Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and set up. Been a couple times when I'm home and this is one of my favourite gyms. Friendly owners and a welcoming atmosphere. The 2 different rooms, one for open gym and one for machine makes working out easy

Fantastic experience: Visit the gym regularly for their crossfit classes, always get pushed to my limits and leave smiling, feeling a lot better than when I went in. Greg and Sarah are so so welcoming, which makes going to the gym fun instead of intimidating (which I have 100% felt in other gyms).

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym! I’ve been to many different gyms all over the country due to work but this one is the best by a mile. I was made to feel so welcome at the classes (which are excellent and lots of options) and the gym is fantastic- you’re never fighting for a rack as you do in so many commercial gyms. You can also access 24hrs a day which was ideal around my work. Friendly people, good kit & nice atmosphere.
