Fantastic experience: I go every Sunday to the SheLift Class coached by Jamie. It’s a great class. I’m learning so much and the team offer a holistic approach looking at my health, weight, fitness goals etc. I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Fitlab23 has such a friendly, community atmosphere, where you know everyone by name. The app makes booking classes and managing your membership easy. Classes are intense but the vibe is so motivating, you can’t help but give it your all every time!

Fantastic experience: Every single person at Fitlab is so unbelievably kind and encouraging. They celebrate every little win with you and are right there pushing you through the tough days. It's making even the most reluctant exerciser (me!) feel welcome and motivated. If I have to work out anywhere, it’s definitely going to be here.

Fantastic experience: I've never been one for sports or exercise, but a few years ago, I decided it was time to make a change. I started running, and while it was tough at first, I slowly but surely built up my endurance, completing 6 marathons and an ultra in just 24 months! But I knew I needed to take my fitness to the next level, so I turned to Fitlab23 - in the heart of North West London and it's been a total game-changer. At first, I'll admit I was a bit intimidated. The workouts are intense and there's no denying that it can be tough. But you know what? That's what makes it so rewarding. Fantastic experience: L.O.V.E this place!! Whether you're starting out new or looking to be challenged, fitlab23 is the place to be! Amazing coaches who are passionate and truly care for you to help push you to achieve your personal goals. Not only are they engaging and keep you motivated, they're attentive and will make sure everyone's form is correct. No-one gets left behind. The classes are always a great vibe and high energy, even at 6am in the morning, with a fire playlist. Everyone is so lovely and supportive, making such a fun and very welcoming environment from the moment you step through the door. Would highly recommend, wish I could give 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I had never done strength training before and came across the classes here, and now I’m addicted! The classes are always different (so you never get bored) and there’s always such a fun vibe - definitely not like your average gym! There’s a nice and encouraging community and most importantly, I have seen real results from my training here - I started as a total newbie and have seen myself growing in strength (and confidence) Also, Bee makes the best post-workout drinks!!

Fantastic experience: Such a dope private gym for the COMMUNITY. Love what H and B have built especially for women to feel comfortable lifting as light or as heavy as your body allows. Facilities are clean and all that you need to feel comfortable showering before heading to work or whereever. Good location with parking. Well equipped with squat racks, air bikes, dumbells, benches and punching bags. Classes are always high energy and all the participants are a community looking out for each other motivating each other to achieve their own personal goals. LOVE THIS GYM!!

Fantastic experience: Attending classes at FitLab23 has been one of my highlights of 2022. I was always very nervous to lift weights in mainstream gyms on my own - I wasn’t sure about posture or form and didn’t want to injure myself. Henry has not only given me the confidence to lift weights on my own inside and outside of his classes but I have been able to smash many personal bests and in turn lost weight and become so much stronger. Henry is very attentive and comes around to all in the class making sure our form is correct and if not guiding us to fix our posture. Henry always motivates and pushes us to be our best! The classes are always great vibes with great music and the girls in class are always friendly and always encourage and cheer each other on. There’s free parking and showering facilities which makes it easy to workout before going into the office. Also, they make the best juices and protein balls which are always a great addition after a class!

Fantastic experience: Started FitLab in the summer 2022 and my experience to date has been phenomenal! I had very little confidence or experience using weights, as I felt nervous using them at the mainstream gym I attend. I constantly question myself and wondered whether I was doing it right. Luckily at FitLab, Henry provides guidance to ensure your form is correct, he also adjusts your posture which is really useful. I’ve been able to use his advice outside of FitLab and apply confidentiality when working out in a mainstream gym. Another bonus has been exceed my personal expectations and goals, I feel strong thanks to Henry constantly encouraging and motivating me to do my best. His vibrant and contagious energy is unreal. I absolutely love the sense of community and camaraderie amongst all of the amazing ladies that attend. At FitLab there’s free parking, very convenient and a lovely lounge space where we can all catch up before and after classes. Bee makes yummy treats, the protein balls and juices are great. She also prepares pre or post workout beverages, which are delicious. Would highly recommend FitLab, no matter your shape, size or fitness level you’re guaranteed an outstanding personalised workout with premium equipment, hosted by experienced trainers!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend FitLab23 enough! If you’re looking to get into strength and conditioning training for the first time, FitLab23 is the place to be. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I’ve seen a number of improvements in many different ways. Love the classes, love the staff and the community here.

Fantastic experience: Boxing training with Sel and Steve is excellent. Great for fitness, health and confidence. Good for people of all levels of skill and experience. I highly recommend popping down to the venue on a Wednesday evening 8pm-9pm.

The quality of the classes are A1, the members are amazing and the trainers are top tier. Fantastic experience: My favourite place to train. No other place like this in North West LDN!! Where do I even begin? The gym studio is filled with premium equipment ranging from assault bikes, punch bags and 4(yes, 4!!) power racks! Henry is a qualified instructor and attentive to helping you achieve your fitness goals. He’s always willing to take the time to talk through any issues you may have and ensure you are getting results from your efforts. The workouts are never dull and will challenge everyone from gym beginners to gym veterans! There is a real sense of community and teamwork between everyone and you will definitely not lack motivation in any of these classes! Post-workout there are very clean massage and shower facilities for you to refresh/recover. You can even grab a freshly made cold-pressed juice at The Good Juice London(on-site juice bar) as a pre/post-workout boost! Good vibes. Good people. Good juice. Great workout.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great gym, it has all the facilities with a great club type vibe. The boxing club on monday evening is a blast, would definitely recommend trying it out!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with fitlab for 6 years now and have seen it go from a personal training group to a community and brand. Over these 6 years there has never been a dull workout, Henry constantly keeps you engaged and keeps things fresh. I have trained with him in the outside in the freezing cold before he built the new gym and this is a testiment to the workouts being so wicked - you would do it in minus degrees! Fitlab has allowed me to build friendships and train with a beautiful group of ladies who always build eachother up and encourage and support one another in and outside of the gym and this for me, the community that has been built has been one of the most positive aspects... The new gym has been made with its members in mind. It's new, fresh, clean and feels like home. The showers are beatuful, the juice bar is the bang bang and the therapists are amazing. Could not rate fitlab 23 any higher if I tried!

Fantastic experience: Fitlab 23 hands down one of the best gyms in Wembley. The classes are small, so it feels more like a boutique gym. The womens only classes are great, and they even have one for Kids, which it’s great for parents. I love the fact they have a juice bar as well, it’s really handy for after your work out.

Fantastic experience: Fitlab23 is not for the faint hearted. The aim is to move with intent and to consistently push our limits. Henry works exceptionally hard to ensure we have top quality workout sessions which are tailored to each of our goals. His commitment and service to the people/community is incredibly inspiring. We have the sweetest Bee who makes incredible juices at The Good Juice (Juice Bar). You will be sure to grab a thirst-quenching juice after an intense session or after a relaxing massage! The entire studio is such a vibe. From the lights, the dope music (JA BA DA – YEE), the equipment, the little cushions, the list is never ending… I am very fortunate to belong to a group of amazing ladies. We strike to evolve both mentally and physically whilst having fun in the process!

It also has the added bonus of a warm and welcoming juice bar named The Good Juice, that has a variety of top notch flavours and detox packages. I never leave the gym without having one for the road! Overall FitLab23 is hands down the best gym in Wembley - if not London!

Great choice of music and the atmosphere is very calming. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Has a massage room so you wanna get a massage after your workout, and they also do healthy juices to get you started on your healthy journey. So you wanna get your body right and tight this is the place for you. Highly HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the Best gym’s I have very been to. In very long time. The staff are very professional. The Trainer’s highly experienced and the gym itself is clean and very welcoming I can’t recommend it enough. Oh and the juices from The juice bar is to die for.
