Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre: Opinions
Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Tiddenfoot for a couple of years and I felt compelled to leave this review due to the excellent service provided by Skye on Friday night. After facing an issue with switching my membership over, Skye was reassuring, helpful and managed to assist me on the spot. Skye was able to assist me more in 5 minutes than Head Office have over the course of a month. Thank you so much, Skye! :)
Fantastic experience: Hello and what can I say I am more than happy joining the gym and what a lovely person Skye getting members in knowledgeable, enthusistic, helpful, as is all the team everyone really helpful and busy and active to boot no car parking fees for now, Once again when joining who ever Skye reports to you should keep her helpful and keen to please credit to your gym, Also reception team I found very respectful of course everyone has an off day but today was a top day!!! all round I will update on the facilities but they seem good enough!!! big thanks to Skye

Hi Vincent,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying your time at the gym and that Skye and the team have made such a positive impression. It's great to know that you find everyone helpful and enthusiastic. We're also pleased that the reception team has been respectful and that you had a top day with us. We look forward to hearing more about your experience with our facilities. A big thank you from all of us, especially Skye.
Best regards,
Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre
Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this leisure centre for a while now, and honestly, it's fantastic value for money. They offer a great range of fitness classes like Zumba and aqua aerobics, which I really enjoy. The best part? Classes are included in your membership! Just remember to cancel ahead of time if you can’t make it—there’s a small fee if you miss a class without giving notice. I’ve been fined twice myself but I think it’s fair. Since the classes are free, it makes sense to free up spots for others if you’re not going to attend. One of my favourite features is the small warm pool — it’s perfect for taking the kids, but I also love going solo just to relax in the warm water. There's a larger pool too. I was initially worried after reading some reviews saying it was cold, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I really dislike cold water, and I’ve found it very comfortable to swim in! Some of the facilities may feel a bit dated, but for the price, they’re more than adequate. Plus, a brand-new centre is currently in the works, which is exciting — although I’ll definitely miss having this one so conveniently close to home.By the way, I would start a petition to keep this one going!!!! The staff are truly wonderful. Skye always goes the extra mile, and Kane and Katie in the gym are super friendly and helpful. Both are fitness instructors but are always available to help those around with the machines or any advice. There’s always staff present in the gym anyway in case we need anything, contrary to other gyms I’ve been to. I am not great with names (terrible, truly ) but I can say that every interaction I’ve had has been extremely positive. The ladies at reception are always warm and very welcoming too. There’s also a small café area, which is perfect for a post-workout coffee or snack. They offer discounts for Blue Light Card holders, students (I think), and there’s also a referral program — definitely worth asking about if you’re thinking of joining. Overall, this is a fantastic community leisure centre — affordable, friendly, and full of great options. I’d absolutely recommend it!
Thank you so much, Ana, for your wonderful review. We're thrilled to hear that you find Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre to be fantastic value for money and that you enjoy our range of fitness classes. It's great to know that our warm pool and larger pool meet your expectations too. We're delighted that our staff, including Skye, Kane, and Katie, have made such a positive impression on you. Your kind words about our team and facilities mean a lot to us. We're excited about the new centre as well, but rest assured, we'll continue to provide the best experience possible. Thank you for recommending us and for being a valued member of our community. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Negative experience: Receptionists were very disrespectful and rude to us on multiple occasions when we visited, not letting us book the swimming session we wanted, the gym is very lack-luster. It is a decent pool but because of how it is managed we won’t return
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our reception team and the gym facilities. We aim to provide a welcoming environment for all our visitors, and I regret that this was not the case during your visits. Please feel free to reach out to us at www.everyoneactive.com/enquiries so we can discuss your experience further.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say what a fantastic swimming teacher Billy is (stand in teacher) he taught my son this afternoon in stage 3 and was so impressed with his thorough teaching and hands on approach . Natural teacher and natural with children.
Negative experience: Poo gym no fun in pool so sussy
Sorry to hear the gym wasn’t quite your vibe and that the pool felt a bit sussy! We aim to keep things safe, clean, and fun for everyone, but we’re always open to feedback. If you’ve got any ideas to bring the fun back, we’re all ears!
Negative experience: Fun not allowed in tiddenfoot leisure centre
We're sorry to hear you feel that way. We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, and we’re always open to feedback. If there’s anything specific you’d like to share, we’d love to hear from you directly.
Positive experience: I learnt to swim here. It was pretty ok, the small pool is alright. The big pool is pretty good, the deep end is a nice depth for underwater swimming, but its not clean at all on the pool floor. I'd recommend to not stand on it or you'll get someone's used plaster stuck to your foot.
Fantastic experience: the kind people at reception today 15th April let myself and my son use the showers as our electric went at home, thank you
Thank you for your kind words! We're really glad we could help you and your son out, our team is always happy to support the community
Positive experience: I find here everything that I need and I have my favourite fitness club, body pump on Mondays. Always excited to come ❤️
Thanks so much! We’re glad Body Pump Mondays are a highlight for you. See you next class!
Fantastic experience: Good gym place. Signed up for 12 months and you actually pay for 10 months. Like the sauna and steam room. A variety of classess and overall well worth the membership
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the gym, the sauna and steam room, and the variety of classes we offer. It’s also great to know you appreciate the value of the 12-month membership offer. We’re happy to have you as part of our community and look forward to supporting you on your fitness journey!
Fantastic experience: Duty manager Janetta was very welcoming and super helpful .
Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re so pleased to hear that Janetta made you feel welcome and was able to assist you. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words—she’ll be delighted! We hope to see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre, fantastic swim teachers and a amazing feel of community.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the leisure centre and especially glad to know our swim teachers are making a positive impact. Creating a welcoming community feel is really important to us, so it means a lot to hear that reflected in your experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Negative experience: Baby pool is broken practically every weekend so my daughter never gets to do her swimming lesson. Oh and they rarely tell you in advance so you only find out after you have driven there. Complete and utter waste of time. As others have said even when rarely functional the place is utterly disgusting.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the teaching pool issues and lack of advance notice. The technical problems with the air handling system have now been resolved, and regular maintenance is in place to help prevent future disruptions. We also take cleanliness seriously and are working to improve. Thanks for your feedback, please reach out if we can assist further.
Negative experience: Been a bit disgruntled with my current gym after many years due a refurbishment that has changed a lot of equipment Decided to change gym so I dropped in to Tidenfoot to sign up for the gym Saturday early evening I walked into the reception and smiled at the receptionist (young lady ith brown hair)and said hello but I then then realised she was on the phone but not talking (she was not taking so assume she may have been on hold) so I waited. She did not acknowledge I was there let alone smile When eventually she did acknowledge I was (approx 90 seconds later ) there she said word for word abruptly "who are you here to see"...no greeting, smile or anything else. I asked her about the gym opening times. She again abruptly said word for word "closes at 7.30" and looked down again Is this the normal customer service here? I won't be joining the gym to find out If the owner wants to contact me I am very happy to give more details and verify this happened - even in person if needed
Fantastic experience: Using the gym for a longe time and recommend it to everyone who love to be active and fresh as you will get full package by enter ... gym , swim, sauna and different classes as you wish ..friendly staff who always welcoming
Negative experience: Very dated leisure centre with alot of faulty stuff, including water station, weight machines and yet the membership fees have increased again.
Positive experience: I've only used the pool at this leisure centre. Pool and facilities were clean. Not too busy in the early morning time slot either for lane swimming.
Positive experience: It's like my 2nd home! Love the staff, the fellow members and the fitness classes.
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service at the desk and the fitness instructors too. Very clean changing room and showers too. Yes, I'm a very happy customer. Enjoy and looking forward to my gym visits and aqua aerobics.
Negative experience: Worst gym in Leighton buzzard by far
Negative experience: Worst gym in leighton buzzard Booking system is a joke People under 16 can't use free weights Everything is broken
Negative experience: Toilet is so disgusting. In the whole centre there is only one ladies and it smells horrible. So filthy and gross!!!
Negative experience: I have a subscription to this gym for almost 1 year, I'm not satisfied at all, until you go to them on Saturday morning to tell them to make way for the sauna, they don't open it, there's always something broken, it costs too much for the quality that they don't offers it, I will cancel the subscription.
Fantastic experience: Well organized, reasonably priced ,clean center with a pool. The pool and squash courts ,sauna and steam room were superb. A big thank you to Jeanette for being so professional, friendly and helpful.
Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting swimming pool. Dirt, filth, infestation and people in their dirty shoes around the pool . Wouldn’t let my dog swim there let alone kids.
Positive experience: I have just returned to using the gym following a 2-year hiatus. The equipment is much the same and in reasonably good condition. The sauna and steam room are also well maintained. I have to take issue with the music that is played in the gym and changing room both for its content and volume. I understand there may be a need for music playing in the gym to provide motivation and energy, but why is it also in the changing rooms and at such high volume? The music genres are dire and repetitive; more suited to a disco or club aimed at the under-30s than a gym. I would use headphones to play my own choices but the volume would have to be so high to overcome the background ambient that it would be an unhealthy option. There is nothing wrong with playing music in the gym but please let us have some variety and at a lower volume. There is no need whatsoever to play music in the changing rooms. Thanks.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff. It's good value for money
Negative experience: Swimming pool changing rooms are dire. Absolutely filthy. We visited two days in a row and saw the same dirt on the changing room doors and cubicles. Does anyone do a regular thorough clean in the pool or gym changing rooms?? Both are disgusting and a health hazard. We have reported to environmental health. Everyone Active need to invest in basic upgrading of facilities prior to inviting new members. Very poor.
Positive experience: Changing rooms dirty.
Fantastic experience: Amazing swimming pool for adults and a dedicated pool for children
Positive experience: Had a lovely swim in the pool
Positive experience: Friendly helpful staff but the changing showers are often broken
Fantastic experience: We had a great family swim here on a Sunday afternoon. A lovely, well kept main pool.
Fantastic experience: Very positive experience for my first class. Loved every bit if it
Negative experience: Very poor management at this swimming pool. After the cancellation of swimming my money still went from my account for another 2 months. Reported FROUD Please check your account after cancellation your membership.
Negative experience: Pool seems to be closed more often than it is open, and they will call you about 15 minutes before your booked session which isn’t useful if you are already on your way there.
Fantastic experience: Had a great inflatable party today at Tiddenfoot… Lucy looked after our Birthday party of 9 year olds very well and kids all had an amazing time. (Bring your own) party food afterwards in one of the studios. All staff very helpful and friendly… thank you!
Positive experience: Decent leisure centre for its age. Serves a purpose and staff are generally happy to help and assist. Good services and options for exercise.
Negative experience: Just had a call at 1.10pm to say 2pm swimming session cancelled today. 3 very disappointed children and Nanny. A bit last minute! Account credited but not the point. Had times when session doesn't start on time and then cut short by as much as 20min. Be nice if it went a little smoother Tiddenfoot. Local families enjoy their swim time.
Fantastic experience: I went today for my induction with Luke, he was very helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely be going again and hopefully regularly, the gym has a nice atmosphere and I highly recommend this gym! Thank you Luke and thank you Tiddenfoot! The renovation is also superb, it looks great!
Negative experience: Well the new ownership seems to have resulted in a thunderous explosion of chaos! Having booked badminton a week in advance we were then called 2 hours before to say that badminton is not open on Bank Holidays! (Why book it in and take our money!?) We re-booked a couple of weeks later, checked-in (eventually due to chaos at reception) and walked to the hall to find it locked. We walked back to reception to be told by a different person that it was closed for examinations!? We begrudgingly accepted the offer of a squash court instead, and after 5 mins were kicked off due to another booking!? It's like the Fawlty Towers of Leisure Centres.
Negative experience: Avoid this gym at all costs. If Poundland ever designed gyms, it would be Tiddenfoot. It’s poorly maintained, the booking system is a joke, your lucky if you get on to a class and if you do, you’ll be lucky if it isn’t cancelled at the last moment and the joke is, you’ll still be penalised because their antiquated booking system, appalling customer services (if someone bothers to reply to email or voicemail) and substandard management. If you’re looking for a gym that does classes, has decent staff and you want to swim, then avoid this cattle shed of a gym.
Negative experience: First time ever writing a critical review on anything here but it needs to be said. The swimming pool facilities here are disgusting. Went for an afternoon swim session here. The changing rooms/changing village were disgusting and dirty, especially the floor. I looked around my changing cubicle and noticed that parts of it were covered in a film of brown dirt residue and had obviously not been cleaned regularly if at all. The floor was covered in dirt and grime. I took my stuff and left without even beginning to get changed. If the changing rooms are that bad I won't be going anywhere near any floors barefoot or exposing myself to the pool. You can't run facilities like this without strict hygiene practices. I know it's old and I wasn't expecting it to be brand new and gleaming, but I was expecting it to be cleaned and maintained to the best of the providers' ability. So poor and disappointing. It's a shame as it's the only pool in town.
Positive experience: I used to swim here every week until 2020. It was cold and the changing rooms were dirty but it was the only place to swim properly in Leighton Buzzard. I would like to come back to swimming regularly and signed up for a lane swim last week. I enjoyed the swimming it made me feel good but the whole experience was quite stressful. The car park was rammed with more than 10 cars sitting waiting for spaces. I parked in the residential street opposite. The reception was chaotic with a queue because people were saying they had booked but they weren't on the system. The changing rooms were cleaner if a bit tired, but definitely better and the pool was a good temperature. I booked the slow lane as I hadn't swum for a while which was fine until the swimming club people decided to use it because the fast lanes were too busy. They didn't swim in time with the other swimmers in the lane, doing their own thing and expecting people to get out of their way. I decided I would give it another try this week as I really would like to swim regularly but can't get booked in. It takes ages to get logged in and have had to change my password several times even though I had entered the correct information and when I have got logged in the lanes are booked up, even a week in advance. Sadly I don't think I will be returning, it's supposed to be an enjoyable pastime but in reality it's just stressful!
Fantastic experience: Joined this month. Great gym and pool. Good classes although would like to see more as they get booked up super quickly. Everyone is super friendly! And the membership is great value for money.
Negative experience: I take my toddler to swimming lessons here. The pool changing rooms are beyond disgusting, they're grim - muddy and hairy, they look like they've not been thoroughly cleaned in years. The lock for the accessible toilet hasn't worked for several weeks. They also only have about 8 showers, several of which don't work. The teaching is very variable; it depends on which teacher you get. The app is unusable, and every CSA tries to make you use it. To change lessons, it took 15 mins and 3 staff members after I proved the app wouldn't work. The price is competitive for the area but well over what I paid in Bristol.
Negative experience: The changing rooms are not very clean and could definitely do with an upgrade but it's the only swimming pool in this area so we don't have much choice
Fantastic experience: Good local leisure centre facilities which include sauna and steam room, 25m pool as well as smaller, warmer children's pool. Gym has some good equipment and the monthly cost is less than other council gyms.
Negative experience: Friendly but very tired. I know it is going to be replaced but in the meantime a tiny bit of maintenance on the squash court is well overdue. I have now been playing here for more than a year. The taoecia pealing in the same place. More lights have failed and the holes in tge front walks are worse. Please do some basic maintenance!
Positive experience: Plenty of things to do, 2x pools, different courts and they have a sauna and steam room
Fantastic experience: Good local leisure centre facilities which include sauna and steam room, 25m pool as well as smaller, warmer children's pool. Gym has some good equipment and the monthly cost is less than other council gyms.
Fantastic experience: I went this swimming pool yesterday with my baby...the environment and the service is really good..recommended
Fantastic experience: Great hour in the small pool with two of my Grandchildren. Lovely pool to teach in.
Positive experience: Lovely place to swim, friendly staff, would recommend
Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my time there.
Fantastic experience: I love the classes. Lots of space as Covid-19 regulations, keep it that way.
Fantastic experience: Great to be back in the pool after foot surgery, everything very clean. All staff friendly and going out of there way to help with my rehab and accessing the facilities.
Fantastic experience: Great place for family swim and swimming lessons. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, nice gym, I enjoy it :)
Fantastic experience: Meh
Fantastic experience: Well managed.
Fantastic experience: I love the classes. Lots of space as Covid-19 regulations, keep it that way.
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, nice gym, I enjoy it :)
Fantastic experience: My wife is registered blind and all the equipment is easy to see for her, very interactive and engaging! Excellent facilities, would definitely recommend at £30/month for two memberships (£32 for one)
Positive experience: Could do with a facelift to be honest a bit dated but still fair price for swimming and gym parking is good
Fantastic experience: It was a great swim after not being able to go for a few days because of work
Fantastic experience: I did my first yoga class today at tiddenfoot which was very good, paul is a very good teacher and very friendly as were all the staff i came into contact with, the leisure centre is also so well organised, i am so happy to have joined.
Fantastic experience: Great staff and atmosphere, I also use the creche, my toddler absolutely adores it.
Positive experience: Visited first time after they reopened following easing of lockdown rules. Felt safe and good to see measures put in place for social distancing with one way systems.
Fantastic experience: Love this leisure centre! Not the biggest gym area but perfect for swimming and classes if you prefer those things (I do) and conveniently located for locals. Very clean and Covid secure. The online booking system is easy to use and a good idea to stop the place getting too busy and keeping it clean. Class instructors are fabulous, full of energy and keeping us healthy in these weird times. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Thank you to all the staff at Tiddenfoot for reopening in a really organised and safe way and yet feeling so welcoming and friendly. In particular thank you to the swimming instructors for being extra kind to the kids after a long time away from the pool. Your positivity and enthusiasm is really appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work!
Fantastic experience: Excellent little lake... With plenty of fish. Depending on the time you go.. Most of the banks are taken by fisherman. But still few spots to sit and wonder at nature... Plenty of walk or jog... Great for kids and family.. Very nice areas to have a picnic. There is a canal along side.. And plenty of trees for those animal enthusiasts. Would recommend everyone to take a trip here at some point!
Negative experience: The lady serving at the costa counter today was so rude, her customer service manner was shocking. Very disappointing and a let down to the leisure centre itself.
Negative experience: Came here for a Costa coffee, seems they cannot do a Latte, so went without, when asked why not, girl said I am not a barista.
Positive experience: My son and I used the main pool for the first time here today. The receptionist was polite, helpful and friendly. The pool was a good size and temperature, not too hot and not too cold. Like most council run/part run pools the floors could be cleaner and the grout in some areas of the changing rooms could do with a bleach. The showers are communal but hot and changing rooms are a decent size. All in all it was good value for money and I will go again.
Positive experience: Have just been informed that membership prices are going up to £31 from April 2019 but not sure what the increase will cover exactly. The gym is pretty well equipped, but there's always at least one machine out of action and it takes a little while for them to get fixed. At the time of writing, the leg abductor's been out of action for a week, and there's an upright bike that also needs repairing. I'm not 100% sure if there's any air conditioning which makes a 30 minute run harder than it should be. Also, is there any chance of getting a stair climber in? It might be the only machine that's missing. As a member, the squash courts are £5.50 for 40 minutes... and they could do with some TLC as they're starting to look a bit sorry for themselves. With regards to the pool, the changing rooms can be pretty grim. There are signs up about using shoe covers but I regularly see staff without them, so the general public don't wear them either - it's not nice to walk on bare foot. I'm not sure how often they're checked, but I don't recall seeing them cleaned. Overall, I think it can be good value for money if you use the pool regularly. I've used it a couple of times this year, but the temperature and changing facilities put me off. There's an Energie around the corner which is cheaper (either £24.99 or £29.99), for those not wanting or needing a pool... I'm starting to consider it. + Overall, good amount and range of gym equipment (though missing a stair climber) + Pool and sauna / steam room is included in membership fee - Squash courts are not included with membership and could use some investment. - The pool's changing rooms are, quite often, filthy. - The gym's air conditioning is either not on or barely working. Update: I've since left Tiddenfoot, and joined Energie.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant leisure centre, staff are so lovely, really happy with the facilities. I use the gym weekly and the swimming pool weekly with my children for the last few years, and we’ve always had great experiences. Always been happy with cleanliness. Repeat customer here!
Negative experience: Shocking and very disappointed! Took my 2 kids swimming and then was made to get out of the pool (after paying for 2 kids) and was told one adult can't take more than one kid swimming at a time!! No wonder Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre is rated below average.
Negative experience: The changing room floors are always wet and grimy, no wonder people always wear their shoes as they dont want to catch something! The showers are stained yellow with body fat and it's clear they have never been cleaned. There is black mould all over the grout both in the showers and the pool. The pool filter is always clogged up with plasters and there is suspicious items floating around in it. Made 2 complaints one 3 weeks ago and no attempt has been made to make any changes, complained to management and told them I will not be returning and all I got was a sorry. Half the pool was closed quite often due to staff shortages and staff training often takes place during the peak of the day when its busiest, meaning there is often no room to swim. The price increased to £4.50 per swim which is not acceptable given the state of the place! Lifeguards and other staff have also expressed that they would not actually want to swim in there. What a disgrace!
Negative experience: Horrible place. Most of the staff are rude and facilities are poor. Management dose not care about customer satisfaction and safety (can't even implement and police their own pool safety rules i. e. no bombing - accident waiting to happen) Instead they regularly close public swim eriler due to privet hire or half of the pool is closed due to the staff shortage....list goes on. So you pay full membership and they limit when you can actually swim- rip off. Line swimming set up is terrible : there are no proper hard plastic swimming lines- just flimsy ropes with floats. Often only 1 lane opened during public swim - absolute joke!
Positive experience: Lovely swimming for our two little ones
Fantastic experience: Had a great evening at aqua aerobics tonight, great class with Holly, can highly recommend, very professional, 7.30 - 8.15 ( Wednesday's) come along and have some fun!!
Negative experience: Poor service for members, booking system is rubbish, pool is booked out so often that it is rare that members can use it... gym is often overcrowded and air conditioning is not on. Feedback is ignored.
Negative experience: Booked squash courts on 2 separate occasions, both times turned up and was told the booking hadn’t been secured so court was double booked. Apparently an issue with the booking system. Poorly managed and receptionist admitted that staff don’t have the right training on booking system. An utter shambles.
Negative experience: I am enjoying my time spent here but this review is for their dodgy cancellation system. I cancelled two classes and my account was clear. I've now been charged for one class cancellation fee as it didn't cancel properly on their side and no polite offer to take a view!!! Take screen shots when you cancel classes or you'll get charged if you have no proof.
Negative experience: Not air conditioned like it states. Changing rooms are grim and need a gallon of bleach and and a pressure wash. Never enough car parking spaces for the demand and they refuse to do anything about the students that park there or the people that park in the car park when there is an event at the school. Far too many people in the space at any one time especially on a Tuesday after school.
Positive experience: The Gym is nice, good equipment. It's not the biggest so can get very busy. What's hugely frustrating is the lack of parking, when going after work on weekdays, it's very difficult to find a parking space.
Negative experience: Sauna wasn’t hot. Staff member didn’t know they do have foam soap in toilets? Maybe she didn’t want me to use their soap? .....And finally on leaving, I tried to leave feedback with member of staff only to have another staff member possibly senior, abruptly shouting to cut/stop me talking. The younger staff member apologied on her behalf and asked what I wanted to say. I felt unwelcome and didn’t wish to talk to them so I just walked off, don’t think I will be purchasing membership in a leisure club where at least one staff member may be racially prejudice to a brown skinned brother. Shame really as Niel, a duty manger was very polite when showing me around and the gym pool and sauna (when on!) seemed great, but that lady shouting indirectly at myself has put me off. She was in her late fifties disappointing really.... Congratulations! Your plan worked! This British Punjabi will go else where where all staff are more knowledgable and more racially diverse.
Fantastic experience: Rare now that you can can you as you go in a gym but I enjoy that flexibility at tiddenfoot. Good gym that's well equipped.
Negative experience: Water in the pool is always freezing
Negative experience: Phoned too organise a birthday party for my son and I'm told you can only book weekdays as only 1 person that deals with them! Most people work weekdays!
Negative experience: Phoned the centre this morning 29-1-2016 and asked if the sauna was open. I was told it was. I had the misfortune of hurting my back three weeks ago. needed to use a sauna to heat up before exercising. When I arrived, all the way from Dunstable, I was informed that it was for members only! If I paid £80.00 to become a member, I could use it. I even offered to pay twice the going rate. It must be the most expensive sauna outside of London. Over an hours round trip for nothing! Thanks for nothing, so much for community spirit.
