Fantastic experience: I love it, all the staff are so nice! Lovely place!!!

Negative experience: I'm really sorry to say that but we were very disappointed with the school. The employees are very nice in general, my daughter loved the classes, but when there was an issue we were treated very coldly and there was no apology and no trying to check the information in order to help us. The pricing policy was not explained clearly, we were charged for the holiday period in August when we are always away and the school owner was rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend the venue. It would simply be enough to say I'm sorry and not lie to our face just to make a point, one of the worst services I've ever had. The owner cares more about being right than trying to understand why the customer is upset. It would simply be enough to inform me in advance not after I got upset after being charged twice on the invoice and having the lessons cancelled from your side but still paying the whole amount. If I was told earlier and explained that you will make up for these classes, if you just tried to be polite and understanding, you really could have avoided this unpleasant one star.
