Fantastic experience: Ben first helped me with my diet back in November 2016 whilst I was recovering from surgery and needed help to maintain my weight at that time. Since then I have had personal training sessions with him on a weekly basis at Strength Asylum Gym and can honestly say my body shape has changed for the better. He pushes me and ensures my form is always correct! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change their body and get fit!
