Negative experience: What a rubbish company. You ring head office and it's a complete automated service and no humans. Just when you think option 6, will send you to a human on reception, it says "the reception service not available, please send an email" This company obviously does not value it's customers and therefore should be avoided.
Negative experience: Poor customer service would advise against using. Called a couple of times to cancel my out of contract membership at the start of December effective from 31st December. The sales team were unavailable and was then told to email them instead. I then cancelled the direct believing the matter was sorted. The email address provided was incorrect and subsequently left the account open. Today I received an arrear email. I call to rectify the matter and resent the original email. I am now told I'm required to pay another month's membership for a gym i cannot access under threats of debt colletion agencies. Although this is ridiculous I stated I would pay affordable reduced amount via direct debit to resolve this. As I already have a new membership with another gym. I was advised this was unreasonable and that I was raising my voice . despite Informing the manager I was stood outside work next to a noisy machine , no swearing, no threats, she then hung up on me. Despite numerous calls back they company is now refusing to answer. How am i to resolve this when you wont take a call?
Negative experience: Wellingborough Bannatynes is in shocking repair. 4 out of 8 showers not operating - Tiles missing - Pool area filthy - hair on the floors and sometimes grime off shoes - this place needs a deep clean and bought back to a good standard ..... Not happy!

Negative experience: i suffer from sleep apnea i have sarcoidosis witch is scared lungs and i suffer from anxiety i go to gym to keep myself active i have just been refused entry to the gym for not wearing a mask witch i feel is a discriminating against people with health problems it is no fault of my own that wearing a mask makes me ill and feel like people with lung problems deserve to use gyms as much as any one have been a of and on member for years cant believe they would trsat there customers this way. Negative experience: After cancelling my membership correctly, they are now using a debt collection company to get £60 out of me!!!!
Negative experience: Personally I don’t think I’m getting my money’s worth, I only use the pool side so after a swim I look forward to s nice warm shower however when the showers are down it seems to take them ages to get them fixed and no one likes a cold shower especially in the winter. Also when a hair dryer breaks that too takes forever to get it sorted out and when you complain all you get is an apology so not happy with all of this £400 a year is a lot of money Especially to a pensioner ☹️
