Fantastic experience: Lovely community and staff. Incredible variety of classes and workshops in a warm and transformative space! I highly recommend Alcheme.

Fantastic experience: The studio is wonderful. The owner let me use it for one day and was very patient with my student. Offered to change the lights showed me how the kick bags work and was very nice and helpful. The studio is very clean and accessible and overall a very nice place.

Negative experience: The owner leaves his bin on the street obstructing traffic and pedestrians.

Fantastic experience: Just discovered this refreshing coffee place. Relaxing atmosphere, almost like a holiday feel (even on the rainy day we went), staff seemed happy and were welcoming and attentive. The expresso we had was spot-on and served in a warm cup - important detail if you like your expresso hot - really enjoyed the pistachio cake too and will be back

Fantastic experience: My friends' café is an absolute delight to work from , a safe sanctuary filled with the best people and the healthiest treats. My personal favorite? The protein date balls and chai latte! But what I truly love is the ambiance , it makes everything feel effortless. And to top it off, the studio right there offers Pilates, yoga, and vision boarding classes. I couldn't have asked for a more wholesome spot in my neighborhood. Love them! ❤️

Positive experience: I am attending yoga class regularly. Although I appreciate the instructor, I have some concerns about the studio itself. The space doesn't seem to be utilized properly and it lacks cleanliness and ventilation. This results in cramped atmosphere during the practice where I often find myself worrying if I might acccidentally hit someone nearby instead of focusing on my session. To address the issue, I would suggest that the studio could indicate designated area for placing yoga mats or even provide them ahead of time to ensure everyone have enough space. Alternatively limiting the class capacity could also improve the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this spot for coffee and working! It’s super chilled, comfy sofas, great food & amazing staff (Bella is just brilliant)! They make you feel very welcome, I love it there! Also, they offer lovely classes like yoga, kickboxing and others! I can’t wait to try more coffee & classes! Try this spot if you haven’t already!

Fantastic experience: I attend Pilates classes at the studio in the back and often stay for a coffee with other girls from the class afterwards. The café is spacious and tastefully furnished, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, there is plenty of space, and the drinks and cakes are always delicious!

Positive experience: The food is pleasant. It is usually quiet here, in contrast to other coffee shops and cafes nearby, so one is often guaranteed a seat, albeit in a place with a limited atmosphere. The service is neither terrible nor good.

Negative experience: I visited today with a group of disabled adults, and we didn’t have the best experience. The staff were kind, but the service was extremely slow. My colleague and I served every drink and sandwich ordered as they were clearly understaffed. A non verbal learner of mine looked for the toilet but got a bit lost and after we had left the owner- who was not on the premises but was apparently monitoring cctv- phoned the staff and asked them to follow us out and accused my learner of stealing something and putting it in his bag. This categorically did not happen, he hadn’t even taken his bag when he went to the bathroom. We were accosted when we were in a charity shop on the high street. I searched all bags and nothing was taken. I believe the owner was judging my learner by his appearance and would suggest to him that he needs to ensure the cafe is well staffed with accessible signage to the bathroom. Will not be visiting again. I am highly offended that my learner was accused of stealing and that I had to search his bag on the request of the owner.

Negative experience: Had 30 mins to kill this morning and the coffee shop looked enticing, went in and it was me on my own and one other group who ordered 3 coffees. Sat down and waited over 20 minutes and nobody had been served yet, in the end the server told me it would be another 5 or so minutes until I had my coffee so I took a refund and left. How can you operate so slowly with minimal customers? Maybe this is why it wasn't busy. Atmosphere and decor in the shop was nice and relaxing though.

Negative experience: Updated review. The coffee is absolutely awful. Ordered an americano (hardly difficult to make) and it’s the most overextracted garbage I’ve been served in a coffee shop this year. Just burnt bitter trash. It's a good place and the yoga was really solid. I just wish they had better management of their website and the staff were more clued up. The ladies behind the counter couldn't tell me what type of yoga they offer and the website doesn't actually detail all of the classes they seem to do, as puppy yoga is offered but thats not on their site? It's got the potential to be brilliant but it's just managed strangely.

Negative experience: Staff are quite rude and inexperienced. Also, there was a hair in our panini!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the pilates classes. The space is big and the food is very tasty, in particular the apple crumble and medialunas :-)

Positive experience: Nice smoothies Having to change my original review, I ordered an anti oxidant smoothie which was un drinkable as there was way to much coco in it making it super bitter! I was going to avoid going here again but I then returned to let them know that they should keep an eye on the amount of coco added in which the lady replied would you like me to make you one with less coco I agreed and then she charged me £6.55! Forgive me if I’m wrong for thinking that would have been free to replace the un drinkable one! ‍♀️

Negative experience: The food is beyond bad and is in desperate need of an overhaul and imagination. We waited 40 minutes for a terrible salad and a BTL that I would not give to a dog!. Under trained staff and they look sad and lost, nice SA chap said its the largest complaint they get is the food, this place is dying a slow death. Zero kids menu too. Help yourself before it's too late or call in some real help. You have the potential but you need a plan. Happy to discuss this further as your juices are super but the rest is terrible. Dog yoga good pull but wasted if you can't get the rest sorted.

Negative experience: Shockingly bad, the “omelette” was tasteless and had whole cherry tomatoes in it. Never tasted anything worse in my life. The “coffee” was undrinkable. How on earth can somebody get an omelette wrong is beyond me. I was so shocked by the food that i came to read the review and this shocked me even more! Wont be long before this place goes out of business for sure.

Negative experience: Cannot understand the 5 star rating. This place talks about freshly sourced materials....they buy the cheapest stuff from Sainsbury's and then throw it together to make terrible wraps and paninis. My tuna 'wrap' cost £6.55 and consisted of a tiny, squashed piece of doughy bread with a side salad consisting of rocket and sweetcorn. It was terrible and I asked for my money back. The panini my partner had wasn't much better and certainly not worth the £6.50 for it. Strongly suggest avoiding. In a time when costs are rising, you would at least expect to get value for your money.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful spot for a light lunch. A really bright and open space with great food options for all inclusive to all diets and requirements. I went for a Jacket Potato (a rarity in a quaint district in London) and my partner went for the panini - both were beautifully presented and equally tasty. The staff are friendly and engaging, offering a baked good at the end free of charge and informing us of the mummy classes and yoga classes along with other activities available in the adjacent studio.

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite place in Surbiton. Work from home can be lonely - I love going with my dog and laptop to this cafe, where the staff and regulars know us and have really created a sense of community (a special shout-out to Billie and Rebecca for being such cool baristas). This is a one-stop shop for nourishing your body (with their great menu + exercise classes) and mind (with the opportunities to work + wellbeing classes). Today I took my first gym class with a lovely pilates instructor and near-personal instruction (just 4 people in the class), and I'm already signed up for boxing tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: Cindy has gone over and beyond to cater for me and family when feeling unwell. I will be coming back as a regular! A true credit. Polite friendly caring and charming! Bravo cindy

Fantastic experience: Awesome studio! After a few years of very little exercising I decided to give Boxfit a go and after just 1 session I now love it ! Rudy the boxfit instructor on Tuesday evenings is great, very knowledgeable and motivating and knows when to push and when to let you take it easy. I have hated gyms for many years but these small group classes are great to get that one on one time! Also the package deals are great value and makes you commit to going. So overall we'll and truly worth it and you will have so much fun whilst exercising!

Fantastic experience: Joined a boxfit class for the first time with instructor Matt, was great! Really got a good workout, Matt was friendly and patient with us newbies. Had a nice protein smoothie from the cafe as well, staff were friendly and accommodating
