Fantastic experience: Tara’s keep fit classes were recommended by a friend because I suffer with lower back issues. I have been attending her sessions for 3 months now and I love them. I am getting stronger and am feeling the benefits in other areas of my life, such as with my swimming and general energy. I am 60 years and have recently been feeling fatigued. I try to attend twice a week as they make a big difference to the quality of my life. CK

Fantastic experience: I needed to rekindle my love/hate relationship with exercise and I found just the place with the best instructor. Having osteoarthritis in both ankles, one of which is fused, makes certain exercises impossible. Tara understands and adapts everything to suit my capability, so I always leave the studio feeling 'worked out'! She definitely knows her stuff. Classes are small, always great fun and with lots of laughter. Couldn't recommend N.E.W Fit Torquay highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Tara is lovely, supportive and most importantly, pushes you to do your best! Within less than a month of going to her classes and PT sessions, I felt and looked so much fitter. The classes cater for all levels of fitness and abilities, so there are easier versions or extension tasks depending on what you need. The thing I love most though, is that each class is so varied which keeps everything interesting and fun. This keeps me motivated when all the other things I try fall by the wayside!

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish only about 3 stores open the rest is all shut up
