Fantastic experience: Wonderful!!! Swimming pool was amazing Enjoyed with family

Negative experience: Went to view facilities as was interested in membership. Walkround was ok but very poor communication thereafter. Had two follow up emails, told once that somebody would call me that evening, nobody did, was the sent a second email from Stacey, I replied but heard nothing since. Disappointing

Fantastic experience: Nice gym, there isn’t an exercise that you cannot do with the setup. Very friendly staff, alongside a very nice pool and sauna.

Negative experience: I was looking for a new Gym to join around the area as I’ve just moved back from overseas. The boy with the topknot haircut is very rude and disrespectful. I did not feel welcome and would never recommend this to nobody.

Fantastic experience: Located in the back of a really shoddy hotel, this is literally the only saving grace. Decent weight section and spacious workout area. Decent ablutions, steam room, pool and sauna

Negative experience: Disappointing and misleading. Attempted to join the club on the "summer sale" promotion which stated on the website 3 months for £119 and no joining fee. Was unable to join using the site as it produced an error when completing purchase, so I thought I'd call in to complete the membership. Was met by Mia on arrival who was very polite and happy to help me complete the process. But informed me that there would normally be a joining fee as I hadn't joined online which Mia would waver, but I would be tied into a six month contract. I could find no reference to this on the website. When I asked to see the terms and conditions of the summer sale promotion which stated the six months minimum contract she could only provide me with the terms of a standard membership. No manager was on site to discuss this with so I left without joining.

Fantastic experience: Joined 3 weeks ago . Chilled out not overcrowded. People and staff are very friend my. Can take kids to the pool as well. Free towels and soap and moisturiser. Gyms like this are hard to find as there all chains oversubscribed. Great steam room as added bonus

Negative experience: Hey actually there is good and friendly staff I want say most of the people they not take a shower when they go in to the pool it’s really unhealthy also I’m gym member but from now day I don’t do swimming at there cus its really dirty like that, I don’t wanna get skin allergy , I hope ur guys checking everyone before go in to the pool Thanks

Negative experience: Hygiene is definetly an issue here. I dont like seeing towels being used as mops. This is a regular theme. The male changing room is a mess. Although staff is generally approachable, there is one who is not..

Negative experience: There seems to be a problem with the hygiene in the changing rooms, showers. As the showers are dirty so is the changing rooms. Just seems like there is no cleaner. Not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: First visit to night on a guest pass.staff member helped to sign me in very helpful Excellent gym ..pools a bonus.

Negative experience: Nice place friendly staff but there is no monitoring on the hot tub which fails a lot of places. A large group stayed in it for over an hour an a half, making sure when one of them left another of them got in. I don’t agree with leaving it to the customers to fight it out themselves. .

Positive experience: I was staying in Leicester and looking for a gym, this one was nearby. It seemed quite expensive at £15 for a day pass but that includes the pool, jacuzzi etc too though I didn't use these. The gym itself isn't the biggest, and the equipment is not the newest but it has a reasonable selection of equipment for its size and was not busy early on a Saturday evening. Booking the one day pass was easy and no problems accessing the facility. If you just want a gym there are definitely bigger and cheaper places in Leicester, but they may not be so convenient.

Positive experience: To use the pool are is £15 a person, but on the bright side they open on sundays till 7-8 . Its nice to be fair

Fantastic experience: Great gym, cosy and clean. Also lovely spa facilities, one of favourite places in Leicester.

Negative experience: They always have something out of order, whether it's the pool, sauna, steamroom or even showers. And they have no urgency to fix anything. Too happy to be false advertising by giving you a list of things you have access to for the price then when u actually join you realise you've been ripped off.

Positive experience: Excellent staff, quality equipment and ease of use. Inured the facilities as part of my accommodation unfortunately I doubt I will be able to use these facilities again. Thank you to the lady working 6am this morning

Positive experience: I am thinking of joining the gym again just for the pool mainly. I have looked at others but apart from the water always being a bit cold this is the best place. The staff were lovely when I was there before and it's spotlessly clean. Hoping to get in touch with them soon.

Negative experience: Very rude and arrogant staff at this gym. One member of staff told me ‘I can make up the rules because I work here’ sometimes it’s about the way you enforce things and without a doubt the staff here do not know how to treat people in a respectful manner.

Negative experience: Appolling travelled al the way from london to hilton leicester only to tell me you need book in advance for swiming pool was empty full of bull s...t Hilton hotel standard drop to the ground beyond imagination.

Positive experience: First time I visited LivingWell Leicester. The gym was a okay. The sauna was good, but a little small. The steam room was out of order and I didn't get a chance to go in the jacuzzi as it was always full of people. Only x3 shower cubicles which is not many for the size of the changing room and fitness centre

Fantastic experience: Been a member of this place for years Lovely staff friendly and down to earth . Coped well with Covid and changes round that.

Fantastic experience: Joined with my 2 daughters recently and it's the best decision ever. Great pool & spa. Friendly and helpful team of Staff. Also, special thanks to 'Jaz' one of the members of staff whom helped us with the whole joining process... I'd give 7 stars for her efficiency/professionalism if I could, desreves a promotion.
