Fantastic experience: Have been a customer for over 10 years for tints, nail treatments and dermabrasion and have been really satisfied with the service provided. I recently tried cryotherapy for plantar fasciitis and can now walk bare footed for the first time in 5 months. There is something for everyone at Inches, can thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. The best Indian head massage & facial I've had. I'm very fussy having my eyelashes & brows done as I'm so fair but again the tint was the best I've had. Also, I loved my gel nails. Very reasonably priced and the ladies there are so lovely and I felt very comfortable with them.

Fantastic experience: I had my spmu brows done today by the lovely Anthea! Well what can I say.... what a lovely lady, she put me at ease from the moment I walked into her therapy room, explaining everything that would happen during my treatment in full detail. Anthea’s client care was second to none,I actually lost count of the amount of time she asked if I was ok . Nazz greeted us on arrival & again from the moment we met , she couldn’t do enough for me! I’ve been to many salons and have never felt as comfortable as I did today at Inches. My brows are amazing and I will definitely be a returning client. Thankyou both so much , what a lovely team

Negative experience: I went to have gel polish on my nails. I felt my appointment was rushed, very little care taken and the lady started helping another customer while still doing my nails. I had them done for Christmas but unfortunately the polish is chipped and peeling off already after less than a week. Could have done them at home and saved £10.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Inches for a few years now and always have friendly service, they always manage to fit us in at the last minute and the nails last forever even with going down to the tables mucking out and riding. I can’t knock the service and my daughter loves going.

Negative experience: After a good search on google, relying on good reviews, I went to this place for a simple basic nude gel nails for hands. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the result, especially after I checked my nails when I left the salon in day time. Very uneven finish, very careless job. I only expected a clean, sleek and neat finish... I wish I could share the photos!

Fantastic experience: Excellent

Negative experience: Worst manicure ever had. They charge less but quality is extreme poor. One of the ladies does fabulous job. The other lady is the worse. She painted on the skin which shows how amateur she was. The paint started seeing off in couple of days. She was dealing with two clients at same time.

Fantastic experience: I go for a spray tan most weeks . Always happy with the results and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had my eyebrows tinted semi permanent in March 17. Still excellent but just having top up this week. Really good job done and highly recommend. Made a tremendous difference to me as my eyesight not good so difficult for me to see to draw. Many thanks for a good job at a very reasonable price.

Negative experience: Went for a spray tan....never had one before and made that clear. Wasnt given any idea of what to wear or any idea of after care! The tan came out patchy and blotchy....won't be going again!
