Fantastic experience: Great gym, great staff, the members are friendly , small but never to busy ! Where else in east leeds can you sauna and steam room without paying over 100 a month ? I recommend giving it a try

Fantastic experience: Dene gave me and my friend a show around a few days ago. He was very informative and lovely to speak to during the tour. Because of this, I have now started my 3 month membership! I look forward to starting! :)

Fantastic experience: Really nice staff it’s a relaxing atmosphere so no intermediation felt at all some great facilities for the price not massive but big enough for me and my journey to getting fit again . I came here 16-18 yrs ago so back again wish me luck

Negative experience: I have visited as a guest over the last 3 years. Unfortunately I have found management unwelcoming and unhelpful, which is why I decided not to be a member last year. The pool is small and often quite cold (it’s heated up from a hose pipe connected to a hot tap) Maintenance is slow. Issues take numerous weeks to get fixed. The shower next to the pool has been continuously running for at 4 weeks. There is also a dripping/leak coming from the roof. The car park is unlit at night making it difficult to see people exiting the gym/walking behind cars. The car park hasn’t been gritted when it has been iced over. This has been mentioned and no changes made. It’s a shame as it could be a great little gym with the right management.

Fantastic experience: Nice little pool with a steam and sauna, perfect for a relaxing day after work! Staff are friendly. Showers works just great, there’s shower gel dispenser if you forgot yours and overall a lovely gym and spa that always makes me feel refreshed after a hard day at work!

Positive experience: Not the best place I've been to by far it needs some repairs and upgrades. The staff are friendly and helpful needs some investment.

Positive experience: Very nice and clean facility really enjoyed it. But I think the limits of the use of the pool over the top now we are out of Covid restrictions. I did voice my opinion about this a couple of times to the staff too. Very upsetting seeing families not being able to use the pool as it's fully booked; doesn't make for a good staycation. The pool was the whole reason I booked this hotel so I phoned to ask what the booking process was for the pool and I am glad I did to get my bookings in. I also would prefer the gym to provide towels to hotel guests as I had to go chasing house keeping for more towels after the pool visit. With some improvements back to normal service can easy be 5 star perfect place.

Negative experience: The water in the pool is dirty,the steam room and the sauna are very poor,only few of the clients take a shower befor using them,the rest of them go straight to the pool,my 4 year old daughter and my husband had a skin infection,we saw few times member of staff who cleans the floor around the pool with chemicals and washed them straight in to the pool.... Is that enough

Positive experience: Was a member for 5 years until a few months ago. A small, pleasant gym with a small pool, sauna and steam room. Generally nice and quiet, although can get rowdy at weekends with hotel guests. The facilities are becoming increasingly tired and the steam room and is regularly out of use. The gym did put on classes throughout the week for members (circuits, LBT, fat burn etc) but these became irregular as they were often cancelled when the gym became short staffed. This was ultimately the reason i left. It's not very professional nor what you expect when you pay £32 a month. The members are generally very friendly.
