feels crowded. I only go off peak and never have a problem getting on kit ect.....

The kit and aesthetics are one thing, but it's the people that make Fuse what it is. A great place to train and develop.

There is a great choice of classes at decent times throughout the day and evening and the instructors and PTs are really nice, helpful and there's always someone about if you need some tips. Fantastic experience: Big review coming through Pre moving to Stafford a couple of years ago, HIIT / Circuit training was the one fitness I ever really loved and stuck to! Since moving, nothing ever really HIIT the spot round here - pun intended I didn't stick to anything consistently for the past 2 years and lost my confidence so much in the gym, I put a bit of weight on during lockdown as most of us did! And became more lethargic in the evenings without my old classes. I was so excited when I saw Fuse opening and the classes they have to offer. The trainer's are so lovely, they don't just correct you if you're doing a technique wrong, they also praise you when you're doing well which has boosted me so much! The gym is stunning and is always kept super clean which is a biggen for me ✨ So thanks Ross & all of the team! I Highly recommend this gym, it's done more for me mentally than y'all know

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with state of the art equipment, changing rooms, shower facilities and lockers. There is also free parking so no need to panic about parking meters that place limitations on gym time. The front of house staff are very personable and welcoming. There is a studio where scheduled classes are held, including aerobic classes such as spin and more classes such as yoga and pilates. There is something for everyone, whether new to gym use or not. I received a comprehensive induction and always feel well supported by staff who are on hand. In short, easily accessible, providing equipment and classes for all abilities and with supportive staff.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member & attend twice a week. All members of staff are friendly & helpful. I never find it too busy on my off peak membership. I enjoy seeing the young lads come in after School, exercising with their mates!! A good all rounder Gym, & reasonable rates.

Fantastic experience: On the 30/3/22 I visited Fuse and absolutely wasted myself on cardio with resistance thrown in for good measure. The a weights session to finish off! I.5 hours of a solid workout which has been shared to my fellow sports people on Strava!
