Negative experience: Stay clear from this place. The onwer will harass your female friends to go back to his house. He is a monster and thinks he has power. He ran away when we cornered him to stop then tells us to leave or we'll be arrested. Uno reverse mate. See you in court

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would, Saturday night, the club is empty, music is terrible. We gave recommendations after we booked a table and nothing was played. Everything is overpriced, you're better off going somewhere else.

Negative experience: Not for me I'm afraid. Far too small a venue and all I saw was people waving their phones about. If you are going to pose all night showing off your latest botox then this is the place to be seen, but if you genuinely love your music then there are better options in my opinion.

Negative experience: Do not go to this club they allow drugs in and the security has to be bribed to allow u to get in just because u wear not suitable clothes . Very bad place please do not go there There is also drugs in the club and security just allows anything as they know the locals

Negative experience: Worst club experience ever. The birthday package includes a coffee table plonked randomly in the middle of the club that gets taken away from you once you've finished the bottle of prosecco despite the website saying "your table for the night". Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Negative experience: We wen't there on Saturday and left after 30 minutes. 2 of us were ready to leave right after going through the ordel with the security. Club looks nice, but it's dominated by very intrusive security. Literally wherever we went we had very serious doormen with blank stares following us. We seat down, security guy is literally leaning on the back of the seat behind us. Music is way too loud, bar staff member fiddling with his phone, while we wait desperately trying to get his attention.... Horrible experience. We're never going back there.

Negative experience: My friend was groped by a disgusting donkey, massive fight ensure after due to lack of security, night end at 01:00. Horrible. Club was really usafe, bouncers couldn't contain the fight, disgrace

Negative experience: What a joke of a club. Can't believe this place is still open. Rude staff and an absolute dump. The security bribe people to get in £20 for wearing trainers plus £10 entry. Waited so long for a drink. Management didn't act professional regarding issues and they let anyone in knowing these people will cause trouble, just so they can get some kind of money to stay open. The council should close this place down ASAP, WHAT a waste of business.

Negative experience: Do not go to this club - as previous reviews over an hour wait even though we had tickets - staff very very rude - save yourself the bother of a rubbish night (FYI music naff and everyone inside thinks their a gangster - Epping is the new hood! Yeah right on guys.)

Negative experience: We went there for my birthday , the staff was so rude at the bar told my friend that she couldn't pay her drink by card even thou she paid by card previously and then he walked off and served someone else with card, that same man purposely sprayed lemonade all over my friends white dress , honestly not the best customer service , I deal with customer service myself as a living and that was appalling.

Negative experience: 1hr wait to get into a club??? And u r on the guestlist?? Never hav i EVER experienced that! And to add insult to injury it was a mediocre night The floors had spilt drink in various areas that were not cleaned up which made the floor very slippery. My friend slipped right down to the floor! They had bars up to mimick a prison, as it was halloween night and they kept coming apart and falling down, which was extremely hazardous! I saw it fell right onto someone! Luckily they were not hurt. Just terrible..

Negative experience: Avoid this club! We had prebooked tickets for Halloween party and after 1,5 hours of waiting we couldn't get in and were nowhere near getting in. It was clear they had oversold tickets and they were mainly letting in the owner's friend, even the people who had tables were having to wait a long time. The place is managed badly, saw staff letting in their own friends from the back, almost no one getting in from the queue despite having tickets and around 20-30 people just leaving because they were freezing. Clearly the owner wants to cash in with advance tickets with no intention to make sure people can get in while their friends are the only ones getting in. Guards didn't care and were rude or laughing when people pleaded to get in because they were freezing. DO NOT BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE IT'S A SCAM AND STAY AWAY!

Negative experience: queued for over an hour in the snow for awful music, constant dirty looks from both staff and guests, disgustingly overpriced and watered down drinks. The place is way too small and you get pushed and bashed from every angle. Could not even force myself to have a good time here and will not be going back!

Negative experience: Went here for a mate's birthday. Booked a "VIP table" for over £50, turned out to be roughly the size of a large bar stool. Drinks were overpriced, staff were moody and they give you the impression that you're a bit of an inconvenience.

Negative experience: RUDE aggressive violent door staff. The club is full of stuck up people and as a girl, you get dirty looks from girls all night. Very hard to have an enjoyable night in this club as you constantly feel as if you are being looked down upon lol. Toilets are small and dirty and the barstaff are also very unfriendly. Would definatley not recommed
