Working in the mental health industry it is important to be supported by a company that delivers such high standard of service. Myself a hyperbaric chamber helps in all directions and has had a health effect in my body and my metabolic age I feel rejuvenated and my energy match’s the metabolic age now. Breathing has to be the best exercise for the body!!!

Negative experience: I was excited for my first class at Repose, but due to a biking accident on the road I arrived exactly at 13.30 (which was the starting time of the class), and was refused entry. While it is understandable, no viable solution was offered and the staff was dismissive. It is ironic that this space is supposed to promote mental and physical wellness is so stubborn and gives no effort to try find an alternative solution (other than to complain to ClassPass).

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Repose Space for several months now and absolutely love it! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, creating a nice wellness community. They were very knowledgeable about what biohackings and fitness classes I should do to fit my health and wellness goals. Definitely go give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I am 66, generally the oldest in the class but Reform Yoga and Aerial Yoga are so good for my flexibility. Great club and I like the flexibility of booking the classes .

Negative experience: Toxic environment. They offered me two complimentary treatments (with no expiry date) due to a really cold sauna and when I tried to redeem it they decided to cancel their offer due to time elapsed even though the email did not have an expiry date for treatments. Will not be going back they make up "management policy" as it suits them. No customer relations it's an unpleasant atmosphere.

Negative experience: Booked an infrared sauna session and had a very disappointing experience. While the facilities are clean, the service was subpar. The sauna was 45 degrees at the start of the session and only got up to 52 degrees by the end, whereas it’s suppose to be 60 degrees for the entirety. I asked to speak to management and was told “this sometimes happens” and “there was nothing they could do”. I was told a manager would be in touch, but I never heard from the team. A true waste of £65. Do not go.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about how kind and lovely the reception team here are, thank you for your understanding! Not managed a class yet, so can’t comment on those, but the venue is lovely, looking forward to my first class next week Update… now been to many classes here, all exceptional. So wholeheartedly recommend. The anti-gravity classes are so good for nervous system regulation & injury care too x

Negative experience: I went for intermittent hypoxia therapy there. Most staff members did not know how to use the machine (despite what they say, the device manufacturer even had to email them to explain them how to set up the machine). They do not allow to change the parameters (default hypoxia hyperoxia starting from 14% FiO2 which can be too intense for many people). They don't do the initial hypoxia challenge to determine the optimal parameters.

Negative experience: Racist instructors and aggressive behaviour! The absolute worst experience in my whole life. Terrible! The instructor herself was passive aggressive throughout the session, came late and her session was unorganised (random exercise sets without a good flow). The other male instructor stormed into the room before we had a chance to put on our clothes disrespectfully. Instead of apologising he aggressively raised his voice and argued with us. No proper apology was made, and the receptionist was very defensive about the situation. If you know your moneys worth don’t spend it on this form of arrogant and disrespectful service.

Fantastic experience: The intro package for new customers, including 3 classes and 3 biohacking treatments, is a great value for money. We enjoyed a barre class in a beautiful studio, followed by an infrared sauna, red light therapy and then cryotherapy for 3 minutes. Loved it and felt very relaxed. Staff is very friendly as well.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience here. I walked in one minute early to class and the instructor tried to kick me out of the class I paid for. I tried to explain I was on time and she cut me off and again gave me attitude and told me to go rebook. Until someone interrupted her and told her that her clock was wrong. You should save your money with this place.

Fantastic experience: Nuno is amazing. The way he teaches is so unique. He’s making jokes, and making you fully relax at the same time. I’m coming back for sure.

Negative experience: On the surface it’s a good place, and good facilities. Once you start to use Repose, you realise the changing facilities aren’t up to market standard. As an example, at least 50% of the showers in the men’s changing rooms havent been working for at least 8 weeks even after my complaining three times - this isn’t good enough. Be warned.

Fantastic experience: Incredible customer service. All staff members were very welcoming, informative, knowledgeable and helped with my very complex cluster headache and migraine combine condition. Extremely attentive and supported me throughout to ensure I was safe. I did three sessions of Cryo therapy, they have helped me significantly. I will continue to use cryo therapy. Anyone with migraines and/or cluster headaches, I would highly recommend this treatment. I was anxious to start. Left feeling hope that this may help manage the headaches with almost immediate reduction in symptoms. Thank you Repose

Fantastic experience: This is the best and nicest gym I have ever seen in London. The staff is friendly, attentive, caring. I took an annual subscription to EMS classes, it's just incredible, in a year my figure has tightened up very well, they corrected my shape. It felt like I went to the gym every day to work out, although I only went to an EMS class once a week. I liked the trainers, they are all professionals and know their business. And I am buying a subscription again to go to EMS with pleasure. I also tried the cryo room where it is minus 80 degrees, massages, and much more. I really liked everything, all the staff work at the highest level

Negative experience: RIDICULOUS late policy! if you are 1 min over you won't be allowed into class, the guy behind reception was not pleasant or helpful and was really rude. As a previous dance teacher its a load of FLUFF about 'latecomers will disrupt the class' yes by like 10-15 mins you could understand but 1 or 2 minutes over is pathetic! I always used to let people into my class a few mins over, we should appreciate peoples lives and what maybe going on for them. They are attempting to be 'Kensington elite' in their practices but actually real etiquette would always be understanding of someones circumstances or even book them into another class. If the teachers think it's too disrupting for them to be a couple mins late, it just says a lot about how they can cope with classes in general and has made me wary of the teachers at Repose.

Fantastic experience: I like how smooth the process was from one treatment to the next. It flowed, i didnt have to think much, i was relaxed the whole time i was there. The staff were knowledgable and friendly, they answered all my questions. The Facilities were really clean, i like they layout and environment very welcoming. I really enjoyed the red light therapy and cryo session, i felt so energised and alive afterwards. It was my first time trying these biohacking therapies, i will use repose again to see the benefits over time.

Negative experience: Obnoxious late policy. Arrived at 7.00 and 30 secs and we’re unnecessarily strict on not letting me in for first class of the day. Had also attempted to phone ahead. Hustled to get to that one class as teachers are great but super let down that I’ve wasted money, hauled to get there and been treat unpleasantly to start the day. Terrible value today and very disappointed.

Negative experience: Was not even 1 minute late (because tube had broken down) and was not let in into the class. Paid almost 20£ for a class and spent 45 min on the tube just to be rudely told off. I understand that classes need to start on time, but last time I came people were also significantly late and still allowed to join (same class). They were not able to offer any classes on the same day that I could join, asked to be rebooked to another day - which had to be checked with mgmt, but never heard back. Very disappointing experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Unique fitness and wellness space of calm in a great location. Quality offerings and Antigravity classes are so much fun.

Negative experience: I went to an aerial yoga class which ended up being a complete scam- the woman “doing” the training was completely unprofessional and told us not to tell reception so many of us are attending the class. Super sketchy and basically just took our money.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible clients service. The place booked me for the appointment several months ago and didn’t send me any confirmation, reminder or notification! So I missed the oppointment because I didn’t know that it had been booked (!!!) for that specific day. Now they demand me to pay for the missed appointment, referring to the fact that supposedly my notifications were turned off, which is not true and I proofef the opposite.

Fantastic experience: A place where I keep going to again.. and again.. and again. I have been to multiple aerial yoga classes around London, but I keep coming back to Repose because you can tell it's the little things that make a difference. From the way you are instructed to how you hold the hammock, to keeping an eye out and seeing if your face shows any signs discomfort; and constantly reassuring you can do the regression. Fantastic experience: I adore this place and all classes! My favorite aerial pose was on my first day, at Aerial Stretch: a multiple leg-wrap and head-lock for “flying” at 2 mt from the floor in a horizontal pose, with harms wide open and body parallel to the floor (supported by the hammock passing along the body and by the locked head and leg, with a few above-knee wraps too. I could not find the equivalent pose online, but only some pre-steps to then go into it)

Negative experience: The most corrupted place around, they allow a dreadful woman called Agnieszka who’s got zero experience in teaching and very average performance in classes, even as a student, to teach classes so others can go for holiday and members are paying to be thought by a n inexperienced 47 year old who have spent her life as a domestic cleaner and now suddenly gets to cover while there are several proper professional teachers with many years of experience in full time employment. Fantastic experience: I have taken numerous aerial yoga and fitness classes all over North America, but this was my first time taking a class outside of NA. Repose is definitely among the highest ranking studios and teachers I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. Aerial fusion was challenging yet still incredibly fun, and the aerial yoga class was wonderfully sequenced. The instructors were kind and helpful and never made me feel anything but supported (sometimes literally). I felt welcome and was never made to feel like I was not experienced or strong enough to take these classes. Really a wonderful place to sweat and fly and have a good time.

Fantastic experience: Repose was excellent from start to finish! I tried the cryotherapy first as I had some pains in my legs/lower back, and I felt the intensity of the cold soothen my tightness in these areas almost immediately. I was then guided into the red light therapy and lastly, the sauna rooms to finish with heat relaxation. The sauna and cryotherapy rooms both have ability to plug your own music in which is a lovely personal touch, as well as the facilities for all being clean and impressive! The showering and changing room facilities were to a high standard, including charging cables in the lockers! All the staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome on my first visit there. Will definitely be making another visit when I return to London :) special thanks to Ben for the knowledge that he shared and for arranging a smooth visit!!

Fantastic experience: Repose has best instructors who teach the most fun classes. Nuno and Jordana are my favourite instructors. Biohacking sessions including Red Light Therapy, Cryo Chamber and Infrared Sauna help me recover quickly. They have a nice cafe bar on the ground floor which makes amazing facelift coffees full of collagen and goodness. You can get facial and body treatments too. Yes, they have it all!

Fantastic experience: I like instructors at Repose. Every teacher is very professional and gives extra help to each member of the class. There is a great combination of classes from dynamic barre to restorative yoga and it helps me to balance my workouts. I would really recommend to try Nuno's antigravity class.
