Fantastic experience: Lovely pool plus friendly, very helpful staff . It's got loads of clubs and classes and fully equipped gym with expired staff guiding people on how to achieve what their goals are . The kids swimming lessons are covered by by professional instructors and can see great success with the kids . Well worth joining

Negative experience: Small gym, always unclean especially the changing rooms - mouldy grout, broken tiles, I even found a used nappy in the showers. Lack of facilities and when is busy you cant touch a machine

Negative experience: Don't waste your money, Nuffield health club 2 minutes from here, night and day, cheaper, bigger and better quality and quantity, staff can't do enough to help unlike you fit, management double act are a clueless joke, sauna pool And steam room double size, do loads more classes for adults and kids, cleaners none stop everyday, try a free day pass and you'll see difference,

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities and friendly staff. Best value I could find in East Kilbride @ £41 a month for gym, classes, pool, sauna, steam room and the fabulous new addition of a cold water therapy service run by Recharge and Revive, for an additional modest charge. Plus massage, salon services and the Holiday Inn next door!

Fantastic experience: I had such a refreshing day at the gym using their day pass! The pool and spa were impeccably clean, creating a relaxing environment. It was a perfect escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene retreat!

Positive experience: Have tried the swimming pool with the free pass. it's okay. A shame that jakuzzi was empty. It's got a sign saying it's not in use so wondering if it's ever open as it was midweek around 5pm. Haven't checked the gym facilities so cannot comment on that. Overall 3.5/5

Positive experience: Tried out a free day pass before signing up but the gym equipment needs a major upgrade. I went to change the weight selection on one of the equipment and there was rust all over the tool! The fact the gym areas are spread over 3 small rooms is not ideal either. For the price I expected much more value. Didn't try out the pool amenities but looks nice from afar.

Positive experience: Changing rooms a bit small for the amount of members. Aspects e g the lockers, carpets, a bit tired but they try to improve things. Not bad value seeing as loads of other places shut their saunas. Steam room remodelled and bit small. Pool is small, Cardio room quite good, weights room OK, again not bad value overall and customer service OK but I've not ran into any issues

Negative experience: Nice staff but could really do with being updated in changing rooms and pool area and more disabled facilities

Fantastic experience: Joined the club about 6months ago and so glad I did, I only use the health suite, the changing area is always clean and tidy, pool area always clean and well maintained, I’m looking forward to the refurbished steam room being ready for use as I’m missing this just now, even when the swim lessons are on you can get your swim done, I must mention that the swimming instructors are all great with the kids, very professional and fun at the same time, sometimes the parents hanging around cause the tears at the poolside but the teachers are great at distracting and getting them in the water and before you know it the kids are splashing around and laughing. As a mother of 3 x now adults I remember these things and it’s nice to see this being dealt with so well. The front desk staff are always very friendly when arriving and leaving. My only gripe is sometimes some male health suite users clearing out their noses and throats by spitting outside the steam room & sauna, this isn’t the clubs fault at all but maybe some signs asking for this not to be done as obviously it’s very unhygenic. There is a big black bin that they could use if they really have to do it!

Fantastic experience: Spoke to one gentlemen here and he has an excellent phone manner, younger chap he is a credit to the company. I spoke to 4 or 5 other top level clubs and recieved sub par customer service. I wanted to come here because of this man. I do not remember his name unfortunately, I really regret that.

Positive experience: Was a member here for about 10 years. Good gym if you are a local. Staff were always great. Mostly clean. Every few years they revamp parts of facilities. They do an open weekend a few times a year and you can explore the facilities

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and leisure club the staff are second to none they are so friendly helpful and down to earth! The classes are terrific with a grewt variety of choices within the week I have been a member of two different clubs before however this leisure club top's them all top's

Negative experience: It’s impossible to obtain any refund of overpayments from this dodgy company. Accounts dept do not even acknowledge emails or reply to phone calls. Nightmare.

Fantastic experience: Visited the other day for a Groupon Spa. Really enjoyed the pool and health suite. Treatments were amazing. Would definitely come back ‍♀️

Negative experience: Joined You Fit and was hospitalized the next day. Hospital advised me not to do any gym for three months. Asked YouFit to cancel and refund my £60 as it it was just one day. They have simple mantra - if you have come, pay something. So they cancelled and deducted £20 as cancellation fee. Will never go back to this so called gym.

Fantastic experience: My 30 mins massage was done well but room was very cold due to air con being on leaving me very chilled as in cold. I was so cold during it at as cold air was just above my bareskin.The facial was only 10mins not 30 as suggested in add.i was left alone in room for 20mins with a cold wet mask for 20mins while she said she was sorting passes .frreezing was i so much so i have been in bed from when i got home till now not well with cold and all sore. I am a therispist and would never leave any one that length of time and I would make sure that they are warm enought before I start .

Fantastic experience: I had 2 treatments with Lisa, who was great. she took her time, usually on voucher deals, they like to rush but not here. She made me feel welcome & relaxed and also gave me some advice on how to reduce anxiety. Would highly recommend. Great facilities, roasting hot tub, great steam room & sauna.

Positive experience: Great friendly staff but could you do with towels

Positive experience: Lovely spa treatments, amenable staff, nice facilities. Very easy to find. Parking on site but not that many spaces. We had a voucher for a spa day with 2 treatments and use of the pool etc. You have to take your own towels. Changing rooms were small but nice. From men's changing room to pool you have to walk through a glass sided corridor facing the car park. Sauna and steam room were nice apart from draught under steam room door. Ceiling tiles above pool need replaced. A couple sat in hot tub the whole time and it was small so didn’t use it. Pool was a good size. Melissa the beauty therapist was lovely and treatments were nice and relaxing. Great midweek offers
