Fantastic experience: Wicked little gym! Great selection of equipment and dumbbells etc. The place is always spotless and the staff that I've spoken to so far are all lovely. Never crowded, haven't had to wait for a machine the entire time I've been going and a decent shower/changing area - again spotless! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area or beyond!

Positive experience: Decent gym, clean and a good selection of equipment for a small facility. Slightly on the expensive side of things for what's on offer but if I lived locally I would happily train here.

Positive experience: Nice little independent gym, very clean.However I've left this gym because they have classes happening in the middle of the gym floor & it's very chaotic. If you're not participating in the class & you're just there to exercise you have to work around the class & it can be a bit hectic. I usually would go after work around 5-6 so maybe it's not like this at other times. Also a bit spenny, especially if you take classes

Positive experience: Nice gym with great range of equipment and friendly people. Some machines could do with TLC and the music is usually pretty loud, but bring a pair of headphones and you'll be right.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. Been coming here three months and the vibe is great, the gym space is beautiful and big, with loads of natural light, and it's never too busy. No gym bros stinking up the place either. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: Joint yesterday, great facility shower room and changing etc are immaculate, free lockers are a game changer. Kit is all pristine and atmosphere felt great. Really pleased also membership is more than reasonably priced looking forward to more sessions here.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Suitable for people looking for a friendly place to train. Plenty of new high quality equipment. Everything is clean and tidy. Phil greeted me at the door to help me with the sign in process and was very helpful throughout the stay at the gym. I wasn't part of the class that was taking place but it sounded like everyone was having a blast.

Fantastic experience: The gym is always clean, has good quality equipment all over and the staff are super helpful. It's 1 minute off the bikeway and has a lot of space for parking. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Its a friendly welcoming gym, really enjoy working out there and being around the other members. Been going to Phil since my early 20s and will be introducing my children soon

Fantastic experience: I have cerebral palsy which effects my mobility and i have been doing personal training at body focus for about 12 years. Although I can sometimes feel a little self conscious I can truly say not once have I felt this way while training in the Body focus studio, If other members of the gym are training while I am, all i feel is encouragement from everyone. Phil and Patsy are not only incredible personal trainers, they are 100% there for you to help you achieve your goals. Body focus is amazing, everyone is  friendly, warm and so welcoming. I'm so proud to be apart of the body focus team because it is truly An exceptional gym, with all the latest equipment.

Fantastic experience: Body focus is the most amazing gym. I have not only improved my fitness, strength and health but have made amazing friends. The equipment is 5* and the people even better. They are encouraging and supportive and have helped me to achieve all my fitness goals so far. It is worth every pound available in your pocket. I strongly recommend it. Though I wished the place were in a more open location so more people can find it.

Staff are so friendly and everyone who was working or training made me feel like part of the team. So many activities going on from large groups to the more smaller private groups, which I prefer.
