Negative experience: I bought an expensive pass for a bulk number of sessions for this studio. I asked them to extend it by ONE week into January as I couldn’t use them all in time - I had surgery for cancer at one point and couldn’t come for over a month. They have a flat NO. And “everyone has their reasons”. I don’t think everyone had cancer! Heartless and lacking in compassion.

Negative experience: The “coconut matcha” was literally just green coloured coconut milk £5 for that alone. Add a small cookie for £4 and it really didn’t worth the price at all. The girl at the counter was friendly but didn’t seem very interested in explaining the products properly. No, I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Love pilates here, I wish the music was a little louder but other than that it’s so nice and peaceful I’m actually editing this because I have one recommendation for the hot Pilates classes - I’ve been to a couple of other studios where they offer cold hand towels at the end of the session and it’s such a nice touch!

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with the Hot Stretch class at Bits Studio. The session didn’t include proper stretching or guidance, and it felt completely unstructured. The instructor didn’t demonstrate or correct form, and overall it didn’t feel like a professional or beneficial experience. I expected a dynamic full-body stretch, but unfortunately, it was very underwhelming. Definitely not worth the price or the time — I hope the studio reviews the quality of this class and instructor. Won’t be booking classes there for sure.

Negative experience: I popped in here today after seeing all the signs for their matcha outside and in the window and thought this place must know what they’re doing, and was left incredibly disappointed. I had an oat matcha latte with agave syrup and honestly one of the worst matchas I’ve had it was 95% milk, and the tiny, little matcha that it had in it didn’t taste like much at all - I would have 100% gone back in and asked for a new one, but I took my first sip literally as I stepped into Sloane Square tube station.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Total rip-off. I paid £110 for my first Tri Wave session, only to discover that the average price everywhere else in London is £50–65. When I questioned the insane price, Anca suddenly offered me a “2-for-1” deal — a cheap trick to cover up how ridiculously overpriced they are. As if that wasn’t bad enough, during my second session Anca’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. For a place charging nearly double the normal rate, the least they could offer is basic respect — but instead I got arrogance and attitude. Save your money. There are plenty of clinics across London offering the exact same treatment at half the cost and with far better service. This place is nothing but overpriced and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: I discovered the place after a friend invited me for a taster hot pilates class. I must say I was instantly drawn by the uniqueness of this boutique studio! I've never been a fan of fitness or exercise of any sort and frankly hate the big impersonal chains, so Vita looked like just what I needed! There are different packages on offer all the time - it is such an incentive to have a plan and stick to it - which is exactly what I did! One can mix and match the group classes (and the one-on-one) - reformer and dynamic hot pilates. The girls at the front desk are always super friendly and accomodating! I must say Vita is the best boutique studio one can ask for - centrally located on Sloane Square and super easy to get to, being in the heart of Chelsea! I am so grateful that my friend insisted on trying it out!

Positive experience: Cloud matcha was okay, tasted a lot like coconut but the matcha frappe on top didn’t taste like matcha at all. Got the blue mermaid smoothie which was pretty nice and a berry smoothie but they weren’t as cold as I would like them to be especially in this heat. Passion fruit matcha was good but quite sour and matcha taste didn’t pull through. Overall it’s cute and I would come here again

You get the warmest welcome from Chloe at the desk and I love the reformer classes and infrared classes . My body has completely transformed and I’ve made some wonderful friends through it. Fantastic experience: Vita Pilates in Chelsea has been a life changing experience, their reformer and hot functional classes are the ones that brought me summer body and improved my mental health! Such a lovely team, with amazing teachers. I also use Vita for my hair color and treatments, so it has been my favorite place in London!

Negative experience: I visited Vita Boutique today for a smoothie. I’ve taken a course of Pilates classes there before and have been to the shop many times to buy food, drinks, and beauty products. This time, on a very rare occasion—something that has probably only happened a few times in my life—I came in carrying a Pret bag. I bought a smoothie and a beauty product (totaling £24) and decided to sit in the corner to enjoy my smoothie and Pret salad. I’m aware that bringing outside food into an establishment is generally discouraged, but since it was a rare situation and I had made a purchase, I didn’t think it would be an issue. However, a very rude and unpleasant “manager” approached me shortly after and demanded that I leave. I tried to explain that I usually don’t do this and that I had just purchased a smoothie, but she was aggressive and completely dismissive. She told me to leave and made it clear she didn’t care about my explanation. I was shocked by her behavior. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this interaction was appalling and deeply disrespectful. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place over time, and to be treated so rudely over something so minor—especially considering I had paid for items—was unbelievable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This experience has completely put me off.

Negative experience: We just suddenly went inside and tried the ube matcha but it was really disappointing because we can’t taste the ube or matcha. It was so expensive from that size of cup, no label, straw was just a paper & the taste was just like a water with powder that they just added a bit of sugar. My friend and I will never again buy this.

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Vita. I fully understand the 12-hour cancellation policy, but when I had an unexpected emergency, I called as soon as I found out to explain my situation and request a credit transfer. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, the receptionist (Alessandra) repeatedly told me "nothing could be done," without considering my circumstances. What made the experience worse was the lack of transparency—when she called her boss for clarification, she spoke in another language, leaving me completely unaware of what was being discussed. Later, I even overheard her discussing my situation with other staff, which felt highly unprofessional. For a high-end gym that prides itself on premium service, this experience was unacceptable. Customer service should go beyond just enforcing policies—it should include professionalism, discretion, and a level of understanding when genuine emergencies arise. I reached out to management, but their response was generic and failed to address the handling of the situation. I expected better from Vita, and unfortunately, this experience has put a dampener on my desire to return.

Negative experience: Shocking Discrimination at Vita Boutique Fitness Café - A Truly Disheartening Experience I am absolutely disgusted by my visit to Vita Boutique Fitness Café on February 25th. What should have been a simple and kind act of helping someone in need turned into an outright display of discrimination and disrespect, particularly toward a man who is visually impaired. I was approached by this man, who asked for assistance in finding a place to have tea and a scone. I brought him to Vita Boutique Fitness Café, hoping that the staff would treat him with the same respect and dignity that they would any other customer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Upon entering, I explained to the staff behind the counter that the man had approached me on the street and that I had brought him to the café for service. Instead of helping him directly, the staff member refused to speak to the customer himself and insisted that I take the order on his behalf, which made me uncomfortable right from the start. But it got worse. To my utter disbelief, the staff member then had the nerve to ask if the visually impaired customer could even pay for his order, implying that his disability meant he was incapable of doing so. This assumption was not only disrespectful but also deeply insulting. And when the customer asked what was available in place of the scone, they were told, “We have what you can see,” further dehumanizing the situation. What shocked me even more was the fact that the manager was present, witnessing all of this, and did absolutely nothing to intervene. Not only did they fail to stop the blatant discrimination, but neither did any of the other staff members or customers take any action to correct or stop the behavior. This is a clear violation of basic rights. Vita Boutique Fitness Café, as a business, is legally obligated to comply with anti-discrimination laws, including the Equality Act, which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. The way this customer was treated is not just inappropriate; it’s illegal. This experience has left me deeply saddened and appalled. I will not be returning to Vita Boutique Fitness Café, and I urge others to reconsider supporting a business that has no regard for treating people with disabilities with the respect and dignity they deserve. If you are a business that cannot meet basic legal and moral obligations, perhaps you shouldn’t be in business at all.

Fantastic experience: I went here yesterday for a haircut. It’s very conveniently located and the environment is very elegant. I’m very happy with my new haircut. Jason is a very funny guy and you will love him!

Negative experience: I had a class at 12:30 today, due to tube complications, I knew I would be at least 5 minutes late, therefore 10 minutes before the class I sent an email, to which I did not receive an answer. I then arrived to the studio at 12:36, checked in with the girls in reception which said it was okay and I went up to the class, by then it was 12:38. As soon as I opened the door me and my friend were greeted with a “no” in an incredibly rude tone, not even a “hello”. I explained to the instructor (Camilla), that the girls down stairs had allowed us to come in which she responded to with “well this is my class so I decide”, shocked by the rudeness of this comment I attempted to clarify that we were let in by the girls downstairs and she responded with a firm “no” again. We then came downstairs and told the girls which quickly said “oh yes sorry forgot to tell you there’s a 10 minute policy” but we had arrived at 12:38. The Pilates studio is good I have had classes with other instructors and they have been really kind. This interaction was incredibly rude and I felt personally attacked. Never in my life have I been treated like this at a commerce

Negative experience: Custom service is absolute shocking if you have an issue the staff talk over you and make false allegations to the manager, we addressed an issue with a staff member but we resolved it went to class then the manager terminated our classes due to lies made by the staff member, the manager sides with staff and do not care about clients at all. They promise refunds same day, 3 days later still no refund without us visiting the premises ourselves, I’m very disappointed with such a gym placed in a classy area and I’m sure anyone of value who has morels would like to know about their lack of care to clients.

Fantastic experience: I recently discovered a hidden gem in West London – Vita Boutique Fitness near Sloane Square, and I’m obsessed! It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge, especially after a hectic week. They offer everything from Pilates classes to a smoothie bar, but the real highlight is their hair steam treatment. Using ADEM products, the 30-minute steam spa left my hair feeling unbelievably soft and smooth. It was so relaxing, I nearly fell asleep! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to pamper yourself from the inside out. Can’t wait to try their facials next!

Negative experience: I am writing to express my concerns regarding the issues I experienced during my recent visit to your salon. I had booked an appointment for a head spa and blow dry, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I did not receive any confirmation call for my booking, as I was told I would. When I called to confirm the appointment myself, I discovered that the staff had only booked me for a blow dry, despite my initial request for a head spa and blow dry. Furthermore, when I called to confirm the booking, the staff informed me that I could not have the appointment at the 4 o'clock time slot I had booked, and instead, I should have booked it for 3:30 pm. I am confused as to why the staff accepted my 4 pm booking in the first place if it was not available. Additionally, when I booked the head spa, I received an email reminding me to bring my socks and not forget my "class." However, I had not booked any class, only a head spa treatment. Needless to say, this entire experience has been a mess and has left me feeling extremely frustrated. I have requested a full refund, and I do not plan to return to vita boutique in the future, as I believe there are issues with your booking system and appointment scheduling process!!!

Negative experience: Having purchased a sit in coffee for £4.60 (madness in itself), I proceeded to sit down and start working on my laptop. 2 mins later I was told by staff laptops aren’t allowed… puzzling as the owner was sat on a table to my left, using a computer herself. One rule for one….

Negative experience: Worst matcha latte I’ve had in London for years. They premake the solution so when it came to my drink it was claggy and you could taste the matcha powder, it wasn’t mixed properly. When I told the barista he was nonplussed. Ended up giving the drink back and going down the road to buy another.

Fantastic experience: The best Pilates studio and healthy cafe in the neighborhood! I’ve tried a lot of places, but Vita’ve got my heart the rooms are well equipped and not as huge as in many places. Less people , meaning more personalized experience, the teacher pays attention to the technique, which is very important in Pilates. Also one of the most tastiest matcha (I tried in many places) and healthiest bites. I recommend also to try Ukrainian sweets, which are 100% natural and with the amazing composition (pay attention to the ingredients). And for me as for a Ukrainian it’s extremely pleasant that the cafe supports the local businesses in such difficult for us times. All in all, always feeling cozy and ‘ at home’ when I’m there.
