Fantastic experience: Incredible! Had been out of training for some while and I couldn't have asked for a better way back than APG! The classes are challenging and rewarding - but are scaled to push your own limits - the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and the community is second to none. Whether you are a seasoned gym go-er or someone looking to dip their toe into something new - I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Cracking CrossFit gym best in the area. Coaches are very knowledgeable and they are the best! They make the workouts fun and push you when they think you can go heavier on weights or faster on a that last run, they really make the gym a fantastic workout location. The classes are so varied and are achievable for any fitness level. Everyone makes you feel so welcome, APG is all about community first and that makes a real difference. Great fridge selection of drinks and food for after that hard workout.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad APG exists! A positive community vibe that makes me look forward to a workout. I don’t know how they only get nice people to join as members. The coaching is brilliant. I’ve never been to a 6am class before where everyone is somehow in a great mood- all because of the coaches and lovely members.

Fantastic experience: As a newbie to CrossFit, APG had been extremely welcoming. The programming is varied and coaches are extremely knowledgeable. The community that has been created is one of support, enthusiasm and determination. I’m comfortable to ask for help from a fellow class goer or ask a coach for a breakdown. Highly highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I am very new to CrossFit and have only been attending classes since July. It's been fantastic, all the coaches are excellent and if you cannot do something due to injury, there are always adaptations. I was nervous going in as expected everyone to be pros but everyone is lovely and welcoming and very supportive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly recommend APG to anyone and everyone whatever level of fitness you are. The coaches here are amazing and can scale any movement down or up for you to make it accessible for all. Talking about the coaches, couldn't have better people representing them, every coach is experienced, caring and fun to be around. The members making up the community are also just as welcoming, the nicest people you will meet from every background will make you feel like you belong. My best and lifelong friends have been made through CrossFit and I am so lucky that so many are located in one place, love you all. The facilities are all brand new so super clean, really good natural light makes the gym a really bright place to be. The equipment is also all brand new, clean and covers pretty much anything you will need. Programming is really well tuned as well, I have been doing CrossFit for over 5 years now and in the couple months since the gym opened I and me moving here, I have seen huge improvements that I have not seen in the previous year. Varied, challenging and fun.

Fantastic experience: APG has flourished since opening. With an experienced, friendly and creative coaching team they have built a beautiful gym that caters for all. I am enjoying the mix of coaching styles from all-out energy and fun to some more serious moments to drill technique whilst still maintaining the enjoyment in training together. Thoroughly recommend APG if you're considering starting a new fitness venture or if you're an experienced athlete looking for a program that will challenge you and continue to teach you - there are options to suit everyone.

Fantastic experience: APG fitness gym is the best gym with the best coaches in this area. You might invest into new car or house- but you will need your body for much longer- invest into yourself!!! Experienced coaches -Max, Ash and Nicky will assist you with their passion to achieve your goals. „Age is just a number”- you can get fit and strong at any age

Fantastic experience: CrossFit APG will be a gym to watch! A community driven by likeminded individuals that enjoy CrossFit, but are always there for a laugh. The coaches here are highly trained, very supportive of personal goals and will always help you achieve more than you think is possible! This gym has an incredible atmosphere, with respectful, strong and supportive individuals, coaches and members alike. Head coach Max has incredible knowledge of CrossFit, gymnastics and weightlifting, bringing this to a gym will mean precision programming and coaching from all aspects!

Fantastic experience: Superb environment, very clean and very functional. Such a great vibe and environment has been created to cater for everyone. Amazing variety of classes are available to workout with like minded people or just have company with great music to work out with and push you to achieve your goals no matter how big or small they are. Everyone is treated the same whether you are a new member or one of the old stand everyone is so open and welcoming. The coaches have such a wide variety of expertise and are more than willing to help you improve and get you moving no matter how fast or slow. Such a great place and a definite must visit if visiting in the Cambridge area and into your fitness!

Fantastic experience: APG Fitness has great coaches and an amazing community feel! No matter the level everyone is welcome. The space is nice to train in, clean and neat. Plus it’s dog friendly so it doesn’t really get better than that! I couldn’t recommend it enough!
