Bootcamp is our group training program. Join a supportive and friendly women's only fitness community and get involved in our fun, challenging and rewarding group fitness program suitable for everyone.
Working with a personal trainer individually or in a small group, your training is customised around you and based on your goals, fitness levels and injury history with a coach that keeps you accountable and pushes you that little bit further than you would alone.
Make a plan with a nutrition coach, regardless of your current lifestyle who will not only help you better understand nutrition but also help keep you accountable so you reach your goals faster.

Fantastic experience: I found Best Body Bootcamp through Instagram. It kept popping up on my feed so I decided to enquire and I'm so glad i did. Signing up for the six week bootcamp has been the best thing I have done for myself this year! The classes are fantastic every session is different, all the coaches are amazing and the other members so welcoming. If you are considering giving it a go, take the chance and do it! Fantastic experience: Best Body Bootcamp has been a brilliant find. I needed to gain some fitness back and get back to completing workouts regularly. Right from the start I felt welcome and at ease. There are plenty of sessions to choose from and the intensity of the sessions means I am out and back in around an hour. This helps to build into a busy work life. If anyone is unsure - take the plunge. The group is supportive and welcoming and I now feel back on track with fitness and enjoying workouts again!

Fantastic experience: Honestly can't recommend BestBody enough. I've always been self conscious and wary about gyms, and even when I've hyped myself up enough to go, normal gyms have always bored me. They are brilliant here. Its short bursts of exercise, often in circuits - you don't have the focus or time to look around and worry about people judging you. AND even if you did, I've never been in such an inclusive space. The people here are honestly lovely, instructors and members alike. There is a massive range of body types and ages, and everyone is somewhere different in their fitness journey - which is probably why everyone is so supportive and encouraging of each other. In regards to the workouts themselves, they may only be forty minute sessions but good lord, they are not easy! However, there's many different ways you can adapt each of the movements, and the instructors are always sincerely trying to help you get the best out of the session. I've never had a good relationship with exercise or my body. Its been six weeks, and I'm the fittest I've ever been. I feel great (if incredibly sweaty) after a session, and I am gaining so much confidence in myself. Not just in how I physically look (although I am noticing some small but steady improvements there), but in how I strong I feel within my body. I do not say this at all lightly, but this is by far a better experience than I thought a fitness bootcamp ever would be. Its bizarrely quite fun, and alot of days I really look forward to going. Cannot recommend this enough, and both myself and my partner are intending to continue membership past the bootcamp. I'm not sure what could be indicative of a better experience than continuing on!

Fantastic experience: The classes are fun, challenging and varied enough to keep things interesting. Whether it's strength, circuits, or core, each session feels purposeful and energising. I actually looked forward to going, which isn’t something I’ve ever said about a workout before . The coaches make all the difference though. They’re friendly, approachable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They take time to correct form, offer modifications when needed, and somehow manage to make even the toughest sessions feel manageable. You never feel judged—only supported. Over the course of my time there, I lost 6kg, but more than that, I gained consistency, confidence, and a much better relationship with exercise. I’m fitter, stronger, and actually enjoy training now. If you’re looking for a fitness community that’s both structured and supportive, I’d highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: From my very first consultation with Barry, I knew this bootcamp was different. He made me feel at ease and genuinely listened to my goals. When I joined my first class, I was nervous, but all the ladies were so friendly and welcoming—it felt like walking into a community, not just a fitness session. Since then, I’ve come so far. Week after week, I’ve not only lost weight but the inch loss has been incredible. More importantly, it’s helped me mentally just as much as physically. I feel stronger, more confident, and actually look forward to showing up each time. This isn’t like a regular gym—here, you get personal training with experienced, supportive coaches who push you in the best way. Highly recommend giving these guys a call—it might just be the best thing you do for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Best Body Bootcamp has been such a great help to me. I’ve previously tried home workouts and the gym but haven’t managed to keep consistent or motivated. However, starting with Best Body Bootcamp has given me the drive and motivation to invest in my fitness. The group is really welcoming and the trainers are fantastic, they know when to push you and offer alternative exercises when you need them. They keep you motivated with regular check ins and offer support and advice to meet your goals. I am very much looking forward to carrying on my fitness journey here.

Fantastic experience: A really amazing place - coaches genuinely care and support you all the way. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this Bootcamp for five weeks now and absolutely love it. The community is so supportive and welcoming, which is completely different from other gyms and Bootcamps I’ve tried in the past. Barry and the team have been incredible in helping me get back into fitness after a long break, and I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Best Body Boot Camp to anyone! I was nervous about attempting to get myself back into exercise after having my second baby. I’ve previously gone to gyms, I hated the whole stigma around them and the way they make you feel, the dread of going weekly due to the anxiety it gave me. I can confirm you will NOT get this feeling with boot camp!!! From the moment I had my call with Barry I felt instantly welcomed and comfortable! The whole team are so welcoming, friendly, down to earth, fun, energetic, always make time to chat, nothing is ever too much trouble! All the ladies who attend are very welcoming, friendly and encouraging. You literally bounce off everyone’s energy! I never quite believed that exercise was the core reason to my tiredness or energy levels but believe it when I tell you when I started doing boot camp my energy levels came up by far, I feel like I have a bounce back in my stride and nothing is ever ‘too much effort’ Never become fixated on the weight the scales tells you as I can confirm your body can change dramatically despite little change on the scales! I can’t wait to continue my journey with Best Body Boot Camp !!!!

Fantastic experience: From being very nervous at my first sessions to absolutely loving each session. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly i look forward to each and every class. The sessions are fun yet still hard work but I feel amazing after each session. I originally joined a 6 week Bootcamp to help me with motivation and accountability to get fit and loose some weight, I enjoy it that much that I will be continuing after the 6 weeks are done. Fantastic experience: absolutely recommend BBootcamp to everyone. The whole experience is a valuable life lesson which help me understand nutrition, exercise, consistency and being honest with yourself. At every class I was always given an alternative exercise as I have issues with my knee but the Coaches understand my abilities and gave me suitable challenges which were hard but achievable with hard work and commitment. I lost inches and weight ...equally I lost my fear of exercise and gained a massive "I CAN DO THIS ATTITUDE" ....Mentally I have transformed to a positive confident person .

Fantastic experience: A***** an amazing 6weeks from start to finish. The trainers are all fantastic offering alternate exercises if you’re not quite ready yet. Always checking your ok, keeping you motivated. I’ve lost 8lb in 6weeks and that may not seem much to others. But the constant 3 or 4 times exercise at the boot camp each week. Kept me motivated and excited to see where it lead to. I’m glad I went in this journey as it’s motivated me to carry on and I will be signing up for the monthly plan, so I can carry on my journey. The fact that it’s women only at the classes made it much more comfortable for me to turn up 3/4 times a week. Fantastic experience: I’m loving Best body bootcamp! As someone who didn’t like exercise, I have turned a corner and can honestly say that I am really enjoying it. Fantastic experience: After 6 weeks with best body bootcamp I have lost 14lbs. I feel better and fitter! Fantastic experience: I completed the 6-week bootcamp and absolutely loved it! Not only did I see noticeable changes in my body, but my mindset transformed as well. In the past, I struggled to stay motivated at the gym, but that was never an issue here. The team is incredibly supportive, and the atmosphere is so welcoming—everyone is friendly and encouraging. Fantastic experience: I signed up to complete the 6 week course and have renewed my membership for the year. It has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! All of the trainers are lovely and make you feel super comfortable and ensure you are doing everything right. I have personally loved it a lot more than the gym and feel you get a lot more out of it. Fantastic experience: Having been a gym goer for a long time, I felt like I’d lost my mojo. I signed up for the 6 week Transformation programme at the beginning of January. I’ve really enjoyed the classes and have met some lovely like-minded ladies. It’s given me the boost that I needed to get my fitness back on track. Fantastic experience: I came across best body bootcamp by chance, seeing an advert on Facebook that was looking for women over the age of 30 who wanted to make a change and sign on to a 6 week course. From my initial call with Barry, we talked for over half an hour and I knew this would be exactly what I needed! Access to nutrition plans, access to a course full of modules to educate myself, friendly supportive coaches. Every single session I have attended has been different, fun, effective and time goes so fast before you know it 40 minutes has passed! Burning an average of 400 cals per session according to my watch, 3 times a week. In 6 weeks I have lost almost a stone, and several inches from all over my body. I feel better, healthier and happier. I have met some lovely like minded women too. You do not feel judged by others at all, and in a fitness environment this is so rare!! The coaches know your name and support your progress in the classes. Of the women I have spoken to, there are those who have been there for 10 years and go 4 times a week and still have nothing but positive things to say - this speaks volumes to me. I recommend best body bootcamp to everyone I see. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the bootcamp classes since the end of 2024 and my only wish is that I did it sooner!! The classes are different every time, first time I’ve actually enjoyed exercise, coaches and other members are so welcoming and it’s also made me so motivated outside the classes too with making healthier choices and being more active! Started with the 6 week programme (I lost a stone!) and have stayed on now as a member as it’s just become part of my weekly routine and I love it!

Fantastic experience: Best body bootcamp has been fantastic for me. It has given me the confidence to start exercising again and I have enjoyed every class I have attended. The instructors are great at encouraging you and show you how to do exercise correctly. They certainly support everyone in the class. The different times for the classes work great around my work/personal life and I never have an excuse not to attend. I can honestly say that I always feel welcomed and the first time nervous quickly go. I look forward to attending the classes and each and every class is different so you never get bored of doing the same thing. The 6 week program is great as there is no pressure to sign up for 12 months like your local gyms. I have not only lost weight and gained strength; I have almost reached my goal of being able to complete one full press up (and not on my knees). Massive achievement for myself! This alone without the weight loss shows me what I have achieved in less than 6 weeks. I'm glad I took the step to sign up and I don't regret it. I'm really looking forward to getting fitter and enjoying many more classes with Best Body Bootcamp; and that is all thanks to the people that run the classes so thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming for the best 5 weeks and I was so nervous at first but I can honestly say I love it. it's fun, it's hard work but I feel amazing after each session and can't wait for the next. Fantastic experience: A really good bootcamp if you need to improve your health, fitness and well-being. It's not intimidating, it's full of friendly members who are so welcoming. The coaches are all down to earth, non-judgemental and will help with anything you need. Plenty of equipment and challenging routines to keep you moving and interested.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently on my 5th week of the 6 week best body bootcamp challenge. I have to say I am loving it so far. I've always been one of those people too afraid to set foot in a gym not knowing what I'm doing or even if I'm doing it correctly. Being at best body bootcamp, it's given me a lot more confidence in my own ability. All the coaches & members are all really supportive, they are always there for that extra bit of encouragement or motivation when you need it. I'm not going to lie you do work hard in the sessions but it so worth it. I'm really pleased with my results so far and I'll definitely be signing up to the 12 month membership. If you are considering doing the bootcamp just do it, you won't regret it!!!
Fantastic experience: Love this place. Just finished their 6 week challenge, Barry and all the team are really welcoming, supportive and friendly. Such a great group of women who support each other and not once have I felt any awkwardness or judgment. On my first session one of the women worked out with me to show me the ropes. Initially signed up for the 6 week challenge, and have just become a fully fledged member for 12 months. So so happy I found this place.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to Best Body Bootcamp when I saw an advert for it through Facebook, and I am so glad I did. I did the 6 week challenge with them and the results have been amazing! I really needed something to kickstart results again after plateauing in my weight loss journey. Barry, Lisa, Mandy and Jack have all been amazing and so supportive. The workouts are quick, and fun too which really helps. I am going to carry on after my 6 weeks finishes, if anyone is wavering on doing a programme don’t hesitate to stay with these guys best decision you will make!

Fantastic experience: Having joined Best body Bootcamp 6 weeks ago, it has changed my lifestyle for the better. I feel more energised, happier & educated on nutrition & exercise. I am pleased to say I have lost just under a stone. This has been achievable with the encouragement, support & education by the Best Body Bootcamp coaches & trainers, and of course; with the enjoyable sessions of Bootcamp. Fantastic experience: After a bad kneecap injury last year I attended physio at the hospital for 7 months and once it had finished I was looking at doing something else to improve my fitness so my injury wouldn't happen again... I was still very nervous walking around and my confidence was at an all time low. I saw an advert on Instagram for this place and thought its perfect for me to try out because if I had a normal gym membership I wouldn't go (because I'm a lazy cow) I hate exercise, I procrastinate all the time and complain about walking the dogs for more than a mile over the Chase... Anyway, 6 weeks at bootcamp and I can't believe how different I am! I have started to jog (only 40 seconds, 10 seconds rest, 40 seconds jog and so on to build upto it) never in a billion trillion years would I think I would start jogging - who do I think I am?! I have muscles where my arm bones used to be haha. I am full of energy and love walking the doggies now for 6 miles easily over the Chase and now I am the one telling my other half to "pick up the pace" - what a tranformation and I still have a long way to go but this is the best thing that happened to me. I will continue going to bootcamp and love all the new found evergy I have! To anyone looking to go to bootcamp if you're still reading this long review - stick to the diet they give you - I know its hard (harder than the exercises!) but its 100% worth it. You just have to get through it, the first 3 days are the hardest but its plain sailing after that - 6 weeks down and now I have a whole other outlook on food and I am a stone lighter (14 lbs) Keep it up everyone! These guys have done way more for me mentally and physically in 6 weeks than the NHS have done in 7 months!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the bootcamp, had amazing results with 12lb off in 6 weeks. Barry and the team were so helpful and always went the extra mile to show me adjusted movements for my back problem. Fantastic experience: Saw best body Bootcamp advertised on instagram. I previously had been going to another Bootcamp but due to work commitments I could no longer continue. I found the initial consultation really friendly and relaxed. I did not feel judged at all and left the conversation feeling ready to start the 6 week transformation. The introductory session was a perfect way to get me back into exercising again. I committed fully to the 3 sessions a week and feel that I have seen some amazing results! I work shifts which are a mixture of days nights and twilight shifts, the sessions offered are a mixture throughout the day so it worked perfectly around my routine. The coaches are amazing and encouraging and so is the team. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to see what future results I see for myself!

Fantastic experience: Best body provides a supportive environment where everyone focuses on their own goals but encourages you to achieve yours. The trainers are lovely and the sessions are fab! Suffering with complex anxiety; I'm happy I've found somewhere I can be comfortable with whilst on my journey. I lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks too... which is by far a lovely added bonus!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined the Best Body Bootcamp, and have just finished the 6 week transformation programme. After seeing the advertisement on Facebook, I decided that I needed a lifestyle change and hoped that this would start my weight loss and fitness journey. To say that it has exceeded expectations is an understatement. I’ve managed to lose 14lb, and have seen a noticeable difference in my fitness levels. The team have been exceptional is their support and guidance with both the fitness sessions and nutritional advice. Since joining I’ve been looking forward to the 6:30am sessions, which get me up and ready for the day! My diet has massively improved, with the help of the realistic nutritional advice and healthy recipes. My weight loss journey has just begun, and can’t wait to continue it with the BBB team. Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Bootcamp now for 8 weeks, I’ve lost over 15 pounds so far and nearly 4 inches from my stomach, i needed something to change my thought process with food and this is 100% working for me….i find each work out is different each time I go which keeps me interested as I’m there 4 times a week.…I feel uplifted each and every time which sets me up for the day….theres loads of meal plans so plenty to choose from, i mainly attend Lisa’s sessions as her time fits with my routine and I find her very motivational she has a good way of pushing me to get the best out of my workouts ….and I’m loving the overall buzz….i used to suffer with pain in my knee which has completely disappeared and I find that I’m for filling my appetite and having calories to spare, I still have a treat here and there but still manage to loose weight….im feeling good in mysel and I look forward to going…it’s more expensive than any gym membership however if I’m left to my own devices I never stick to my goals so personally I’d rather pay that bit more and mentally and physically feel good in myself.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Bootcamp for the 6 week class after seeing it advertised on Facebook and not only has this helped me lose 11lb but also helped me enjoy exercising and pushing me to give my all every class. I’ve been a member of a corporate gym for a number of years now and I have never pushed myself to work as hard in any class as I have at Bootcamp. The sessions are very varied and everyone supports and encourages you to do your best each time. I used to struggle getting up for the gym and would talk myself out of it but now I’m up and out for the 6.30am classes no problem and it sets me up for the day. Barry and the team are a great support and would strongly recommend to anyone looking to work on their fitness and health. Jo

Fantastic experience: I Initially Started Bootcamp in 2018 then due to lockdown, some injuries and illness I stopped going. My physio advised me to join a gym to gain strength back in my knee to which I did but hated every minute at the gym and made excuses not to go! So I eventually re joined Bootcamp 3 years later and I have to admit I absolutely love being back, Every session is different which keeps you motivated. everyone is so welcoming and friendly, all the coaches are fab and know their Stuff. Fantastic experience: I had never really done any exercise before starting BBB and found the thought of exercising pretty daunting. Joining the bootcamp has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The trainers are so friendly and patient, and give their expert knowledge each session. I am 55, going through the menopause and was struggling with tiredness, but since joining in April, I feel significantly more energised and generally feel better in myself. I now look forward to going.

Fantastic experience: I've completed first 4 weeks of a personal training programme, 2 x 45minute sessions per week with Barry / Mandy. Absolutely loving it, already noticed a remarkable increase in strength, have lost a steady 4 pounds without making dietary changes and best for me, lost 2.5 inches! If you don't think groups are for you, this is worth a try...but I arrive at the end of a boot camp session, and everyone looks like they've enjoyed it

Fantastic experience: Love Best Body Bootcamp. I have 1 x PT session (with Lisa, who is fab and just gets me) and 1 x Bootcamp session per week. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Best Body Bootcamp. I’m 56 over weight and WAS completely unfit. I was desperate to find a fitness that I could manage and enjoy. I found the advert on Facebook for the bootcamp and decided to take the plunge in January 2023… I haven’t looked back since!! I attend 3 times a week and have experienced so many benefits. I’ve lost 18lbs so far and my fitness levels have increased ten fold. I’m now able to walk the dogs with no back, ankle or hip pain. Fantastic experience: Never thought that I would be addicted to and enjoy group fitness so much. The Best Body Bootcamp community is a great place. Everyone who attends is welcoming and friendly! Fantastic experience: The sessions at Best Body Bootcamp are fun, challenging and there’s always something new planned each class. Barry and the ladies are knowledgeable and differ the exercises for all abilities and injuries. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to gain fitness and a healthier lifestyle. I’m currently also doing PT sessions with Barry and have struggled with a couple of injuries but have been able to continue with my weekly sessions, gain fitness, some muscle definition and lose about 20 inches through consistent and challenging session. I thoroughly enjoy each session and would also highly recommend PT sessions if you would like an extra push and a regime tailored for just you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Bootcamp. I decided I needed more motivation rather than plodding along in the gym doing the same thing day in day out. 6 weeks in and I've not done the same routine yet at Bootcamp. All sessions are a full body workout and push me to put in 100%. I've lost inches all over, toned up, my clothes fit better and I enjoy working out now. The team at Best Body Bootcamp are superb.

I have been having twice weekly 1:1 training with Lisa and WOW how my strength, range of movement and stamina has improved I had spinal neck surgery 3 years and have always been cautious of exercise but Lisa has eased me into it slowly and now encouraging me as my capability/flexibility has increased!!! Fantastic experience: Anyone thinking of joining my advice would be Do It. I was very nervous but the coaches Barry, Mandy and Lisa really put me at ease. You have 3 individual sessions before which give you an idea of what you will be doing in the classes and they give guidance on doing the exercises correctly which is a great help. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend BBBC, no fuss - just hard work that gets results. Barry is a fantastic coach with a lot of patience and a genuine regard for the progress and health of the bootcampers. The classes are varied and always fun. For me, one of the best aspects of the bootcamp are the timings which have clearly been carefully considered to the needs of the bootcampers - the classes are run several times a day from 6.30am to 6.30pm - making it easy to fit into busy schedules and also extremely difficult to have a reason not to attend! Thank you Barry and the girls for your efforts. Edit: Post pandemic and having two small children, I returned to Best Body Bootcamp and it's as good as ever. The coaches are all so friendly, enthusiastic and most importantly supportive in reaching your goals. I credit it with boosting not only my physical strength and stamina but also my mental health, it has worked wonders for me. I'm very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I joined Best Body Boot Camp in Feb 2022 as I’d had a few injuries and wanted to improve fitness in a non traditional gym environment and I am so glad I did. Barry, Lisa and Mandy are fantastic instructors - friendly, approachable and make the workouts fun. Each session differs so you do not got bored. This is a highly motivating fun environment with lots of guidance and you also have catch ups regularly to help achieve your goals. I'd definitely recommend BBBC.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Best body boot camp enough! I was nervous about returning to exercise after a knee operation but after meeting Barry he put my mind at ease. The 1:1 sessions helped me to find ways to work around my knee and get to grips with all the equipment. Then when I started the group sessions everyone was so welcoming and friendly that I felt at home straight away. Mandy and Lisa are also amazing and work through any issues we have making it accessible for all abilities. Each session is different and motivational, and the disco lights are fun. I will definitely be staying on after my 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Best Body Bootcamp for 7 weeks now! So far I have dropped a jean size, my clothes are fitting much better and my friends and family are commenting that I look slimmer. So for me…that’s a win! no longer will I stress about what the scales say, they are not a true reflection of your overall weight loss journey! My energy levels have increased, my sleep has improved and overall I feel much better and fitter! Thank you to everyone at Best Body Bootcamp! I’m absolutely loving this place, the coaches and the members! You’ve all made me feel welcome and pushed me to strive to be my best! For those thinking of joining I can’t recommend it enough! The gym is very clean and has such a great range of equipment. The coaches here are extremely knowledgable and know what each and everyone’s abilities are so they will push you to be better when needed. The nutrition packs aswell are second to none and are the best I’ve seen yet along with the meal ideas. Best body Bootcamp is worth every single penny, my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!

Fantastic experience: I joined back in April for the 6 week challenge to get fitter . At 57 now I hadn’t done exercise for 15 years through lower back and neck/shoulder injuries . I was nervous but Barry and the girls made me so welcome . The support is amazing and after the six weeks I joined full time . I can’t imagine not attending . Varied classes stop it from getting boring you work in groups of two/three and we all push and support one another. Barry adjusts exercises if something is not suiting you . If you want a happy and friendly atmosphere- support and guidance this is the place for you .
Fantastic experience: I’ve never really enjoyed fitness or exercise but finding Best Body Bootcamp Cannock has been the best thing ever. I’ve not only toned up my body, I now feel much fitter and healthier. I go to the 6.30am sessions, yes I know it’s early, but it gives me so much energy for the day ahead. I can now even do sit-ups which I have never been able to do. It’s a great bunch of like minded women with no pretentiousness, just genuine people. I would totally recommend this group for all stages of fitness.
Fantastic experience: I did 6 weeks trial and couldnt decide whether I should join, but it's been the best decision I've ever made! I absolutely love the sessions, how they make me feel, how much fitter I am, how Barry works us hard and supports us in equal measure, and how fantastic all the ladies are every morning and on the group. Ive lost 4 stone and 13 inches from my waist and feel like I've remembered who I used to be. I'm in the best place I've ever been mentally and physically and although Barry will tell me it's all down to me and my hard work I have only done it because of bootcamp. Fantastic experience: Started bootcamp about a year ago as just a 6 week trial but ended enjoying that much that I signed up. I am a person that has joined a gym previously before but never enjoyed exercise, however this is different as Barry gives you the motivation to attend, the ladies in the group give you encouragement and support and no two classes are ever the same so you don't get bored. I have recently had an injury and it would have been so easy to my membership but with Barry's supervision he has adapted exercises for me so I can continue. I have managed to lose a stone in weight and drop several dress sizes I also feel fitter and healthier, joining was the best thing I could have done.

Fantastic experience: Having completed the Men’s FITin6 Programme In October 2018, I made the decision to carry on with my workouts. For both my physical and mental health it is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. With the choice of 4 sessions a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday), a variety of different workouts and a time that suits me (7:30pm – 8:15pm), it is perfect. Barry is a great trainer, full of motivation and encouragement to help you achieve the goals that you set yourself. A great group of blokes who are there for the same reason – to enjoy themselves whilst working out.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending BBBC for almost 3 years now, I attend 3 sessions a week and thoroughly enjoy them. Each session is different, the time flies by, Barry is really motivating and supportive, as are the other ladies. I'm the fittest that I have ever been, I've lost weight and size and my bodyshape has changed too. For someone who has never enjoyed the gym and has always tried to avoid exercise at all costs, BBBC suits me perfectly!

Not to forget Lisa who takes the Saturday and Tuesday mid morning sessions .. she is brilliant and again so encouraging.. The hardest one is the first session but after that you will be addicted... Fantastic experience: I joined the Best Body Boot Camp in January 2020 on the fit in 6 program, I have always thought of myself as fairly fit as I play netball a few times every week anyway. The reason I joined.... yes you guessed it! The usual after Christmas spread and netball wasn't starting back for another month so I wanted to keep active. Barry was very welcoming and his sessions are as intense as you make them, so they are for all abilities. I HIGHLY recommend BBBC. You will love the diverse combination of work outs from bands, weights, boxing and much more and you will have fun doing it. I thought I was fairly fit before starting the program but I finished 10lbs lighter and toned. Weather you just want a quick kick start, like me or if you want to join on a more permanent basis I guarantee if you put the effort in you will achieve the results you desire with BBBC. I'll be heading back to BBBC as soon as lock-down is over!! I'll see you all there!

But I really enjoyed it so stayed on and my fitness is fab as well as dropping a dress size! Fantastic experience: What an awesome way to loose weight and get fit. For me there are four sessions a week to choose from that are always mixed and varied! including boxing pad work, circuits, band work, body weight exercises. The Men’s group is full of banter and encouragement! Lots of different abilities and ages. You never feel on your own and you never feel judged. The only competition is yourself and every man there supports you to have fun and achieve goals. Barry is superb - encouraging and caring. Fantastic experience: Workouts are fun and challenging where each person works at their own pace. Each daily session is different so unlike the gym you never get bored. Barry, Mandy and Lisa are fab instructors running round the room making sure you are doing the exercises right (or not slacking). The group is supportive and as a result I have joined the team to do the Ultimate Warrior. Without being part of BBBC I know I would never have been able to compete. I feel so much fitter, losing weight and inches.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! If your looking to get an hour of fitness in of high intensity around your busy work lives, this is the place to be. I have lost over 1st so far and won’t be stopping anytime soon as I feel a lot better in myself.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending bbbc for over 4 years and I would highly recommend it, I have had 2 pregnancys in this time and trained thought-out with adaptions to meet my needs and rejoined following the birth on my babies and have always got back to my pre pregnancy weight and maintained my fitness. The group is friendly and the exercise is different at each session which makes exercising enjoyavle. Of you want to get fit, lose weight I would definitely recommend best body bootcamp.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of best body bootcamp for some time now and it’s a fantastic place to be the trainer Barry is brilliant and will help every way he can and his sessions are fab I really enjoy everyone they are so varied and the time goes so fast. Barry’s pt sessions are the best I have ever had and I have had loads of different trainers for pt but this is far the best. All the ladies who attend spur and help you on it’s simply really is a loverly place to workout love it love it love it.
Fantastic experience: I started Best Body Bootcamp having being encouraged by my husband, who attends the men’s group. I had no strength and my body ached doing the simplest of tasks, I had pain in my shoulder, back and knees, I was approaching fifty and had started to worry I couldn’t get on the floor to play with my granddaughter. Although I have only lost 10pound I have dropped a couple of dress sizes, my body shape has changed. I feel strong, and enjoy the team spirit and was immediately made to feel welcome. Barry has been extremely supportive and will change exercises to suit me, he is very encouraging and I feel confident and happy to exercise, within the first 6.weeks I was hooked, I can’t imagine now not fitting several of the available 45minute exercise sessions into my weekly routine
Fantastic experience: I've been attending bootcamp now for around two years. I love my workouts and they have really complimented my running. Workouts are really varied. I am currently pregnant and with the support of Barry have been able to carry on exercising up to 36 weeks. He has been very amenable, altering exercises where necessary. I can't wait to get back when possible. the workouts are great for me not only physically but mentally too.
Fantastic experience: Simply if you want to improve fitness, get healthier and loose some of the extra pounds you couldn’t do any better than best body Bootcamp. Since joining my fitness has increased massively, lost 16lb but more importantly my general mental health has improved massively.
