However, after rejoining, I can honestly say I would do it again—even if I never had access to a sauna for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: Really good gym with adequate space. What I like is that it is kept tidy at all times and you don't feel too cramped. Also doesn't get too busy so you're able to finish your workout smoothly without having to actually wait for equipment. Staff listen to feedback and suggestions and action it which I think is great. Overall I do have a pleasant experience here, although I'm guilty of not attending as much as I should do.

Fantastic experience: Oh, Anytimefitness West Hendon... I’ve been training at this gym for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my gym story. When I first joined, I knew absolutely nothing — I was a complete beginner and felt lost. I asked for help, and from day one I received it. Every single time I came to the gym, a staff member was there for me — helping, teaching, showing me how to use the equipment properly and how to do exercises correctly. I never felt alone or ignored! Always got answer about my questions. I would especially like to thank all the trainers who have been there and supported me throughout this time. The gym is always very clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and everyone is welcoming. There is a real family feeling. All the events organised by the gym were warm, inclusive, and very family-oriented. Now I can say this is my happy place. Overall, it’s an amazing place — supportive, motivating, and positive. Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I was a member in a number of different gyms but Anytime fitness is the first gym that I have maintained to do regular sessions and it was a year already since I have joined. I don't know whether it is more because of great classes ,modern machines or friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I genuinely love the atmosphere at this gym. The classes are a big highlight, especially the yoga class. It’s well structured, calming and enjoyable. It also has a great social feel. The machines are high quality and really well set up. Being open 24/7 is a huge plus and makes it really convenient to train whenever it suits you. Also, the temperature inside is always perfect, even when it’s freezing outside, which makes training so much more comfortable. Great environment and great energy, easily one of the best gyms I’ve trained at.

This gym is really premium for the price and the staff are great. Fantastic experience: I have been training at this gym seriously and consistently since it opened a year ago and i can easily say the condition of the gym hasn’t deteriorated at all, it still has the fresh brand new feeling it had in the beginning, which is extremely rare for commercial gyms. You can tell that the staff are putting real effort to make the place enjoyable to train in! My favourite thing about this gym is that despite being relatively small, it still manages to comfortably accommodate 3 squat racks, which in my experience never caused waiting in queue even in rush hours. I am definitely renewing my membership for another year without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: It’s the most local gym for me. Staff are so nice the space is used very well and it’s never overcrowded which I love most. The amenities for personal hygiene are fab it’s always clean. Could do with a hip extension machine :(

Fantastic experience: Recently left my old gym in Hendon Central and decided to choose Anytime Fitness. Both Ronnie and Taylaa were very welcoming and happy to take the time to answer any questions I had. The gym itself is spacious, CLEAN space & facilities (one of the main reasons I left my previous gym was the lack of hygiene there!) & range of equipment I am impressed with! Paying less for a variety of equipment (again my old gym didn’t have half the stuff you guys have!) really was a no brainer for me to join this place. Negative experience: Ridiculous… They dont even allow you to cancel your membership… they dont even allow you NOT to renew any memberships if you dont want to… Its like you sign to a lifetime commitment with them even when you never sign for a membership renewal they keep asking you for membership payment for which i never bought! Fantastic experience: This is a great addition to Hendon Broadway. Spacious, clean, friendly Gym that’s open 24hours a day so you can always find a quite time! With a great variety of equipment and fabulous changing facilities, what’s not to love! Staff are incredibly welcoming, and knowledgeable and accommodating. Ronnie the manager is super, you can ask him anything and he will try to make it happen! All they need now is yoga classes!! ♀️

Negative experience: This gym is a colossal joke!! They charge you £55 — for what? If there are 10–15 people, you have to wait in line for every machine!! And if you try to cancel your membership, guess what — you can’t, because they lock you into a minimum 3-month plan!! Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, here’s my advice: avoid this gym if you can!!

Negative experience: I joined Anytime Fitness expecting the usual standards, but this location was a letdown. They advertise free customer parking, but there are only two spots for the entire gym, and they’re poorly signposted, making it confusing. On top of that, unlike most Anytime Fitness gyms where the fob is included, they still charge for it here. Definitely recommend checking out other branches that are more transparent and better managed

While it may not have been immediately clear during your visit, we do have more than two dedicated parking spaces available for our members, and we’ve done our best to ensure they are clearly signposted. We're sorry to hear that you ended up in a bay not allocated to Anytime Fitness — while those bays are marked with signage directly in front, we appreciate your feedback and will continue looking at ways to improve visibility.
Regarding the access fob, we know this can vary slightly from branch to branch, but it is standard practice across the Anytime Fitness network for the one-time member access pass fee to be separate from monthly membership dues.

Positive experience: We were staying in the area and used a day pass to use this gym. It is an awesome gym, has lots of great equipment, but it isn’t staffed consistently during “staffed hours” which made it frustrating when trying to use the facilities as a visitor. I understand we aren’t the demographic as visitors it is trying to appeal to, but it should still be staffed when it says it is going to be.
