Strength Beyond Strength offers a range of empowering exercise classes and personal training programs to help people hit their desired fitness goals. We offer high energy indoor cycling classes to really burn those calories, The legendary Hour of Power workout to bring your body into fitness balance and Kettlebell classes for incredible athletic conditioning. We also offer functional stretching, mobility and stability sessions, which are even suitable for non-yogis. Personal training programs include strength training for fat loss and athletic conditioning for the endurance athlete. Sports massage is also available to aid with recovery and help treat those recovering from injury.

Fantastic experience: I discovered the Hour of Power class via a Facebook post a few months ago so gave it a try. It is one of the best things I have done this year. The class is a great full body workout which really does get results. In the few months I have been going, I feel notably stronger and fitter. Chris is really motivating and encouraging, and the music is awesome. It has fast become one of the favourite parts of my week, and a great way to start the weekend. I can definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to get fit.

Fantastic experience: I first went along to one of Christian’s Strong classes to work on my deadlift form, as I’d been struggling with some back pain. Christian broke down the technique clearly, coached me up to a comfortable weight, and showed me how to progress at a much safer, more sustainable pace. Since then, I’ve taken part in a mix of Strong classes, Fit Camps, and even the legendary Hour of Power. At 32, and as a new dad, I can honestly say I’ve never felt fitter. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, I’d highly recommend giving him a go. Christian’s knowledge, experience, and approachable coaching style create an encouraging and welcoming environment for everyone. And as a bonus — his music taste is spot on!

Fantastic experience: The energy Christian brings to his classes is unbelievable, his classes are so varied and he will be able to meet and exceed any fitness goals you have set yourself, at 44 I am in the best shape of my life and always leave his sessions feeling pumped and hungry for the next one.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Chris’s classes at Gower College sports centre for years now. I LOVE the hour of power class - such an amazing full body workout. Starts with loads of squats, followed by upper body workout using weights and ends with an abs workout!!! Flipping brilliant! 3 years on, I am so much fitter and stronger. Chris’s early morning boot camps are brilliant too. Each week the exercises change so you never get bored from doing the same workout! Chris pushes you to work hard but is always happy to tell you how to adapt exercises if you are struggling with injuries. If you want to get fit, Chris is the man!!

Fantastic experience: I was really struggling to find a strength class locally and really glad I found this one. I haven't been great at sticking with classes in the past so wasn't feeling confident about this one but I've been attending Chris's Strong classes for 6 months now from a place of having done no training at all and am still loving it. Chris is an amazing trainer - really knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely invested in everyone being involved and improving no matter where you're starting from. Definitely recommend giving it a go!

Fantastic experience: Chris is amazing so enthusiastic, helpful and makes training fun. His classes are fantastic and for all levels. I especially love Hour Of Power and Kettlebells/TRX both classes help me mentally aswell as physically, you start to feel stronger and see results very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Amazing training sessions with Chris, hes so enthusiastic about his training and his classes and i love the fact he always takes part in the session himself. Hes extremely knowledgeable with his fitness and nutrition advice and is always happy to chat to you about your goals and will help you achieve these. A big bonus, hes also a qualified sport massage therapist so you don't have to look too far if you need this, and again hes very good!! Win Win!! Whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer Chris will cater his classes to suit all levels and makes everyone feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous going but Chris was very friendly and informative that I thoroughly enjoyed. I have now been to a few sessions and will continue to go! I feel my fitness level is getting better and I am getting stronger.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Chris and the classes he offers enough! I’ve always found it tough to stick to a routine or to get up and go to the gym but Chris’ classes really make you feel like you’re part of a community and feel much more motivated to get up and go! Lovely team and the classes themselves are intense but perfect to make you want to better yourself. ☺️ thanks Chris
