UA Trampoline Park

Negative experience: I support a young SEN individual who is non verbal. He decided on going trampolining but when we arrived were told it was a private hire and could not use the facility. This caused my individual such stress due to his understanding. There was nothing advertised to say it was nit open to the public and the young female staff member was saying we could come in but then the young male staff member said we couldn't, his attitude was dismissive and rude and he actually walked away. I was left to try and explain why my young person could not go trampolining.

Fantastic experience: My son came to a party on Sunday (9/11/25), he had the best time. The staff were friendly and polite and the place was spotless! The party food was great, I had a panini and cupcake both tasted delicious and looked fab! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We will definitely be back soon.

Fantastic experience: My grand daughter was invited to a birthday party and I was reluctant to go as she has level three Autism, I emailed them as she is not able to wear socks due to her sensory issues and they were very swift to reply and very accommodating. While we were there staff were amazing , very understanding and very professional. I can only speak highly about this place and thank you for being inclusive. You get more than 5 stars from us.

Positive experience: My kids enjoyed the trampolines, staff seemed friendly enough. Only thing that stopped this getting an extra star was the food. Cheese burger didnt have salad in it and was tiny and the chips were oven chips, which explained the 30 minute wait. A deep fat frier takes 5 minutes

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place because you have to book online and what about people who don't have Internet and want to come from a street?

Fantastic experience: I take my son to the toddler sessions. Value for money! Very clean. It's more for kids than adults but it's so much better than the flip outs as its well looked after.

Fantastic experience: Visited today with our 2 kids, they both had a great time and the staff were super engaged and fun. Decent food as well!

Negative experience: Before you go you have to agree to the rules and watch a safety video. Unfortunately these rules are not enforced by the young staff and our visit was spoiled by several children running around, often onto the trampolines that we were using. As well as running around they were throwing the large rubber animals with no regards to any one else using the equipment. The young lad who was supervising didn't say anything to any of these children but when a child came on to the trampolines without the correct wristband he soon told them to get off!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed stay and play this afternoon went with my nearly 2 year old and 7 month old and they both had fun ☺️ we stayed for 2 and half hours I was very impressed to see regular cleaning checks being done Will definitely return and recommend others to go with younger ones

Fantastic experience: We usually attend the Toddler sessions on either a Thursday or Friday morning and absolutely love it! we attended today during the new stay and play session which was brilliant! The new soft play was a huge hit with my toddler who had so much fun playing on both the soft play area and the trampolines! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return for another session with my little one!!

Negative experience: The staff just didn’t seem enthusiastic,they played a game with the children and the girl doing it just looked like she didn’t want to be there,I then ordered a kids meal for my daughter which took 25 minuets to come out baring in mind the sandwiches were already pre made…it took this long because there was one girl making my order and the other two that were working were attending to a baby? And in the kitchen which is very unhygienic in my opinion.overall the experience was very bad.

Negative experience: 3 members of staff need to learn how to smile and be polite with there customers. The slushy drinks were just water with a drop of colour apparently they said thats just how they are £6.90 for that erm i dont think so .So we had 3 cans of coke after standing there and one laughing. No customer service at all .obviously not returning again

Fantastic experience: Well honestly I don’t have one bad word to say about the trampoline park in Winsford!! Both me and my little boy really enjoy ourself every time we go which is a Thursday ! The price is good for the amount of time they get to bounce (wish it was longer as my lad never wants to leave when the times up!) food is nice staff are great just overall a fantastic place to come with your children! Couldn’t NOT recommend ! One thing I would say is it would be good to do like a loyalty card which can be scanned and used a bit like Morrisons like a rewards point card…. Just so the mums/dads who come every day for any of the sessions just feel some kind of benifit could be points to a free coffee or free lunch (the points pay for) but other than that defiantly recommend! Me and my boy came today (9/2/23) brought few of our mummy friends to and they also said they will be coming again!! Naomi Crowe

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant place, love to attend the toddler mornings with my son, welcoming, great fun and reasonable prices, recommended to everyone!

Fantastic experience: On entering it all appears complete chaos! However it all went really smoothly . The kids loved it, no issues with the dozens of other children there, a great was had by all. I should mention the Cafe too, it was a pleasure to find a food outlet that didn't charge the earth for food and drink, unlike other places I've been too. Well done!

Positive experience: Good for the toddlers mornings, my toddler enjoys it. There are a few toys and footballs knocking about on the trampolines so gives more than just the bouncing about. Plenty of tables and the trampolines are enclosed so you can have a sip of coffee if you want a break from the trampoling. They also do food for children and half way through the session they bring a drink of juice and a biscuit. One of the employees sings songs to get the children involved a couple of times throughout the session. Good price, but recommend getting there on time as the car park is small.

Fantastic experience: We had our sons 7 th birthday party , It was well Organised clean tidy the food was lovely , the staff were lovely brilliant with children , Took over the check list which it makes so much easier when you have so many children attending ,any queries they came and asked us discreetly as not to embass anybody, We did not have to worry about thing as they did it all for us We loved it and will have our other sons party there too.

Negative experience: Not been here in ages and today we got here and paid full price for 40mins and we was 1mintue late getting off the trampoline for a woman who works there to shout at me and my Autistic son followed with the snottiest look, I hope youre happy that my son witnessed it all won't be coming again!!!!

Fantastic experience: We did hold daughter's birthday there. Kids did have a great time. We felt well looked after - staff very attentive and polite.

Fantastic experience: We took our 2.5 year old daughter here and she absolutely loved it! She didn’t get off the trampolines for the whole hour! We stayed for lunch which was lovely, they do kids lunchboxes which are ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we’ll definitely be going back soon!

Fantastic experience: We attend the toddler session almost every week. Such good value for money. The staff go out of their way to ensure it’s a fun experience for all. It’s more than just trampolining for a few hours, they have toys to suit all ages, there’s always a drawing station, a ball pit, tunnel, books and more. A member of staff comes onto the trampolines and plays games with the children multiple times throughout the session and then each child receives a juice and biscuit too. Both my 3 & 1 year old love it. In fact by 3 year old loved it so much we booked his party there and he had an absolute blast. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Negative experience: To many young kids working here. Not very organized. Also to expensive for just 1 hour play

Fantastic experience: We religiously go to the toddler session on a Thursday every week. My 3 year old and 1 year old absolutely love it. They have lots of toys for babies to play with and a ball pit too if you have little ones who aren’t able to bounce. Plenty of food selections & delicious cakes. The ladies are all so lovely & friendly. We absolutely love it here.

Fantastic experience: I regularly attend the toddler sessions at UA trampoline park which run on various days 9:30am and 11:30am . I’ve not found anything like this at any other trampoline place . Toys , and games for the little ones ,and children music, in a lovely clean setting and nice seating around the edge which makes perfect viewing spot for watching your children play safely and you don’t feel like you’ll loose them like some places which are so big and busy . The toddler lunch boxes are only £3 for a sandwich and a choice of 3 snacks . They also come around with a juice and biscuit at the end . Really recommend

Fantastic experience: Been several times now with grandchildren, they absolutely love it .. every time we go the place is spotless, all children having fun, staff very helpful, the grandchildren loved it as well as there pizzas and drinks. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Me and my youngest daughter are there every friday without fail. This is down to it being the best value for money kids place around, if not in cheshire! £6.50 entry with 1x adult free for 2x hours of bouncing fun and its easy to book online too which makes it all worth the while. Clean, safe, a good menu and most of all friendly staff also make the experience.

Negative experience: A good bounce they host parties but it is not sterile. The toilets are dirty and have water on the floor and the trampoline area is not cleaned ! My brother had a party there for his birthday and almost everyone came back with a virus not just COVID. I probably won't be going again for a while.

Positive experience: Been here a few times for trampolining with the kids. Good venue & kids enjoy it. However, visited today for a trampoline & Santa visit but was appalled. £7 for 30 seconds with Santa and a 75p selection box gift in a blow up igloo - shocking rip off & so disappointed. How they justify charging that, had better gifts at a £2 Santa visit - never again!!

Positive experience: My granddaughter's and friends enjoyed it .there is music playing quite loud there is a cafe bar serving food and hot drinks and cold drinks .it is clean staff pleasant plus table and chairs so you can sit and watch

Positive experience: Not a bad trampoline park for the cost. The climbing wall is not very well constructed and it's very hard for kids as they don't have shoes on and the grips are not well positioned. Trampolines are good but lacks a ball pit or something of that ilk. If you drive there are better places to go

Positive experience: Very good set up. Excellent venue for kids parties. The company makes a big deal about watching health & safety videos and tries to absolve itself from from any responsibility but staff do not make any attempt to control kids that aren't bouncing safely. They need to be a bit more strict like a pool lifeguard with a whistle, the attitude of signed disclaimers and "well you were warned" is poor. I'm not there to police other people's childrens behaviour only my own.

Fantastic experience: Been a few times now over the past few months after it re opened with new management, cant say a bad word about it, fun place for familys, kids love it, great activities led by staff for kids and have also been to a fitness class for adults there which was great Good food and drink selection and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Took my son and nephew to UA Trampoline. Not as big as some trampoline parks but that in my opinion is fantastic, as I could see the children at all times. Staff were really lovely and will definitely make a return visit.

Fantastic experience: We visited UA a few times now and every time we go the place is immaculate, the staff are amazing and so friendly. The food is lovely, we enjoyed being able to order our food and drinks via whatsapp. My children love it here. There isnt anything to improve on. Keep it up guys! We cant wait to visit again soon!

Fantastic experience: Have been for both fun sessions and fitness. This is a great place to go as family, or if you wanna watch your kids burn some energy. Lovely staff and good value for money. I started going to UA groove fitness classes and there amazing! I struggle usually to keep up with fitness classes or feel allot of pressure. With these, it’s fun and a good pace. (There are harder ones if your wanting more of a challenge) but this one suits me and I love it! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I took my niece to their toddler time, it was jump with iggle piggle, it was so much fun for all the children, the park is well organised and nice and clean, I would definitely recommend it, it’s a nice change to find a place where the small kids aren’t over powered by big kids

Fantastic experience: Good fun bouncing around. I believe we bounced for an hour and my two children, my wife and myself all enjoyed ourselves. I was reasonably sore the following day after forgetting myself and trying to keep up with the kids.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, temperature taken on entry, hand sanitiser stations, we felt able to space safely and enjoy the trampolines. The kids loved it, we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: We attended toddler morning. We were greeted at the door with temperature check and walked to the table. My daughter enjoyed it, loads of fun, few games and table service. Prices reasonable, plus children received biscuit and drink included in the price.

Fantastic experience: First time. Definitely won't be our last. We went first thing on a Sunday with a 2yr old and an eighteen month old and they loved it. If they fell, it wasn't the end of the world, as the areas around the trampolines are padded. Everything is pretty much at the same level, give or take an inch.... WATCH the safety briefing. I didn't know some of the facts & figures, and it changed the "gun-Ho" attitude I was planning to use.

Positive experience: This trampoline park can be quite boring unless you can do a few flips on the tumbling track there is also a bouldering wall which hurts to climb on unless you have shoes but overall I would recommend it.
