Negative experience: Very small gym, changing rooms not very clean, generally in poor condition and the air temp and water temp seem cold to me. Not worth £40pm.

Positive experience: Gym could do with an update, but it's not that sort of gym ( modern ). Pool is small, but enough for what you need. Sauna and steam room are a bonus.

Positive experience: Good venue walking distance from Hover and good links to Portsmouth. Car parking food and restaurant / bar. Car parking and disability friendly. Also a hotel (Holiday Inn)

Fantastic experience: This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We can't fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.

Positive experience: It's OK but needs refurbishment, especially the changing rooms. Gym is very small but has everything you need (just be sure not to be there at peak hours!). Skinning pool and spa very nice!

Negative experience: You need to clean the changing rooms, they are full of mold, hairs and provide really old equipment. For the price you pay, you can expect a much better place. Also why do you allow alcohol in the saunas and loud people chatting? This is a place where you go to relax...
