Fantastic experience: I'm pretty new to running and started getting some knee pain. Christian did a run form analysis and quickly figured out what was causing it. He gave me loads of useful tips and even went through some drills with me to help fix it. He's very knowledgeable, always quick to reply, and really goes the extra mile to help out. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Christian is encouraging, enthusiastic, clear, knowledgeable and committed to his teaching. My 5k times are tumbling after just one session. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Started training with the help of Cristian nearly a year ago. Since then I have ran PBs in parking, 5k runs, 10k runs and recently in a Belfast half marathon. Slow runs are the key and I had never heard of doing these before, my attitude of running was to get it over and done with as quick as I could but Christian has introduced slow runs with fast sessions and this has been brilliant as my results have shown this. Not only am I fitter now but I also feel healthier and good about myself. With a few 10ks coming up and cross country season started I am looking forward to getting stuck in and seeing what Christian has in store for me. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Christian via a friend, after seeking advice because I had been stuck with my running for a while and I hadn’t been seeing any improvements, I was also getting pain that I’d not had before. Christian has been great and extremely understanding of my work commitments. Previously I had looked into running coaches, but they always had set programs that unfortunately due to work I couldn’t stick to, but Christian seems to manage my situation and although is firm with what I need to do, also tailors things for my needs. I’ve seen some amazing PBs over the last 6 months and although my original target has yet to be fulfilled, we work together, I have new targets and we hope one day my work won’t get in the way. Highly recommend Christian, he is personable, down to earth, understanding and goes out his way to help.

Fantastic experience: I'm very new to running, so Googled a run coach as I wanted some help and guidance with my target to run my first 5k. Christian was super helpful, and talked me through his plans with me, and how we were going to achieve my goal. He analysed my run form to begin with, and gave me some really useful tips to improve my run technique which instantly helped. Since having Christian as my run coach, I have really got the running bug and have entered loads of races! I've achieved personal bests in the 5k, 10k and an about to run my first every half marathon. My fitness is increasing and my times are decreasing which gives me such a sense of achievement. Christian sets my training sessions each week via the Xhale training app, and constantly checks in with me, adjusting and adapting sessions accordingly. The sessions that he sets for me are really clear to understand, and if I have any issues, he's always quick to respond if I message him. I wish I'd got a run coach sooner, as the difference he has made to my running and run times is brilliant. I can't wait for my next race!
