Fantastic experience: We held a joint 6th birthday party at Rush and it was brilliant, I highly recommend this for a stress free party option to any parent. We rocked up with some candles and a cake and everything else was done for us, it was the easiest children’s party I’ve ever thrown! The children all had the best time and were suitably tired after an hour of bouncing. We will definitely return with our free bounce for the birthday child, a really fun afternoon out!

It’s a fantastic indoor trampoline park for all ages, really fun and full of energy. Two hours flew by for them, and they’re already asking to go back. Great experience overall!

Negative experience: As someone who has used these facilities Socks should be free because I’ve already paid for the session , and we had grip socks but not from rush and still we were refused to enter . Me and my friends were just playing in the dodge ball area and a female staff came look angry and kicked my friend out in my opinion I think jump in is better I do not recommend going here again

Positive experience: We went there for a birthday party and my daughter had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everything was well organized. After the activities, there was a separate room where the kids could eat, which made the whole experience very convenient. A great place for children’s birthdays.

Positive experience: Good park with lots to do . Slightly long queue for beverages but quicker once another member of staff helped .

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting and appalling to see a children’s play area in such unhygienic and unsafe conditions. Both adults and staff freely leave the gate open to the bay and toddler soft play area leaving opportunity for anyone’s child to just run out, huge safeguarding concern! Tables left dirty without being wiped down after use, food and crumbs left on the floor for anyone’s kids to pick up and put in their mouths. The equipment was in shocking condition, I don’t believe this has ever been cleaned judging by the state of it. This place needs closing down to address the cleanliness and safety concerns and I will be making a formal complaint to trading standards and environmental health as this is unacceptable. I was there for 1.5 hours and not one person came to clean the area within that time! Avoid!!!!

Fantastic experience: My kids and nephews (age range from 6 to 13) love coming here. There's variety. The staff are good too. Shout out to team member Iqra, her attention to customers voice is great.

Fantastic experience: Komal did a fantastic job - definitely my go to hairdresser now. My hair postpartum has been very fine so I need a cut and style to make the most it . She also recommended rosemary treatments that has helped to improve my scalp health and i’m starting to get a little bit of regrowth .

Negative experience: The guy who checked us in and was our POC was great. The not so great: 1. The room was filthy - we missed a chunk of the party asking 3 people and then waiting for someone to clean huge chunks of food and dirt off the floor. The first person was the lady from the bar and I said how long would it take as wanted to watch kids having fun and she said 5-mins but never came back or told anyone. 2. While this was ongoing 3-kids got kicked out the party for breaking the safety rules. I found them upset on the way back sat down alone and said to join the party as only 10-mins left and they said they had to watch a safety video again. No one had any intention of coming until I found someone and the staff who kicked them out didn’t apologise when I asked if next time they could mention to one of the 3-adults who were next to them rather than removing them unsupervised and not telling anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great trampolining center. Had great fun with my nephew.

Negative experience: As soon as we arrived, all the staff stared at us. Within five to ten minutes, they came up to us around twenty times to harass us. I would never recommend Rush High Wycombe, even if it was the last place on earth. It was the worst experience ever. The staff were rude and disrespectful to my sisters.

Positive experience: Overall good experience kids have fun, staff a bit keen to tell you no to little kids as if they understand one person per trampoline when having fun or no when clearly supervised by parents, I get heath and safety and all that but chill a little bit and have a bit of leniency and common sense

Fantastic experience: My boys had a wonderful time at rush. Really enjoyed their 2 hour session around the various activities in the area. It wasn't too busy which was pleasant experience. The cafe area is situated in a great spot overlooking the arena from the top, so you could keep an eye on the kids, yet away from the noise. Could improve some of the seating area, however didn't really impact my experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Iqra, she jells really well with the children and adults alike, she is an asset to Rush. Overall, a good experience, so Well done to the Rush Team for offering a fab time for my family. Keep it up.

Positive experience: Great place. The kids has loads of fun. There were a few issues to begin with. We couldn’t use jump socks from another company. Only their own jump socks must be used. However, they tried to offer them socks that were far too big because they just could be bother looking for the right size. When I said that it would be a safety hazard then they looks for the right sizes. This did result in us running into 15mins of our booking.

Fantastic experience: Great fun for young children- Toddler Takeover Jump & Play was great with access to the soft play and trampolines. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Staff were rude and slow. It took me over 30 mins to buy the tickets over the counter. They charged me for socks when I told them I already have it. They said they will refund the money but I haven't received it yet.

Positive experience: My kids love the experience of using all the different play facilities. Especially when there is a group of friends going.

Positive experience: Does the job, kids have fun and enjoyed it. Kids are not able to run across the trampoline s for safety reasons. It's hard to monitor that as there are so many kids. What happens is the monitors tell one or 2 kids to not do that and I had a person approach me to say can you please tell your children not to run otherwise a warning. But there was 10+ kids running around behind. You shouldn't have one rule for some children and not for others. And they will not allow other trampoline facility socks. You have to use theirs which is an additional cost.

Negative experience: Ah, Rush Trampoline Park — or as I now call it, “The Great British Bake Off: Human Edition.” For the bargain price of £32, my son and I got to experience what it must feel like to be popcorn in a tin hut on the sun for a whole delightful hour. No aircon!!!! 32 degrees outside, and a lovely metallic echo chamber inside that really enhances the sensation of slowly boiling alive. We were even offered warm tap water, which really hit the spot — if the spot you’re aiming for is heatstroke. Thank god we had our socks saved from a previous visit, otherwise I’d have had to ask if they offered a finance plan at the till. Rush, pay the bill or get the aircon fixed. Unless your business model is “Sahara Desert with trampolines,” in which case, bravo.

Negative experience: A member of staff called chris was being unnecessarily authoritative when it was our session. He constantly came over and told us off for minor things such as sitting on the edge of the black unit. It was not just us that he was doing this to, it was the last session of the day and there weren't many people there so he chose to tell almost everybody off, and more than once he threatened to kick us off. Overall I am extremely unimpressed with the service and I hope that they talk to chris and potentially even fire him because he was abusing his power.

Positive experience: Were there as part of a party. The intro was a little messy - when being greeted we should’ve been asked there and then to complete the waiver so we weren’t messing about with it later which ate into the session. Then 10 mins before the end of the session, two of us were told to change our toddlers socks (from Jump In - so trampoline safe) to their own. Obviously cue meltdowns - it was so unnecessary. No obvious H&S reasoning or explanation. Moved to the party room and whilst the ambience was fun to walk into, the practicality of a black lit room with 4 years olds was just not considered. Then the table half collapsed as the supporting arm was missing and staff were just dumbfounded. The facilities were great, lots to do but some of the things weren’t working or weren’t accessible. Some things need replacing to bring it back up to standard. Party offering seemed good - the kids overall had a fun time!

Fantastic experience: Our first time booking the toddler takeover which included an hour in the soft play section. It is such good value for money and there is plenty to do. The staff are so lovely - we will definitely be coming back!

Positive experience: I arrived at the centre around 14:15 and waited in the queue to be seen. There was only one person at the front counter who was serving a customer. There were several members of staff walking around and it was obvious there was someone waiting to be seen. They decided to let me just stay put with my 1 year old in the queue. Once I went up to the counter around 14:30, I enquired if she was the only one on today as she seemed busy. She did not apologise or say something to explain. I was fairly disappointed with the service as the centre seems to be run by pre-pubescent teenagers who don’t understand the value in customer service or what this actually entails. Nevertheless I was approached by Bilal asking for a 5 star review, I explained I would only give a 3 star as I was not impressed with the service. He offered me pizza and a slushy if I could change my review to a 5 star. Goes to show that you actually do not care and want to just have a turnover of customers. If you believe the weekend is going to be busy please put more staff on …. Might solve the issue.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter last Saturday (14th) there was a really friendly tall black man behind the till who was so helpful and a blond northern girl who made our slush puppies, both were so friendly and happy, really makes the difference!

Fantastic experience: Had my son’s 7th birthday party here and they all had an absolute blast and the food was brought out hot and plentiful supply of drinks during the half hour party in the upstairs area. Would recommend to anyone. Must be so hard catering for 3 kids parties all at the same time

Positive experience: Pretty filthy. As a father of girls I always have to take the girls into the boys bathroom which tends to be a bit dirty. But this was worse than a pub bathroom after a Saturday night. Tables and floors also needed a clean with lots of sticky left over residue from days before as we arrived right as they opened. The staff is incredible though and when it comes to these types of places usually you encounter teens who hate their job but everyone was so lovely and treated my inquisitive girls so well.

Fantastic experience: Quick and easy booking. On arrival we was told about the Easter hunt and the kids was eager to take part. The children loved all the activities from the trampolines to the dodgeball and football area. There is a wide variety for the kids to do whilst adults can sit on benches or the cafe above. All the staff members that was working this evening was all so lovely and professional and very welcoming. Would highly recommend and will be returning more often. Negative experience: This place used to be fun, now you are not allowed to do anything with your kids as a lot of staff is just reinforcing every rule under the sun. Common, it's toddler takeover... let them run a bit and not just jump in one place, my we got so fed up we left after 15min...
