Fantastic experience: is Gym Central still open? if so how much is it?

Fantastic experience: Not a big gym but got everything you need for a good workout,only 5 pound a session and the lady who owns the gym is lovely,gave me a fob so could come in and out of the gym when I pleased

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since the big move from the old gym (topflight). I remember back then that I was scared trying a new setting of the gym as a lady as people can get rude but Gym central was amazing like it’s owner (Caroline) helping me in as a lady who wants to get fit at the same time for finding my peace in a hour. Members were great too, the gym is old skool, people say it’s small but all you need to get toned and fit is in this building (no insta influencers). It may not have some cardio equipment but it has some tools for HIIT cardio. The best part is you can play ur own music too and a fob key to let yourself in. Recommended to everyone who wants to find a quiet me time moment and at the same time get fit

Fantastic experience: There is a lot to like about this gym. It's small but there is plenty of equipment, it's locally situated in a residential area of town, the owner is always available for advice and is an experienced trainer, it's accessible all the time to members with the use of a key fob, there is a ladies only session in the week, there is no pressure to be contracted to a year's membership. For me it's ideal.

Fantastic experience: I've been at Gym Central for almost a year, and it perfectly fits my needs. It's friendly, with decent equipment, and most likely the best value for money gym in the area. I've had knee surgery in the past and it has the leg machines I need. As it's in the town, it's only short walk away from my place, and opening times are flexible, which is perfect.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym ! It's compact but has everything you need for your workout. It's soo much more than a gym, it's like a family. The gym is located in the centre of town and there is always street parking available. I wouldn't go anywhere else !

Fantastic experience: I have been a gym member at this gym, Caroline and Steve are very knowledgable approachable helpful, this is truly a brilliant gym where you are made to feel welcomed as part of the gym family. Overall excellent

Fantastic experience: Love our small, people friendly gym. Such a chilled vibe. Members are so helpful supporting eachother and also new comers too. The gym offers PT sessions with Steve and advice and guidance on nutrition. We also run off site Pilates classes and Sports massage therapy. There is a proper friends and family spirit here. Come by and see for yourself. £5 for a day pass £25 per month membership.

Fantastic experience: Very nice professional people I started the gym a week a go not knowing how to do work out routines etc steve helped me by showing me a few things the gym is also really clean and has everything there I need to train couldn't ask for a nicer place to train or a friendlier atmosphere
