Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of parking. The gym gets busy at peak times so you might need to wait for equipment. Plenty of exercise classes on offer for all ages and ability. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Nice gym and classes, so far I’ve been spinning and Boxfit a couple of times. Checked out the Sauna and Steam room recently, it’s very good and smaller than Fenton Manor, however doesn’t seem as busy which better if you prefer less people. Quite cosy. Overall a good experience so far!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and have been going for 10 yrs. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel at home. The gym apparatus is all you could need. The sauna and steam room are great. It is all very clean and maintained to a high level. Plus it is a fair price. What I like most, apart from the staff, is that you can wear what you want. You are not surrounded by lycra clad body beautifuls, it is very refreshing

Positive experience: I've been coming to the yoga here for about 18 months to 2 years now. Current teacher is Shelley Lovatt. She caters for all ages, and varies the programme every 3 weeks. She's really good. I first started yoga for my back and sciatica. I do yoga twice a week which really controls the sciatica, so I do this class with Shelley and one at Yogi Smith's. If I miss a week or two, I know it. The only reason for 4 stars is the hall is really cold in cold weather and winter. Well, worth the admission, and I recommend it to anyone .

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. It may be a tad small compared to some gym chains but it's got plenty to do. Never tried the classes myself unfortunately but I've never heard a bad word said about them. Theres lots of equipment although the cardio equipment can have a wait if its busy. You have the cardio and resistance machines in one part and a free weights gym in another part. Theres also a sauna and the changing rooms and toilets are always clean. I always get a decent workout each day and my progress has been steady. If you want, you can also get a tailored programme made for you by the great staff who are always on hand to help out and know their gym inside out. I love the place!
