Fantastic experience: An Exceptional gym with a Fantastic team️‍♀️ Female-friendly and empowering, with a great atmosphere for every fitness level. Goodbody's PT team are experienced and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from day 1... its hard to stay away & have a rest day! Whenever I'm in Retford, this is the spot! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve come up from Sheffield for 10 days for a vacation, and needed a gym to train at. I found good body’s gym I walked in and felt right at home, the people are friendly and made me feel welcomed, I had a great weight session with some great equipment and finished my workout on the treadmill upstairs, and after I played on pack man the old arcade game that they have in reception. I am looking forward to my next session. Thank you goodbodys gym for providing a great gym for all us body builders it is very much appreciated. Kind regards Devon Brook

Fantastic experience: I gave Goodbodys gym a go today due to my partner living across the road and I was missing out on my gym sessions when staying over on weekends due to being from Hull. The lady on reception was extremely kind and helpful and made me feel extremely welcoming. There is plenty of equipment to choose from spread across 2 floors allowing you to easily get between equipment and machines without interrupting anyone doing their sets. At the end of my session I returned to reception to purchase some pre workout to leave at my partners so I’m not forgetting powders and was helped on my decision by a gentlemen who asked questions and gave advice on what I should try/get. Normally I take high caffeinated pre but was advised to try stim free and given reasons why to which I understood from the explanation and opted for it. The community at this gym is unreal compared to some I have been to where egos fly through the roof. The advice given was genuine and not of that where you get the I know better than you demeanour. This gym will be my home away from home on the days I’m in Retford and I cannot wait to continue growing with the help of this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Goodbodys! The best thing about it is how welcoming and friendly everyone is. You walk in and staff are ready and willing to help. I have even gained the confidence through Personal training. Well equipped and open 24hrs. By far the best gym around!

Trig, Suzy or staff are always on hand for pre workout or post workout drinks throughout the day, I train here with my son who’s just getting into training highly recommend and access all hours now 24 hour opening 7 days a week !!! Support local !!

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly. The regulars will give you a nod after you come in a few times but will largely leave you to yourself. When I was younger, I was always told it was the 'bodybuilder gym' as though it was a bad thing, but the truth is: being a bodybuilder gym just means that people are busy with their own stuff, so you can workout without judgement or disturbance. If you are hesitant to join a gym, this gym is the one.

Fantastic experience: I am 62 years old and a very unfit woman. Goodbodies has got me on the path to fitness with the help of a female trainer. Goodbodies is for everyone and I am so glad that I joined this gym. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit, even if (like me) has spent her days watching daytime TV and her evenings going to the pub. In fact anyone who wants to get fit.
