Fantastic experience: Jack was such a benefit to me when I employed his services between May '18 & May '19, through his detailed delivery of his knowledge, in an engaging way that challenged my comfort zones for my best interests, I was able to lose a comfortable 2 stone, whilst developing and sculpting muscle groups that made me look well-toned. I was well aware that a change would not happen overnight, but through Jack's expertise I gained a solidly grounded base of techniques that I can quite easily continue to put into practice in my own time.
