Hi Andy, thank you for your feedback. As a trampoline park, our main priority is always the health, safety, and wellbeing of our jumpers. To ensure they can play comfortably and safely, the main jumping area is kept at a cooler temperature to prevent overheating.
The seating area downstairs is maintained at the same temperature for this reason. We also have additional seating in our upstairs café, which is generally warmer and more comfortable for spectators.
Had this been mentioned during your visit, our team would have been more than happy to suggest areas of the park that may have been more comfortable for you. While we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you hoped for, we do hope the children enjoyed their time with us, as that’s always our main aim.
Fantastic experience: Great place for the kids and good birthday parties
Positive experience: Good slightly small trampoline park. Small climbing wall area was popular with my kids. Good number of seats in the cafe looking down on the park to watch the kids. Handy for the kids if shopping in Stirling.
Fantastic experience: Quick and easy entry with the prebooking. Parking was straightforward. Not heaving with people when we went, so there wasnt any jostling. Clean. Good value for money and straight forward snacky food upstairs. I recommend if you have some kiddos needing to blow off some physical steam!

Fantastic experience: I organised a summer trip for my charity and from day one in March when I contacted them they have kept in touch to make sure everything was going ok. I took a group of 17 children and their parents and everyone loved it. Very well organised Cara and her team are a pleasure to deal with and I will be back in October with another group for school holidays. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Great time. Both adults and kids loved it. There is foam pit balance beam battle sticks, climbing wall, basket ball, and lights as well as trampolines and a jump off. The cafe upstairs is an added bonus they make really milkshakes and hot chocolate.

Fantastic experience: Took our three grandchildren here for the first time two days ago. They spent 2 hours thoroughly enjoying themselves and insisted on returning for another 2 hours yesterday. That shows how much they enjoyed it. Facility is very clean and well equipped. Plenty of variety of activities from air bag jump and wall climbing to just bouncing on small trampolines. Staff are polite and very considerate. Safety is taken very seriously; the mandatory safety video is good. Our grandchildren insisted on watching it both times even though that wasn’t necessary. One of the kids bashed his nose - no damage done - but the staff really made sure he was OK. Highly recommended. We will be coming again!

Fantastic experience: The kids absolutely love this place, it's not too expensive, the coffees are nice and there is plenty space to watch the kids from. There are a variety of trampolines with a foam pit, climbing wall, reaction challenge and a basketball trampoline section as well.

Positive experience: My girls were disappointed with the size of place, much smaller than appeared in photos/videos. For the price I felt let down there wasn't more to do, girls became bored after half hour and we had to encourage them finish their session.

Fantastic experience: Me my hubby & our 2 boys (5 & 8) travelled from Kirkcaldy today to try out jump & joy & we all had the absolute time of our lives, our eldest boy Codey has ADHD & spectrum for Autism & our youngest was so afraid of the pillow, & one of the staff members named Hayley was thee nicest sweetest most loving person ever, she was incredible with the boys, she even jumped for her first time ever on the pillow to give colestan confidence to jump while he held onto her stuff waiting for her at the bottom, she was incredible with both the boys & even gave them an “awesome” certificate ❤️ we booked for the 2 hrs & the boys didn’t want to leave, we had the best time ever & got so many amazing photos/videos to add to our collection of memories, we would like to thank Hayley from the bottom of our hearts & the manager (I’m so sorry I forgot to get her name) were the nicest girls ever & made out experience even better We booked the food online with the 2hrs jump & the boys loved the hot dogs Thankyou for such an incredible time We can’t wait until we come back one of the best places & nicest people we have ever been & met

Fantastic experience: A great place if you or your child likes to trampoline. A good few different activities to do, not just bouncing, like a climbing wall, foam pit with gladiator style fighting on a beam and basketball hoops. There was a cafe too but we didn't try it. The reception staff member was lovely and welcoming and understanding.
Fantastic experience: We brought our son here and he had a great time. The place is well set up and has a good few things to keep kids entertained. The staff were great and interacted with him. We will definitely bring him back in the future.

Negative experience: Very disappointed ☹️ we were overcharged by a whopping £15 on our visit Sunday 14th May. We are 3 days in to the complaint and have had no acknowledgement, apology or reimbursement from the company. Shame as It’s a perfect venue in terms of size as I have an autistic son and twin girls so ideal for keeping an eye, it’s also very clean, however due to this bad experience and lack of response I very much doubt I’ll go back. For what we were charged we could have went to gravity or Ryze which are both more superior jump parks. Very disappointed
We got your complaint and we are looking into it. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That’s why it’s taking a bit longer to get back to you. We are really sorry about it.
Negative experience: Called Jump n Joy to book a party for my daughters 10th birthday. was told that no they could not book a party for my requested day as they had no staff to run the parties. Disappointed, I decided to take my daughter and her friends along on the date I requested, pay them in without the party room and accompaniments, so she wasnt completely disappointed. On arrival, there was not only one party arriving, but two. one being held upstairs in the party room and one downstairs. My daughter was gutted seeing this. so disappointed and angry I had been lied to. why say you weren't doing parties on said day when you clearly were. And before you say, you may have got staff to fulfil parties, why did I not get a call to inform me of this. You had my details, as a member of staff had to take my details to check your availability and call me back. Nothing worse than seeing your 10 year old gutted on her birthday.

Thanks for your explanation. When you enquired about a party, you asked for a time that we do not have any availability and that’s the reason why there was 2 parties going on at the time you decided to come in. The staff offered you a time that we CAN do your party but that did not suit you so you decided to come anyway for the time you wanted to come i the first place. That’s the reason why there were parties when you came in. We did not tell you that we don’t do parties on the said day. I’m sorry if that’s what you understood and I’m also sorry about the confusion and misunderstanding we caused.

Negative experience: You can get much better value for money in other kids play areas in Central Scotland. Over priced for sessions, food and 'special socks' are also very expensive.
Hi Brian, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We take every single comment very seriously and always do our best to improve our services. However, we are one of the cheapest trampoline park operators when it comes to session price per hour, food/drinks from the cafe and also grip socks which must be worn whilst at any trampoline park.
Fantastic experience: My two grandaughters loved it it is pricey for someone with a larger family but they do have promotions mon&thurs where kids get a drink and a snack included

We are one of the smallest trampoline parks in the UK and when the weather is like today, we do get busy and everyone wants to stay and watch their kids play. Also, if you can tell us what was so terrible about the food so that we can correct it.
Fantastic experience: A bit smaller than the usual places we go to which is good when you’ve got more than one kid to look after as you can keep an on them from all angles. Nice and clean inside and well set up with lockers which is a good touch. Outside could do with a clean though!
Positive experience: Little bit expensive for what is. My kids loved it, for about 45 mins. What stressed me out was the 4 extremely enthusiastic, big boned, heavy adults who were bouncing about like incoherent labradors. They were diving into the foam block pits without any awareness of what tiny little 5 year old children may be in there.
Hi Nick. Thanks for your review. Open sessions are for everyone. You can also come and enjoy the park for yourself. That means there might also be adults jumping there too. We do have someone always watching the airbag and making sure no one is jumping on anyone. Jump’N’Joy is for everyone who would like to have fun in a safe environment.

Fantastic experience: Great place loads of trampolines, a climbing wall, a balance beam with Gladiator style bags, high jump area (my kids favourite), a basketball area as well as private party area. It also has a cafe although the food is basic but fine for kids. I asked the bairn, how many stars he would like to give Jump N Joy and he said "If 1 star is bad and 5 stars is good, i give it 200 stars"

Hi John. Thanks for your comments. We do get busy at peak times, peak days(school holidays). We are happy that things are going back to a bit of a normality after almost 2 years of Covid restrictions. During the covid restrictions, we had to reduce our capacity both in the play area and the cafe area. Since the restrictions having being lifted, some customers are still unsure about how busy it can be at peak times but this is nothing new. We just adjusted our capacity to back to normal and it feels busier than what has been happening during Covid times. We are still the safest trampoline park in the UK both for Covid and play. We hope to see you again soon. :)

Fantastic experience: Just spent an hour at Jump n joy and must congratulate all staff for a wonderful visit. The facility was clean and well cared for, the food and drinks very reasonably priced, and all staff were amazing; so welcoming, kind & helpful, ensuring all customers had a safe and fun experience. Fantastic experience: A lot of fun for the little ones... and for grown-ups as well I suggest to book online, fill in the waiver and all so you can basically just walk in. Socks are £2.50 a pair, if needed, and they have them on all sizes at the front desk

Fantastic experience: I went Jump N Joy recently for the junior jump session with my 1. 5 and 3 year olds. The park is brilliant, we had a really good time. I also can't fault the covid set ups and procedures, every was very clean and well organised.

Hi Maria. Thanks for your comment. We tell everyone not to play inside the foam pits. The foam pits are there for safety reasons and we do encourage everyone to use the facilities( the balancing beams, the traverse wall). The foam pits are the highest risk in our place and we do sanitise them regularly during the day. If/when you fall in the foam pit, we ask everyone to come out without playing with the foams. If we see anyone playing inside the foam pits, we ask them to come out without playing with the foams. Not everyone obeys the rules and we try out best to keep this rule without offending anyone.
