Georgia Boyle Personal Training is a women's coach based in Edinburgh, helping women build their self confidence and love the skin they're in.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition - everyone has different lifestyles, food preferences and eating habits. I can calculate a calorie and protein goal tailored to you, your body and activity level, as well as providing you with loads of recipe ideas tailored to any diet where you have the control to swap out any recipes that you don't like. With help building good habits and meal planning, we will use a sustainable approach to make changes that last.
Your fitness journey is not a quick fix, and consistency is what brings results. I will be there to help and guide you every step of the way - the good days and the bad, and have a laugh along the way too!
