Fantastic experience: Done different martial arts most of my life starting with John harden which I consider one of the best sensei's ever .brought my child to zen martial arts this club is laid back and friendly club my son loves it they patient with him and their are really good with the kids. I consider sensei's Patrick to be up there with John harden as one of the best sensei's and his instructor sherry and peach are very good too.i would recommend zen martial arts to anybody who wants to learn martial arts or even people fancy a change and I have trained under some good instructions in the years. but these guys are above the rest unlike a lot of clubs they are not in it for the money they're in it for the love of and passion for martial arts and they want to pass that on .

Fantastic experience: Zen has been the longest running martial arts club on the fylde coast. I achieved my black belt from this club 10 years ago and i still use the principles and methods that Patrick taught me to this day and i know without the solid foundation of fitness i built there i would not have recovered from some bad injuries i sustained through work. If fitness through martial arts or learning martial arts is what you want and your lucky enough to live near Patrick and his gym then check him out and change your life for the better. Achieving my blackbelt remains my greatest achievement to date. Thanks Patrick =)
