Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend went to this gym for a a few months great gym lovely staff and facilities

Negative experience: Clean place, polite staff mostly. I find the equipment lacking. No ab machine, in 10 gyms visited in the last 7-8 years, I have never encountered this. Push to a 4 star rating if one ab machine was added. Drinks also overpriced.

Positive experience: Pros: Solid gym, good equipment. Great for commuters into Stamford, aesthetically developed, 24hr gym and tech works perfect. Cons: Very popular and overcrowded, not big enough considering popularity, changing rooms are very small considering footfall, pricey.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with a day pass here over Christmas. Incredibly well kitted out. Easy online pass purchase. Excellent coffee to finish. Good find.

Positive experience: My wife and I have been members for over two years. The facilities are of a high standard and the staff are helpful and courteous.The changing rooms get congested at peak times. The management leaves much to be desired since it lacks good and effective communications with the membership and should be more actively involved in the day to day operation of the club. The facilities and staff deserve a 4 star rating but the management has a 2 star rating. Overall rating is 3 stars. Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of equipment, lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: Certainly the best gym in the area. Modern facility with new equipment and fantastic classes. All the ladies who work behind the desk/run the classes are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 24hr access is a major perk. Would highly recommend to anyone considering. Few pain points: 1. No clear management structure like there was in Grantham before Rich left - not entirely sure who is running the show? 2. Sauna now closes at 8pm so inaccessible to those who are not comfortably in the gym by 6.30pm. Significant discontent in the locker room about this. 3. Buy a laminator! Unlaminated signage is a crime against hospitality

Negative experience: The gym is a amazing is nice a clean but don’t feel welcome when I was there some stuff watching you like they have a problem with you And some of them don’t have a way to talk with people I find some of them rude I train with some friend there before I didn’t train anybody there I was not talking about personal training I train my client online and different place like you say you take. And I never filming when have people near me or have any members in my video I respect every single people in the gym and I will never have any member in my video Safe welcoming I never feel welcome the only stuff make me feel welcome Aaron and the old women I don’t know her name Not because everyone know I’m a PT I will come there to train members I train with friend time to time In all the gym I train is the first gym I feel not welcome always eyes on me is like I’m a criminal Is find this very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Great. Lovely staff, good kit and nice clientele

Negative experience: The customer service at the gym was lacking, and I didn't feel welcomed by either the staff or the other members. It was the first time I've experienced this at a gym. However, there was one exception: the middle-aged lady with short hair was exceptionally pleasant. Her positive demeanor and welcoming attitude made it evident that she enjoys her job. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed disinterested, which ultimately led to my decision to leave.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, nice facilities, and plenty of equipment and studio space. It does get very busy at peak period though, you may struggle to find somewhere to stretch, or somewhere to sit in the sauna.

Positive experience: Good gym. Everything well managed, clean equipment, changing facilities and shower areas. Staff very helpful and good amount of parking. The only downside is the painfully small lockers and changing room .... it can get overcrowded!

Positive experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide range of equipment available and place is always clean and 'homey'. This gym has a wide range of people who are at different levels and it is more welcoming because of this and less intimidating for someone who is just starting out Wide range of support available including massage and considerations

Positive experience: Best gym by miles, I'm really happy member and so pleased I joined.

Positive experience: Physio review only... Nice enough young guy but claimed to have knowledge and experience treating people with EDS.. And constant chronic pain, I paid £50 for barely 40mins and was told to swim and do pilates via YouTube and to go back in a week, he just didn't seem to listen to what impact the pain and EDS had on my life and how that complicates things, no strengthening exercises given. I wish him all the best.
