Fantastic experience: A very accommodating place to swim, exercise and enjoy with family and friends

Fantastic experience: Lisa Jane’s dance summer show, fantastic show, all the girls and boy danced wonderfully. Got a bit hot in the hall though. They all did so well.

Positive experience: Love this gym/ swimming pool my only change would be to be open 6am!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms and done many classes over the years and I finally feel like I have found "my place". I have a class only membership which I feel represents great value for me. I tend to stick to the legs, bums and tums classes which are great. Hard work but I have noticed massive improvements in my posture and strength. I had a niggly hip issue which has been helped by this class. I also do the Pilates class which is really good. Again, its really helped me with strength and stability. All the staff are really knowledgeable and approachable and the other people in the classes are really friendly. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have a class only membership that works out as great value for me. I like the class lengths and variety and the staff are really friendly. Works well for me as someone who hasn’t always enjoyed this in the past!

Fantastic experience: Kind and helpful staff. Good basic facilities available for fair monthly prices. Available parking if you get there at the right times

Negative experience: Only an hour slot with kids. Wasn't cheap either. Staff member said its only an hour because of the lifeguards having to sit there.. Thought that was their job. Anyway kids only got 45 minutes because of a new session and 10 minutes of that was getting changed to get in. Probably only about 8 people in the pool. My daughter paid about 12 pounds. I thought it was very poor value. I used to swim there all the time and don't remember it being like that.

Positive experience: Parking close to the sports center is always busy when I have visited. Showers have no water pressure. Sports hall is OK though.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly gym. Staff and members are amazing. It’s a gym that caters to anyone and everyone, if it’s your first time stepping foot into a gym or you’re a seasoned veteran, this gym is the one for you.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked the esports party online for my 10 year old and his friends but everything has been so slick. I had email communication followed by a phone call with Rueben to finalise everything. When we arrived the whole atmosphere was fantastic and the gaming room just blew us away. There was a great choice of age appropriate games and platforms. Both Reuben and Ivan were fantastic hosts and helped the children with anything they needed. We had 15 minutes before to set up the eating area (which was clean and spacious) but could continue with this whilst the children gamed. We ordered pizzas which was seamless and the children all had a fantastic time. There were plenty of toilets which were easily accessible and clean. Seriously couldn’t rate the place or the staff highly enough…thank you QM Sports!

Negative experience: Gym equipment is mediocre but is decent for student price. Only use it if I have no time go make it to a decent gym. Manager is not very polite or welcoming. Apart from that majority of the staff seem welcoming and often greet you with a smile and are very down to earth

Positive experience: Upstairs needs to be accessible so we can use the punch bag and battle ropes. Everything else is fine.

Fantastic experience: A good setup with clean machines and friendly staff. Always available to instruct and inspire. Students are friendly during term time but it can get busy mid to late mornings, sometimes.

Positive experience: I went for badminton every Sunday until Covid arrived. The staff at reception seemed helpful and the overall accessibility and hygiene was pretty good. I would recommend it as a college and for health and fitness it is fairly good as they have a gym and a swimming pool.

Positive experience: Went there for my son's taekwondo tournament on a Saturday morning. Crowded parking but free. Tournament held in one of the big sports halls. Had the option to sit and watch from outside the hall in the lounge/reception area. Didn't use the facilities.

Fantastic experience: Could do with a few more fitness items but it's relatively well equipped. I give 5 stars as the free weights room is a lovely dirty weight haven for strength lifting.

Positive experience: Good size gym, good range of equipment. Quite quiet in the mornings and no competing for equipment. Only downside really, the gym music is so loud you can't listen to your own music.

Negative experience: Terrible stay away

Negative experience: The computer fair was a waste of time unless you were serious computer gamer. All the items were priced at normal retail prices. With no way of contacting the seller if you needed to use the so called warranty that some had advised.

Negative experience: Coffee machine wasn't working no cafe even though it was the weekend and only the floor to sit on for visitors in the hall. Adequate parking. Hence 2 stars

Fantastic experience: go aqua fit pool is always clean and warm staff are wicked

Positive experience: Visited to take my daughter to a birthday party. She had a great time and there were comfy seats for parents to sit and chat while we waited.

Negative experience: This place is a disgrace, no ladies wc in the sports hall, no hot water towash hands, no soap in dispensers, dirty floor, fire escape that is a serious slip hazard due to mud, moss and disrepair. This place is responsible for children and thier safety....what a joke. And they have the audacity to charge to use the hall. F!upping disgrace.

Positive experience: Great pool for kids to learn in - usually quiet and warm with plenty of free floats to play with. Other facilities look good too.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym with really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Positive experience: Generally very good. One particular lady staff not very friendly otherwise good people. Badminton courts are also used by block booking for football and basketball. Swimming pool and gym facilities are good. Weekdays are very busy around evenings in my experience.
