Fantastic experience: Nothing but greatness from this club. Inclusive in ALL aspects. The combined knowledge from all staff is incredible and I wouldn’t send my daughter anywhere else, the results at competitions really support this. The only club within a 50+ mile radius that competes both nationally and internationally. They’ve sent gymnasts across the pond to Paris to compete and have come away with a brilliant show of awards! This club caters from babies to adults and everything in between! No matter your skill level, you’re loved and respected by all staff. There are clubs local who really don’t compare to CGA. I recommend this club to everyone.

Fantastic experience: The warmth, knowledge, time, skill and support from these coaches are second to none. They have groups / squads suitable for all levels and constructively help all children develop their skills with a wide range of equipment available. My daughter would go every day of the week if she could and every friend we have included has loved it too. Children make great friends through this club and are very supportive of one another. Julia and the team have worked SO hard to make the new premises a suitable site for CGA. Thank you CGA for all that you do.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending Chichester Gymnastics Academy for a few years now, and she absolutely loves it. She’s made great friends and built strong relationships with the staff. However, when the Academy had to move premises on very short notice, I had serious doubts. On our first visit to the new location, I couldn’t help but feel concerned—both about safety and the overall look of the place. I raised my worries with the staff, but if I’m being honest, I had already started looking into other gymnastics clubs. I wasn’t sure this was the right place for us anymore. Then, we missed a week. And during that time, something became clear—we missed this club. We decided to give it another chance, and I’m so glad we did. In just two weeks, the improvements were incredible. Every single one of my concerns had been addressed, and the dedication of the staff was undeniable. Now, I have absolutely no hesitation in continuing to bring my daughter here. Chichester Gymnastics Academy is not just about training—it’s about building friendships, fitness, and a genuine love for the sport. The staff’s commitment and passion are outstanding, and I’m truly grateful that we stayed. The place is improving every day, and I have no doubt it will soon be even better than before!

Fantastic experience: CGA is such a brilliant gym club. My daughter has been going for a few years now and has loved it from day one. She would live there if she could. Brilliant staff and coaches who are so supportive of all their gymnasts whatever level they're at. I feel really comfortable knowing my daughter is being coached to achieve new skills in a supportive way and doesn't ever feel pressured or pushed to do things she's not ready for. Bonus that parents are able to watch sessions. It's a really warm friendly environment and celebrating each others skills and achievements is part of the culture at CGA. Its really lovely to be able to see all this in action at every session. Definitely recommend this Club!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been part of the CGA team for 5 years. A ll the staff care about their gymnasts, they take great care of them physical emotionally and mentally. It has become like a second family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to CGA for around 3 years now and absolutely loves it. She has gone from strength to strength and that is all thanks to the amazing coaches. Summer and Jemma are a breath of fresh air and have done wonders for this club. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a friendly, encouraging and professional environment to learn Gymnastics look no further. My daughter would happily spend every waking moment she has there. A true testament to how Jemma and Summer run CGA. Their support and positive attitude allows the children to grow in both skill and confidence. Certainly the only club worth joining locally with plenty of different levels to suit all abilities.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been with CGA for nearly 5 years and she loves it - she races in the door and would go to gym every day if she could. The coaches are so passionate and dedicated - every gymnast counts and there is always a smile from Julia when we arrive. Can’t recommend this gym enough. Keep doing what you are doing!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym! My daughters have been going for around 4 years now and the progression they have made has been amazing. The coaches are wonderful and they are so supportive of all the children. The gym has such a lovely family feel and I would highly recommend it ti anyone looking for somewhere for their children to get into gymnastics

Fantastic experience: My daughter has attended Chichester Gymnastics Academy for the last 6 years. We had tried other clubs previously but my daughter wasn’t progressing as much as she wanted too. Since joining CGA she has accomplished so much and has loved every minute. From walking in, it’s a very welcoming environment and they have a lovely little cafe for the parents and children to get hot/cold drinks and snacks. The coaches are very good at tailoring the gymnastics to each child individually and if required to adapt their way of coaching to enable each gymnast to reach their full potential. We have found it to be a very inclusive environment and there are lots of opportunities for the children to get involved with camps, club competitions and club displays too. They also have a display team which my daughter is lucky enough to attend, and she has been to events all over the country as well as travelling to Paris for a competition in 2022. My daughter would attend all day every day if she was able to.!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, this is an amazing gym. My daughter has been there for a few years and has developed and grown so much. The coaches are first class, full of praise and will hold their gymnasts hands step by step until they master what they wish to achieve. The gym is friendly and approachable at all times with many groups and squads for all levels. The coaches and Julia pride themselves on not only offering excellent service but also offering a warm and welcoming environment to spectate. For anyone wishing to find the perfect gym then you need look no further.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend CGA. It is the perfect club for any standard of gymnast with kind, fun and very knowledgable coaches. The sessions are very well planned out. They treat every gymnast like family and make everyone feel very welcomed and comfortable! You can sit and watch your gymnasts for their session or They have a cafe area (even a pool table and toys for young ones) to keep all spectators big and small occupied. I wouldn’t take my daughters anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend CGA. Not only is it well organised, with great facilities, all the coaches are amazing. They are professional, caring & passionate about all their members, no matter what standard. Jemma & Summer who run the gym club are approachable, knowledgeable & make sure everyone is included & has fun! Both my girls love it.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the professionalism - and friendliness - of the instructors, my daughter has spent four happy years at CGA and the training has seen her confidence and involvement grow hugely. I would highly recommend the club, which is large enough to cater all ranges from highly competitive to recreational. The facilities are a bonus, too - coffee shop, seating and good WiFi - and easy and plentiful parking, all within walking distance of Chichester city centre. The permanent set up also ensures no time is lost at the start and end of the sessions with setting up of equipment. I would urge anyone looking for a club to check it out.

Fantastic experience: My ten year old daughter and I decided to pay a visit last night following many attempts at finding an appropriate venue for her to learn the basics of gymnastics. We tried a couple of places within the locality to no avail. Both venues we approached were fairly blase regarding safety and security as well as quite disinterested in welcoming a pair of nervous newbees. We were greeted with an incredibly vibrant welcome by two enthusiastic people on the front desk who were very quick to try and to allay any nerves or doubts my little girl had. She waited tentatively at the entrance to the main floor and peered round unsure as to whether to join in or go home and watch her YouTube videos on the subject! The coaches came to collect the kids from the waiting area and took them into the arena. My little one took a little while and decided to take the plunge. Best decision she has made so far. I was taken aback by the level of professionalism of the young and very able coaching staff, the facilities and the overall commitment that every single one of the attendees displayed. Truly phenomenal. She made her poor mum cry when she got home telling her about her evening and everything she'd learned. Well done guys, brilliant. I mean that.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic!

Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted in the complete lack of care and concern for my daughters well being since having an accident at this gymnastics club under their "supervision". My daughter attended the club for nearly 2 years. She went from Recreational to Women's Artistic in a very short time, the way she has been treated these last 4 weeks is appalling. I had already expressed to Daryl that I was very unhappy with how the accident was dealt with, to which he said nothing.. not even an apology. The coaches Harriet and Michelle allowed my daughter to perform a move that not one of them had ever trained her for... She had never been shown how to carry out that specific move correctly! The coaches again didn't even spot my daughter whilst carrying out this advanced move... (The fact that my daughter had to scream at another gymnast to get a coach when the accident happened proves no one was spotting her!) I am appalled that I was not contacted straight away. Even though Daryl knew she needed to go straight to A&E he still did not call me.. or an ambulance. Not acceptable! 45 minutes she had to wait! Not on. Correct First Aid was not applied. Harriet - who was the coach that gave my daughter permission to do a free cartwheel did not attend to her even once whilst she was waiting for me to collect her, she didn't even ask if she was OK... that is disgraceful and she should not be allowed to work with children if she cannot show any care when an accident occurs, which brings me on to my next point... My daughter sustained a very serious knee injury on 4th March, since then she has had an XRay, MRI, Ultrasound, transferred to Southampton General, underwent surgery, over night stay, will start intense physio therapy next week and back for another operation in a few months, dealing with the physical restrictions the injury has put on her, not being able to participate in any sport for the next 12 months plus (that includes any fun physical activities with friends and family) and not forgetting to mention the psychological effects... in these last 4 weeks not once have I had a call, email or even a text from this club asking how my daughter is... absolutely disgusting!!! If I'd have known that my daughter would have been treated in such a way I would not have sent her to learn gymnastics at this club! Nor spent the ridiculous amount of money they charge for such a poor service. My daughter was a promising gymnast - and is actually now having to even learn to walk again because of their negligence.. !

Positive experience: not to bad, quight happy with them.
