Positive experience: I would put 5 stars easy because facilities are great the stuff is very friendly and helpful and overall is quite and relaxing nice experience the only reason for me to hold one star is that sometimes the sauna doesn't work or the steam room doesn't work or the spa it's rare the they will all three be off for any reason normally is one or the other but apart from that is great

Positive experience: Good facilities and clean changing area but was disappointed that the Sauna was out of use recently. It can get quite busy sometimes especially when it's used by members of the public and not just residents staying at the hotel

Fantastic experience: Amazing place good pool with a sauna spa pool and steam room adequate gym could do with some more up to date equipment and some more amenities ie a small spa or somewhere to get recovery after the gym or if your coming back from an injury but all in all would recommended and good price

Negative experience: Never stayed because when I called for some help with my booking got none what so ever but was charged for the call on my phone bill . Poor service and had to pay for it.

Positive experience: Sound for the price, but if they sorted out the steam room to actually produce steam and spent a couple of quid on pine for the sauna, it would be miles better. Simple things, really easily rectified.

Fantastic experience: Very good facilities, friendly staff, friendly atmosphere. The gym equipment is good. There is a good variety. Also the steam room pool jacuzzi and sauna I’ve personally use this gym twice now . And once again the gym is very good equipment is up-to-date the steam room experience yesterday very good steam room Jacuzzi, very good friendly atmosphere and everyone in the pool like those. Enjoy him self at poolside safely
