Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. No response to email about hall enquiry for a month despite multiple follow ups. I even went into the club 5 times to see if I could speak with someone about my enquiry as their phone line does not work - each time being told that the person I need to speak with isn’t available, and is known for not responding to emails on time. The one time I did manage to catch this person face to face, they seemed completely uninterested and said they would call me the next morning - It is now 2 days later and there is still no response. This is an absolutely horrible way to operate a business, and I would not recommend anyone to go through what I did. As we have found, there are better alternatives in and around Watford which are nicer, cleaner and do not smell. Please re-evaluate the way you operate. Not responding to enquiries on either email address you advertise on your website is shocking. Even more shocking is the fact that everyone who works there is aware of this issue and cannot do anything about it.

Positive experience: Good venue, bar area is tight though. It's a bit of a scrum to get a Lime and Soda! The staff are friendly though and do a good job of filtering everybody through in order.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities to play football, very welcoming and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a team to join.. And they have a NFL team that plays there...

Positive experience: Sadly like most lower grass root football clubs hasnt had the money put into it.great location big space . Needs a freshen up . Looks old and ran down. It's a real shame

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the lack of helpfulness I received. Wanted to book this place for my daughter 1st birthday and there was an excuse for every single request I had made. Ridiculous

Negative experience: Very disappointed our family paid good money to book this place ourfamily had to put our own table and chairs out and the excuse was the person never turn up I think they should make a payment back to Mrs C Evans on the loss of her husband

Fantastic experience: Went there for a friend's wedding reception. Great bar, reasonably priced. It's got a good area for a dance floor and a stage for a DJ or speeches etc. Toilets were clean, staff were friendly. Nice area out the back for the smokers but this closes around 10-10:30 pm (don't quote me on this as the bar had been put through its paces) but smokers can then go out the front. It's got a good sized carpark (didn't use that owing to the reasonably priced bar). Taxis are local so if you prefer not to drive, no probs. It's only about 5 mins taxi ride from Watford Junction Station.

Fantastic experience: Loved this place 1. Sufficient parking place 2. Great playground attached 3. We came here to attend a community get together 4. Great bar with all possible drink options 5. Facilities are good and sufficient seating arrangements Overall, a nice place for any event to accommodate approximately 100 people.

Positive experience: Plenty of parking served at bar promptly the staff wouldn't let people push in plenty of room in the hall for functions with room for children to play

Positive experience: Some may say tired but I would say authentic. Welcoming and friendly staff helped celebrate a dear friends birthday in a large traditional social club and it was brilliant night! The clubhouse atmosphere, use of a kitchen, fully stocked bar and clean accessible toilets made it a good all round evening.
