Fantastic experience: Great gym, nice crowd well priced friendly staff

Fantastic experience: My first day here and it’s been great! Decent Iron Gym, staff and owner are very friendly and everyone inside who is training are also friendly. Would highly recommend this gym, heavy weight, decent equipment and good atmosphere! My new local gym ☺️.

Negative experience: Just bought a day pass at 10PM. However I been told after 10 you can’t go in if your not a member. I simply wsnted to see what the gym is like. The front door has a number I called, and the person on the phone instead of being understanding. Was very rude, calling me “kid” even though i might be their age too. Told me i should of read the terms, fine i understand. But they were like not my problem, you should of read the terms kid. Simply unprofessional, and very rude. Hence why my feet won’t ever step at this gym ever again. Not because of their terms. Simply because of the person that was on the phone and very rude. Respect goes both ways.

Fantastic experience: Please upgrade the heavy bags, or atleast fill them up further to the brim so it’ll be harder to punch at head level. P.s. they upgraded the heavy bags, I give huge respect to that because they obviously care for everyone’s gym experience to be the best it can be.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this gym it is not what you need it does not have air conditioning it is very hot in there

Negative experience: We as locals don't mind the gym being open. But is there any chance you can stop cars from having loud music like it is now.. There is no need

Positive experience: Great gym love the vibes but I wish they change up the songs as the music is the same old boring stuff and it needs a switch up staff are amazing especially Karen and Dipz theyre always happy to see you and have no grudges. Mens toilets are sometimes filthy but thats just nature of some of the people working out asides from those flaws awesome awesome gym and you cannot complain with the boost of energy you get especially lifting real weights unlike puregym or jd gyms huge levels of respect to Foundry West Brom

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team, very knowledgable. The owners always go above and beyond adding value to each visit. Dipz, Karen and Sam really make this place welcoming to all levels of users. It’s great to see such a variety of members. Reading previous reviews, it’s clear some morons have a vendetta, I can genuinely say these aren’t true to the actual gym itself, otherwise they wouldn’t hide behind fake profiles. This is a real gym bringing back the old school way of training, an atmosphere hard to replicate. I love it!!

Negative experience: Been 3 weeks and your hip thrust machines broken .. side shoulder raises machine platform broken , grips on handles through tall broken the other hip thrust machine you have the bars bent.. comon sort it out

Negative experience: After 22:00 its hotboxed No aircon no fans on, doors windows shut dispite all the sweating, farting and the repulsive smell coming from the toilets

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Foundry Gym in West Brom for a few months now and it's been a great experience. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of high-quality equipment and a spacious workout area. But what really sets this gym apart is the fantastic personal training services they offer. Dipz has been my PT since I started and he's been amazing. He's knowledgeable, motivating, and always pushing me to achieve my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Foundry Gym to anyone looking for a great workout and top-notch personal training.

Negative experience: Gym needs work , water coming through ceiling several machine cables snapped. White kid at reception needs to learn some manners aswell no customer service whatsoever . Overall the Wolverhampton one is much better. Served a purpose today as no other gyms were open

Negative experience: Good gym but... Chest cables need cutting ✂️ quite asymmetric, standing shoulder machine next to the toilet is dangerous and can't be adjusted (standing platform is held on one screw which someone put in if it snaps someone will get injured), lying hamstring machine (there is lack of 30 degrees extension) therefore you cannot fully stretch your hamstrings. Apart from that all fine.

Positive experience: Review 2022 - over 1year since joined the gym. Generally speaking nice gym, good equipment but no maintenance (u can't use some machines now as they are broken), not too busy, opened 24h, membership price went up to 30£(similar price to most of places these days), there was no lying hamstring machine (they bought new this year but its broken u can't use it), the standing hip extension machine - have not seen even one single person using it( sell it or throw it away), heating has been implemented, chest cables are asymmetrical ( told them 1year ago and still not fixed) Sorry for honest opinion but you don't listen customers, would come back if these are improved. Any questions let me know I can help explain what needs to be fixed if you not sure. From 4+ score I give you 3+ now.

Fantastic experience: Foundry Gym is literally a 2 minute drive from me. I love the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and respectful. Gym membership is reasonable, cant fault.

Negative experience: poorly managed when the prices went up the standards have dropped the stairmaster has been broken since I joined this gym and half the cardio machines are half broken. And one stairmaster is not enough

Positive experience: Great gym! I always enjoy going even when I can't be bothered and have a great workout. Everyone is there to train - can't say I agree with the comment about "people gathering in groups" as my focus is on my training but haven't noticed it (people have friends and they workout together). There's a lot of equipment and you don't feel on top of people even when it's busy! I would definitely like to see a lying leg curl machine and possibly an assault bike bought in. I highly recommend the gym!

Fantastic experience: I give Foundry Gym West Brom 10 out of 10. I was impressed by the amount and variation of different machines and the dumbbell section. The overall appearance and decor is pleasing to the eye. The staff are helpful and approachable. 1 of the best gyms in my local area that is affordable and of great quality. I will definitely be visiting this gym again and would recommend it to others.

Positive experience: Came in for a day pass. They are selling rizzla at the front desk. At a gym? People congregate and staff don’t do anything to stop it. When there is a pandemic going on Plus is, there are sanitising stations and cleaning equipment to clean machines

Positive experience: A lot of very good equipment especially having several squat racks which can also be used to deadlift. Not a particularly big cardio area due to social distancing rules. Buy all gyms have that issue right now.

That has a takeaway place inside to which serves health food which tastes absolutely amazing. Left my commercial gym who changed there hours after reopening and haven't looked back since I joined here....love it. Skip
