Artha carried out my body scrub and full body massage – it was a deeply relaxing, hot-stone style treatment and so good that I actually drifted off, that’s how relaxed I was. Lunch was top tier. The other facilities were fantastic too – the sauna, steam room and pools were all excellent. Oh, and the heated relaxation beds were perfect for unwinding. I genuinely felt like a Prince 11/10 service overall

Fantastic experience: Elegant spa with nice amenities. Beautiful baths and sleeping pods. Relaxing atmosphere with fireplaces and plenty of seating. I indulged in the Nurture Ritual whoch was a delightful 2Hrs treatment with a scrub and mud. After i received a relaxing massage from the same kind and attentive therapist. My only complaint was that it was HOT in the entire facility. After i showered i was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the massage therapy room was heat controlled.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of the one of the most stunning Spa/gym clubs in London. I absolutely adore coming here, the staff at ESPA Corinthia are truly wonderful. From the moment I arrive, I am greeted with a genuine smile and a warmth that immediately makes me feel at home, all of the staff know my name, they take time to talk with me, and always go out of their way to make sure I am completely comfortable. The attentiveness is next to none, I often leave things behind after spending a morning enjoying the luxury of the surroundings, and the delightful manager Ricardo emails me letting me know it is secure and safe until my next visit. It isn’t just the calm, quiet and immaculate setting that makes ESPA so special, it’s the people, every member of the team radiates kindness and professionalism, and nothing is ever too much trouble. You feel as though you are being looked after by friends who genuinely want the best for you. This combination of world-class treatments, beautiful surroundings, and staff who truly care makes this place second to none. For me this is a place where you can completely relax, unwind and feel at peace with the yourself. The ESPA offers within the membership fee sessions by AMP (Athletic Medical Performance) trainers who offer structured group workouts throughout the day, these are not busy and sometimes you literally have a one to one session with the trainer if no no one else attends the class. The trainers at the ESPA gym are fantastic. The girls and boys who look after you are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and encouraging, they support me without ever making me feel pressured, and create a calm, positive atmosphere that makes the training as enjoyable it can be. As you can see I cannot rate the ESPA more highly.

Negative experience: I'm disappointed to have to give this spa a 1-star review. They double-charged my credit card mistakenly, and I've reached out for the last few days for updates to see if they've rectified their mistake, and have only been told that their accounts team is "looking into it." I'm annoyed, because I was told that when my card was initially charged, there was a "glitch" in the system, so my spa visit was interrupted to re-charge my card. I was assured the first form I signed would be thrown away, and only one charge would go through. But somehow, even with this "glitch," both charges went through... So due to the spa's lack of urgency to fix this issue, I've had to file a dispute with my bank account. A stay at the spa should not be headache-inducing, especially when you're spending $500+ on treatments... The customer service should match the price, and sadly, they've fallen VERY short.

Fantastic experience: I had trouble getting through to the spa to book a gift visit for someone. When I did reach the spa, a lady called Borem picked up and was so immensely helpful, professional but perfect combination of also of just so pleasant to deal with, she completely eroded any frustration. What an asset. I work in the industry and people like that are like gold dust. Thank you, Borem. I would hire her if I could!

Positive experience: Very minimalistic,, Not as many amenities as available in other spas I have visited. The massage was a nice Rub. You had to walk down two flights of stairs to get to the spa that means two flights after you’re done back up. A basket of fruit with some nuts and tea for refreshment offering- minimal. There is nothing to combat the frizz in my hair from their shower products. No Sanitized, hairbrush, or combs were available . To enjoy the pool two more flights of stairs down and you would have to purchase a disposable bathing suit for 50 pounds if you did not bring one. No face cream was provided either. For the price, I did not find enough value. The staff was very pleasant and it was a clean place.

Fantastic experience: Went for the much needed 2 hr Reflect & Regenerate Ritual. My therapist was incredible ( I told her she had healing hands), I left feeling like I was floating! Everything from the spa facilities to the team we encountered were fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I went and enjoyed a day of pure pampering joy with the Glow of You - this was perfection! I used the gym, then had a delicious lunch with champagne and it was generous amount. I used every part of the thermal pools and already felt amazing before I started my treatments - first a body scrub, then massage, then facial. I left feeling like I was floating away. I was so impressed and will be rushing back. Thanks to my therapist Anna K for making that experience everything I had hoped for

Negative experience: My sister and I came to this spa for a special occasion. We expected a fabulous day out but sadly this was not the case. The amenities were lovely but our treatment was not. We both booked the deep cleansing facial with LED therapy. Neither of us felt like we had a deep cleanse after our treatment. There was no extraction during the facial, which was specifically asked for and should have been included in that specific facial. There was a lot of rubbing creams and serums into our faces for 1 hour and 30 mins. The treatment cost £295 and sadly I would not pay £100 for it. We spoke to the staff after and were given a refund for one of the facials which we are very thankful for and were happy to leave it at that however, the next day the therapist who gave my sister her treatment viewed my sister’s linked in profile- GDPR? We found this outrageous. For what is supposed to be a luxurious spa a lot of changes are needed - not just the fruit bowl as shown in photos below! Terribly disappointing.

Positive experience: The facilities are great. My treatment was just okay - the pressure wasn’t right and she didn’t ask. The bit I did ask to be customised the clinician said no. My friend and I went together & her deep tissue lack pressured, she asked for more didn’t get it. Overall everyone is nice and I’d you want to go spend a few hours using the amenities before your treatment, then I would recommend, but the actual treatments themselves are lacklustre compared to many spas in London.

Fantastic experience: This was an unforgettable experience. I had a facial and a massage with the wonderfully gifted Arta. I am pregnant and Arta just worked so much magic. From the second I stepped into the treatment room, she made me feel so comfortable and heard. The skin analysis was very insightful. I was convinced that I had Rosacea, but I actually had dry skin. I have been to Dermatologists who have not given me the right information, but Arta did know what she was talking about. I am glowing! Thank you and I will be back

Positive experience: As an ESPA Trained Esthetician in the States I was very excited to visit their flagship Spa when I visited London. Perhaps I went in with too high of an expectation because I was very disappointed. The spa itself is lovely and the reception staff was great. Very friendly, provided a beverage and chocolate upon arrival and got us settled into our lockers quickly. There are 2 areas of lockers and I was put in the area where 2 other woman were getting dressed and ready to leave the spa, so it was crowded and they were clearly upset I was now in their way. I experienced the same feeling when I was getting dressed and ready to leave and another woman was put in my area when the other section of lockers was completely empty. The thermal floor would have been very enjoyable if there weren’t children in the pool nearby, apparently they are allowed to use the pool during spa hours - that is only disclosed when they confirm your appointment the day before. And you’re only allowed to use the facilities 1 hour before and 1 hour after your treatment. Not enough time in my opinion to fully utilize what they offer. My service - the 2 hour Nurture Ritual - started with a scrub and mud wrap which did leave my skin feeling incredible, and was followed by an hour massage that was was the equivalent to a mediocre massage I’ve received at the local Asian spa. The treatment included the pink clay hair mask (which I love) and scalp massage that was horrible and I wish I had passed on that so I could then spend the time in the spa facilities and not washing and styling my hair afterward. For the price I paid on this holiday splurge I was left with buyers remorse and wish I would have gone elsewhere.

Negative experience: Been here a few times now. Previous visits have been good experiences - nice facilities, friendly and professional team. This last time was not as great. I booked a massage and age defying facial which includes a skin consultation and extraction. When I got there and confirmed it would include the extraction - the main purpose of booking the facial - I was told it was not included. It clearly states this on the website and when I challenged I was told maybe they will be able to include it or maybe next time. Next thing I was taken to the treatment room to change not the changing rooms - so no robe or towel. When the treatments were finished I was left covered in oils and expected to put my clothes back on which would cover them in oils and ruin them, rather than being allowed to use the showers. I had to use one of the treatment towels in the room and the sink to wash off as much of the oils as possible before I could touch my clothes. At reception I was offered a complimentary hour aqua spa session and the promise of an extraction next time I came - not written down or any evidence this would be honoured. Needless to say, a bad experience this time. What was supposed to be a relaxing treat left me annoyed and oily.

Fantastic experience: One of the absolute best spas in all of London. The thermal floor is incredible from bubble massage therapy to water jets to cold plunge, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, etc. all on one floor. Meticulously designed and extremely well maintained.

Fantastic experience: I had a full body 90 minute deep tissue massage last week with Anna K, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). Anna was incredibly engaged, took a holistic view of my whole body and symptoms I was experiencing and gave an absolutely fantastic massage. The facilities are of course amazing, as you'd expect at the Corinthian which topped off a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Started coming as an annual winter treat with a friend, now it’s my go to for a special occasion girls’ day. The facilities are beautiful, the fire and water contrast in the pool rooms is lovely. They’re almost doing themselves a disservice by not giving a video tour of the facilities on their website. It’s a very pretty place, even as it ages ever so slightly, it’s well maintained. The service is great. They had Dr. Barbara Sturm samples out a few months back and I mentioned that I loved having the sachets for travel and the receptionist returned a minute later with samples for me, just to brighten up our already great experience. Such thoughtful service, you can’t ask for anything better. Every time I see the sun cream sample in my cupboard, I think about how I should return to the Corinthia soon. The sleeping room after the treatment is so cozy and the amenities are perfect. Had a back, face and neck treatment with Arta this time and she was phenomenal, especially on massage. She gave great advice on products and I picked up a few as Christmas gifts thanks to her recommendation. Also enjoy lunch in the hotel courtyard after, the flowers and seasonal menu always make it a great end to a spa day and it’s usually available without a reservation so it’s perfect to avoid a rush to get ready after a treatment. Haven’t tried the spa cafe but it’s usually full so I’m sure it’s good too. It’s a splurge, but in my experience, the quality matches the cost if you make a half-day or day of it. It’s a real treat!

Positive experience: Was a very beautiful building with exceptional facilities, clean and constantly being tidied. Friendly staff that were very accommodating. My massage therapist Karla was perfect, polite, friendly, made the whole experience perfect and she explained things well. The shampoo and conditioner in the change rooms were amazing. I really wish I could find the product online so I could buy some. I completely understand why the cost is so high for the amazing experience I got. I went for the afterwork spa treatment, I do wish there was a cheaper option though. I would recommend as a one off treat yourself as I pretty much got the whole place to myself, I went on a Tuesday around 3pm.

Fantastic experience: I am in love with this spa, I’ve been coming regularly since lockdown restrictions were lifted. I previously had another spa membership in a hotel spa but they didn’t reopen their wet facilities post covid so I have started visiting espa as and when I can. The best treatments for me have been the inner beauty facial, espa life, the natural face lift facial. The wet facilities are amazing, especially the ones within the changing area, the staff are really kind and accommodating. The therapists are so kind and highly skilled. Stand out therapists for me have been Arta, Alex (the Greek/American one), and a lady from France whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. I’m really sorry! I’ve only eaten in the spa restaurant once but I would highly recommend fitting it in if you can - really healthy options. Otherwise the afternoon tea in the corinthia is amazing as well if you fancy something a little more indulgent. I always leave feeling like a new person and for that I couldn’t be more grateful

My boyfriend took me for my birthday and we had a package where it was a Swedish massage, facial and lunch, as well as use of all the spa facilities. We were there from about 10am and left at 4pm! It was the perfect Sunday birthday treat.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful spa haven in the centre of London. I booked a few treatments and a table at the spa lounge as a birthday treat for my mother and sister. From the initial contact, the spa service was very helpful and responsive, keen to make the day’s arrangements seamless. The spa facilities were stunning, with a good selection of mixed pools, steam rooms and a stunning glass walled sauna on the lowest floor. The female changing area also had some smaller facilities including steam room and heated marble daybeds. Treatments were solid: one guest said the massage was the best she’d had, and facial treatments with Barbara Sturm products were solid, although mine was a little severe. The spa lounge is serene, decent selection of snacks and drinks (including champagne), with the main hotel lounges a short walk away for afternoon tea. We expect to make this into a family tradition!

The Espa Life Time is my go-to treatment, however, on the 3rd day I chose the bespoke massage and got Kafi as the therapist. Please, give that woman a raise: she gave me the BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve been to many spas from the cheap to the top-of-the range). Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing time at the spa, followed by a very relaxing time in the thermal pool area. I went for a bamboo massage which was incredible. The atmosphere was relaxing and I was truly able to be in the moment. My therapist, I believe her name is Maria, was lovely and pressure was perfect. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The pool area is very clean and beautiful, all in all a great experience and hope to be able to return soon.

Positive experience: I really loved my treatments and staff were amazing however there was a couple filming in the spa constantly on the evening i visited which was unacceptable. I mentioned it to someone working in the spa but nothing was done about it made me feel quite uncomfortable and not want to use certain parts of the spa.

Fantastic experience: Just had a life changing massage with Damian. He’s a trained physical therapist specializing in deep tissue (sports massage). Makes sense that he’s got a magical touch with human physiology. The spa itself is very beautiful and relaxing. I’ll definitely book again when back in London.

Fantastic experience: ESPA Spa is at the Corinthia is one of the most luxurious places ive been. The interior space is phenomenal and the staff were very proffesional. The napping pods/room with the live fire is just out of the world.

Fantastic experience: I am currently 8 months pregnant and booked a 90 minute maternity massage with Maria. She was absolutely amazing and I left feeling completely relaxed and as if all my pregnancy aches and pains had melted away. As always, can never fault the facilities and the lovely staff who are always so welcoming :)

Fantastic experience: Favorite London Spa. I tend to visit ESPA Life at Corinthia to celebrate special occasions or just to escape and unwind from the day-to-day. The facilities and services are excellent. I loved the hot stone and deep tissue massages which I had on my most recent two visits. Also their sauna is unbelievable, I thoroughly enjoy it. The ambiance of being surrounded by calming music and fireplaces in the spa areas adds to the feeling of luxury and zen.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful spa and completely relaxing experience. It wasn't busy at all, or rather it didn't feel too busy because there was plenty of space for the people that they had there. The heated beds were so relaxing I could have stayed there all day.
