Fantastic experience: Today I went to this spa for a 90-minute massage. It was a deep tissue massage performed by Roberta It was an incredible experience — I’ve never had such a great massage before. She put a lot of effort into relaxing my muscles, which were very tense, and even though she looks petite, she is very strong, and I absolutely love really strong massages :) The rosemary massage oil smelled absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a truly effective massage. Whenever I feel like getting a massage again, I’ll go straight to her. Besides that, it was very, very clean. The saunas are not shared, and the sauna itself was very hot — which is definitely a plus. Highly recommended! ;)
Negative experience: Standards are dropping fast. The spa staff is inexperienced and professional The gym management is rude and aggressive Spa needs updating Gym staff often does not know what’s going on There is never a schedule available The fees go up every year 10 per cent but the quality of facility and client treatment goes down unfortunately

Positive experience: The epitome of a luxury spa. I had a Christmas and later, Birthday gift voucher from a family member to this spa. The massage therapists have been excellent, I also did a facial that involved a lot of face massage with luscious aromatherapeutic treatment that made my soul sing. The venue itself (the spa) is serene and calm, and perhaps needless to say, clean and generous with luscious clean towels, slippers, smelly soap and such. All the standard changing room equipment— hair dryer and a balance— and with small but excellent steam and sauna room. However, where this experience fails, is the utilisation of my gift vouchers. I was not told, for example, that the voucher needs to be used all in one go, so I had my treatment (half the voucher’s worth), thanked the spa and left then when I phoned to book again, was told that the voucher expired. This info was not shared though I was told in hindsight that I could have bought products with the remaining amount. I personally would have taken a friend along. This happened on both occasions, where I thought I was still on my first voucher and found out that in fact both were ‘expired.’ If they figure out this mess of a voucher system, it is the ideal luxury gift for someone you would like spoil rotten!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. They increased my monthly membership amount by £100/month unannounced and without my consent (I found out only by checking my bank statements), and then they didn’t respond to my multiple emails requesting clarification. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms yet. Fantastic pool amazing staff.
Positive experience: Massage, jacuzzi & pool really good but i realised one thing which was very disappointing and shocking were their bathrobes/towels they had a really bad/horrible scent on it, i tried to change them but they all had the smell on it. That same scent was on the towel that was used on the massage bed i had my face on it for 60 minutes the next day my whole face has breaking out i have spots everywhere. The smell was so strong that i had a shower at home afterwards and i could still smell it on my hair.
Negative experience: I dont recommend this gym - firstly 1 elevator has been broken for minimum 1 year and the other thing is that everyday they have tours of groups of random people coming to view inside the gym daily and it is uncomfortable and not good and an invasion of privacy. For the fees you pay at this gym you dont expect this and it is unacceptable. At first, when they reopened, I thought it would be temporary, but it seems to be something that will continue and indefinitely.
Negative experience: The spa was very noisy (kids were all over the place screaming) .. no one informed us before booking that they have children access to the pool in specific hours (unfortunately the hours that we booked) .. the massage was very basic ( the one who did it for me was in a hurry she did not let me to choose between the body oils .. also was knocking the door without giving me enough time to wear my clothes .. i came to jumeirah to chill but ended in headache and extremely agitated. We talked to the staff about it and their answer that ooh ! Its is really noisy here we usually tell our hotel guests that we have kids hours sorry for not informing you.. and gave us 2-3 lotion samples for free :)) .. imagine spending 200£ per person to get free lotion samples and headache
Negative experience: Worst luxury spa experience in my life. You can hear everyone while you are having your treatment there is zero isolation. Therapist are not even experienced and the front of desk lacks professionalism. 1 shower room wasn’t working. Women are walking naked in the women facilities imagine enjoying your sauna with naked bodies! Where are the hygiene rules and etiquette?

Fantastic experience: Fabulous for a spa day - would recommend! I booked this spa day with a massage, access to the spa and lunch included. From start to finish the customer service was impeccable. The lava shell massage was wonderful, spa facilities were clean, always refreshed with fresh fruits and tidy. The lunch time buffet included was limited for my vegetarian diet however the waitress accommodated and allowed me to order something else. Very good value for a high end spa day!
Negative experience: I had a poor experience at the lounge recently when I was having the buffet lunch. I eat here often and it’s a buffet so I did not want to pay the discretionary service charge which was £5.25. The waitress called Marcella said that she had to ask the manager if I could take off the service charge? Then later (after delaying me some time) she came over and asked what the reason was that I was taking off the charge, I explained that it’s a discretionary charge therefore it is optional to pay it. She then said ‘is it too expensive for you to pay’, I quote. I said I won’t be paying it. She then wanted to print me a new receipt when I was already delayed and I didn’t need one, I just wanted to pay and leave. Absolutely shocking. I always try to give service the benefit of the doubt and be kind but that comment was incredibly rude and uncalled for.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend a spa day here! The massage was fantastic, and all facilities were clean and functional. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, along with separate men's and women's sauna and steam rooms, added to the overall relaxation experience. Service from staff was also great.

Negative experience: No one picks up the phone, enquired about membership several times via email and no reply. On the one occasion I got someone on the phone they said membership team will be in touch, three weeks later still nothing. As a disabled client this makes joining this club a complete nightmare, without doubt the worst customer service.
Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the service from Nicola, I recommend the revitalising treatment, customer service was great from all team members, will definitely visit again.

Negative experience: They literally never answer the phone. Makes one question what you’re paying for. EDIT: finally managed to get through after calling for several days, only to be told “I can’t let you know membership prices because it’s our policy.”- I asked for an approximate ballpark range to which she refused. Unbelievable.
Fantastic experience: Very clean but extremely expensive
Negative experience: Worst experience. I became a member after contacting them many times for information about membership. It feels like they are doing you a favour. I became a member because of the great location being near my house, but regret it since the beginning (and after over six months I have ended my membership already). Considering they had just refurbished it when I joined, most of the facilities including female showers were unavailable for months. When I raise several concerns, I felt like they didn’t care. It is all about money and they accept anyone willing to pay for the membership. Very poor customer service and poor hygiene. Very disappointing for a fitness club which is supposed to be very high end. Would not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I booked and went there with 7 of my friends. Had a great massage and work out. Great lunch and all at an unbelievable low price. Service was perfect.

Fantastic experience: Great location, modern equipment, lovely view, I found the staff friendly & polite. There's an equal mix of men and women working out, maybe more women even. I've visited 5 times so far and it hasn't been crowded. The negative reviews are not accurate as far as I can tell.
Positive experience: You need to walk through the gym to get to the therapy room, whilst being watched by 20 judgy eyes.
Fantastic experience: An incredibly friendly welcome and exceptional service offered throughout my visit. Amazing views from the reception area/gym. Facilities are immaculately clean. Access to spa treatment rooms requires a walk through gym floor, which isn't ideal. However, my massage was very good; nice selection of oils, lovely heated "bed" and good level of pressure. Pool area is accessed via panoramic lift. Pool itself was a little cold but refreshing. Plenty of seating around the pool and a nice selection of newspapers available to read. Steam room very clean and efficient. Sadly the sauna hadn't been turned on when I planned to use it so I did not have opportunity to enjoy. Showers offer a selection of quality toiletries (Molton Brown, I think) and high pressure water. Overall a very good spa experience. Would recommend.

Negative experience: THE PEOPLE THERE ARE HORRENDOUS! I HAVE GONE 3 TIMES ASKING TO JOIN AND THERE IS NEVER SOMEONE AVAILABLE. LAST NIGHT I WENT AGAIN AND THEY KICKED ME OUT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATIONS. THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE....I GUESS WHEN YOU STEAL SO MUCH FOR A MEMBERSHIP YOU DONT NEED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE RUDE, FLAT OUT RUDE...GYM HAS VERY LITTLE MACHINES, WAITING TIMES ARE A NIGHTMARE....AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
