Negative experience: I couldn’t be more frustrated I called to see about a gym membership and I am looking to purchase 4 memberships one of my self and husband and our two boys. ( so a lot of money regularly to spend) I was asking about the swimming and said I wanted to use the pool - and said I want to use it when ever The lady said we don’t have that facility (as they have swim classes for children) and said bye and put the phone down…. Honestly they just lost out on us … terrible customer service

Fantastic experience: We discovered this gym and pool through the children’s private swimming lessons held at the Holiday Inn in Swindon, and we’re so glad we did! The pool is clean and ideal for us as a family. I had the pleasure of speaking with Harry about the membership options, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative, answering all of my many questions. His customer service was outstanding, and he’s truly an asset to your company. Although the Jacuzzi is currently out of order, I was reassured that repairs are already scheduled, which is great to hear. Overall, this facility is perfect for our family needs and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Used the pool, on the smaller side meaning we bumped into one another a few times. Jacuzzi is still out of order

Negative experience: jacuzzi broken for more then 3 months and no one came to fix it, treadmill out of use for the last 3 days no one came to fix that either

Negative experience: Holiday inn at coate water swindon. Shockingly bad staff, signs up everywhere saying that you can't do anything in the swimming pool at all. E.g, no jumping, no diving, no floats, no inflatables, no snorkels, no mermaid tails, no balls. What are you suppose to do in this leisure swimming pool? Staff with an over developed sense of egos. Go anywhere else!!

Positive experience: For a hotel gym it's pretty decent and membership isn't overly expensive

Negative experience: Very small, the pool is not well maintained, staff is not always helpful.

Positive experience: Free parking if you're a member of the spirit health club (reason i was there), very clean environment, friendly staff who were more than helpful with instructions and info i needed to be aware of. Overall, very impressed.
