Fantastic experience: The most beautiful reformer studio in London. The location is fantastic (3 minute walk from St John’s Wood station) and the building is gorgeous. The vibe is perfect for reformer and the classes the really challenging but in a good way. I can’t go reformer anywhere else now because my standards are too high.

Fantastic experience: This is a very special Pilates studio. Went to a class on a business trip. So happy I was able to fit in a class at Heartcore. I love the philosophy of the movements focused on opening your heart for posture improvement.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t experienced my first class yet. But I had been struggling to get to the studio (I am a foreign guest) and Emily with the customer service line is fantastic. She helped me get situated and I am so excited for my first class!

Fantastic experience: Had the best class with Rich. The class was very hard as it should be, and Rich payed attention to me, helped and corrected me when needed. I had a great workout!!! Also the facility is lovely, very beautiful room

Positive experience: I love this studio—the facilities, instructors, and equipment are all excellent. However, I am surprised by how rigid the customer service is. Though they’ve extended packages before, this time I paid for an extension but made an honest mistake with my travel schedule. Despite providing proof, they refused any flexibility, which felt unnecessarily strict. I understand policies, but a bit of understanding for loyal, paying customers would go a long way. Great studio overall—just be mindful that customer service can be inflexible, even in unavoidable situations.

Fantastic experience: Most beautiful Pilates studio in London ✨ Dropped by this location while travelling for work and I’m so happy I did! I love trying new Pilates in different cities around the world and this has to be one of my favourites, a bit pricy but worth the time I promise you! The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous- if you have the option I would book the stargazer class to see the beautiful tall ceilings and windows! The facility was very clean and well kept, the instructor was super friendly and welcoming I only didn’t know where to go upon arrival since there isn’t really a check in per say but it didn’t matter just went to the studio room and was greeted warmly ✨ thank you so much for an amazing class, will definitely stop by my next business trip in London!

Negative experience: Paid for class, turned up on time, was told FOR NO REASON I couldn’t attend the class Absolute joke ! Never come back. Go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The classes are amazing—challenging in the best way, yet still so much fun. Each session pushes me to improve, but I always leave feeling energized and accomplished. The instructors are top-notch, always attentive and motivating, making sure everyone is working at their own level while encouraging progress. The St John’s Wood studio is also stunning—such a beautiful, serene space to practice in. I look forward to every class and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine!

Fantastic experience: Truly the best Pilates studio in London. All levels welcome and the classes are challenging in a good way. My classes are the bright spots in my week. Each instructor has a bit of their own style which is great, keeps things varied and also lets you find what works for you, after 3 months of regular classes I’m stronger, leaner and getting better at the flows. When I started I was struggling with regaining strength and stability in my ankle after a bad sprain- physio helped very little but Pilates initially with some helpful modifications from instructors had me nearly recovered.

Fantastic experience: I love Georgina’s Sunday find your flow classes! She’s really encouraging. The venue is also beautiful, open and airy. I wish they did more find your flow classes for more less intense classes per week ( )but generally recommend.

Fantastic experience: Christina was incredible. Still aching (in a good way!) two days later. So inclusive as it was my first class at heartcore although I've done reformers other places quite a bit, absolutely loved it and can't wait until the next one ❤️

Negative experience: Amazing workout awful customer service. They have too many customers, to book a slot convinient for you (and ensure availability) you have to book 6 weeks in advance. The customer service is through a chat (no phone available), where most of the time someone will answer with hours of delay, if they ever answer. When you explain that you do not receive the answers and you would like a solution, they simply send you a screen shot of the message that you were supposed to receive (but they do not propose alternative to suit your needs). I am pregnant, I asked when would be the mandatory pregnancy lessons when buying new classes, they told me that there were no classes at that moment but they will notify when available. Apparently they responded to that chat days latter. The answer was never received, and now I am not allowed to attend classes (considering that you need to book with 6 weeks in advance and I am 7 months pregnant) until I have the class that was never proposed. And the response from the staff has been that I will have plenty of occasions to enjoy the classes in the future (9 weeks before my due date). They promise showers and towels. The supposed towel is a piece of sheet, and products in the bathroom are empty. It has also happened a couple of times, to attend the first class in the morning and the machine was dirty from the previous day. Pros: amazing workouts. Cons: Very expensive price, awful customer service, cleanliness and showers do not match expectations

Fantastic experience: Heartcore is simply the best. I love the cleanliness of the studio, the reformers, the great crowd of people (zero pretence!), the workout itself, the 6:30am starts, a great back office team, but above all I love my favourite teachers: Rich, Ruby, and Mariesha who are knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and give really helpful adjustments for a very bespoke feeling, despite the group exercise setting. Literally, I cannot rate Heartcore highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Always amazing! The reformers are the best I've used - and the instructors are so hands on with great feedback. The reception staff are also so kind and helpful too! All the studios I've been to are really well maintained and in great locations as well! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Heartcore is an amazing workout. A full body workout that never gets easier. I’ve taken Rich and Victoria and they are both fantastic. Great exercise variety, they take the time to explain moves and proper form, playlists are great and they’re both super nice people. It can we tough to get into their classes. The waitlist was 13 people long this past weekend.

Fantastic experience: Best place to have an amazing life changing experience :)

Negative experience: Rich clientele workouts apparently very good. So far after a few years of these pepple being in Queens Terrace . The residents here are unhappy with tjeir conduct and lack of appreciation foe the area. They leave rubbish outside to be blown into the streets and neighbouring premises. Also they have devastated our private garden taken away foliage destroyed wildlife and birdnests and left it barren and without life.The manager should be ashamed because of the rubbish. Instead of consulting with the local council they dont care. I have complained with pictures to Westminster council, there lucky I cannot add pictures here of thier conduct.

Fantastic experience: The studio is beautiful and the instructors are really encouraging. I always feel great after I finish here. The front desk is really friendly. A great place all-round! The city studio is fabulous too

Fantastic experience: I love Heartcore primarily because they invest in their teachers and equipment. Yes it’s a little bit pricier but I am yet to find a class in London that is so well constructed, with teachers who pay attention to your goals and needs whilst leading an interesting and challenging class. The staff are always helpful, the studios are clean and a great oasis from London stress
