Fantastic experience: I started pole fitness purely to accompany my sister in law for fun. I wanted to try it before but was too nervous. I wish I'd gone sooner! Such a relaxed and fun studio; you immediately feel welcome and at ease. It's challenging but the environment is so supportive. A great studio, brilliant instructors and lots of regular events and different classes to participate in. Can't wait to start silks!
