Positive experience: While yoga classes are excellent, I find the cleanliness of the place is not of a high standard - lots of hair strands on the floor even at the first class of the day - that means the floor is not cleaned every day. Appreciate if management picks this up and it improves soon.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money. The yoga classes are great with a wide variety of teachers and styles. Some classes you get more assistance and individual direction from teachers. The studios are well kitted with yoga mats etc. Very convenient booking classes. Clear waitlist system in the very few oversubscribed classes.

Negative experience: Unfortunately it's constantly 'flooded' so not open regularly.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for yoga classes for a while now, and have been sceptical about joining either due to price or wondering whether I would enjoy the classes. Then I came across More yoga and their first month £1 offer along with the fact that they have multiple locations, a few of which are local to me. Adding the fact that their website was very informative and broke down the different types of yoga classes they have. I thought ok, if not now when? I joined up and wasn't disappointed. Each class i have attended has been great! The instructors are skilled and helpful. I am so pleased that I found More yoga and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for variety and classes taught by skilled helpful instructors. The studio itself has great ambiance, it's spacious and clean with changing rooms, if required, and a restroom.

Fantastic experience: MoreYoga in Lewisham has been amazing! The teachers are super friendly and genuinely great at what they do. They’ve helped me improve my technique so much - I feel stronger and more confident in every class.

Negative experience: They closed down my usual studio because of a leak so i went to this one for the time being. The yoga mats stink a lot, they smell like feet and I had a really hard time to concentrate with that awful, awful smell. And when you enter the studio it smells damp, it smells like what an abandoned place would smell like. The teachers are amazing and lovely as always!!

Fantastic experience: More Yoga Lewisham is a really great yoga studio with excellent teachers. It is affordable and has everything you need- a specious room with plenty of mats & blocks etc, private changing rooms and a WC. Easy to book on the app and lots of different payment options make it my favourite place to practice. Every class I have attended has been taught well and even after a lifetime of practice I am still learning! Thoroughly recommend More Yoga Lewisham for all levels of yogis.

Fantastic experience: This is a great yoga studio, conveniently located in Lewisham and with all the kit you need for a variety of classes. The studio is one of my favourite MoreYoga studios because of how spacious it is, meaning lots of space between mats, great for classes with playful elements like backbends and arm balances, and classes like yin with lots of full body stretching. I love the variety of classes on offer at this studio, and all the teachers I’ve had have been excellent.

Fantastic experience: I started a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The price is perfect, and l've had the pleasure of working with four different teachers so far, all of whom have been wonderful. Each session offers a unique experience, with a variety of yoga and Pilates styles to try. Though I'm still new, every time I attend, I can truly switch off mentally and enjoy the movement and exercise that my body craves. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience!

Fantastic experience: Such great teachers at this studio (special shout out to João, Patricia, Andrea and Sarah!) and a great range of yoga styles available. I also love that people of any experience and ability can go to most classes, and they've just added more! My only issue is that the prices have increased a lot since last year, but it is still great value for money

Fantastic experience: I use the Lewisham studio the most and it’s the best - I am in my happy place when I am on my yoga mat. More yoga has helped provide a space for me to be mindful and I’m able to practise yoga every day. All the yoga instructors at Lewisham are amazing and the studio is clean and well equipped. I look forward to practising yoga every day.

Positive experience: I have been a big fan of MoreYoga since 2019 and for the last 5 years I have been going to their Lewisham-based classes. It is just the perfect mix of affordability and quality, the teachers are great, the variety of classes on offer is second to none and I have never seen a studio offering such an eclectic mix of yoga options, also combined with pilates, etc. The Lewisham studio is very close to the DLR and train station so super easy to reach!

Negative experience: Great teachers in a good location but there has consistently been a “smelly feet” odour in this studio. On top of this it’s also very dusty, hair all over the floor etc. I’m not sure how frequently the mats are cleaned and floors are swept - the floors have been dusty and dirty when it’s the first class of the day (this has happened more than once).

Negative experience: This place has a really bad smell and so do the mats unfortunately which was quite distracting when trying to relax.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Moreyoga for some years now and I love that there is always a variety of yoga classes available daily and at different times which means I can attend according to my schedule and around family life. Lewisham is my closest studio so i spent the most time here and really enjoy all the teachers who teach here they are all knowledgeable and accommodating for all levels.

Fantastic experience: Great studio! The location is really good and easy to reach. The studio is well equipped and as soon as the door is closed it is a calm environment. I have attended many different classes and each instructor is really knowledgeable and offer informative sessions. There is always various options for your level and I have always felt there is a place for every level from beginner up.

Positive experience: Great teachers and a good size space - sometimes the classes feel a little crowded but it’s not too bad. Great variety of types of yoga and there’s multiple classes on throughout the day to suit everyone’s schedule.

Positive experience: It’s such a pity but this studio has a really foul smell, it’s really unpleasant and puts me off going to more classes here because it just makes me feel like everything is unclean. I don’t find this with other locations as much. Otherwise the teachers, classes, location and facilities are great for how affordable it is.

The instructors all have very different styles and it’s been great trying these out and figuring out what works best for me. Fantastic experience: Really lovely yoga studio with mats, bolsters and blankets etc. Have been going consistently for a month now and felt the yoga teachers are wonderful, can help with moves. Simple studio, but heaters switched on for flow to restore evening classes which is relaxing. Lovely lighting for meditation classes. The classes has really helped with my flexibility and overall well-being. Would recommend the studio to anyone!

I ended up coming back as I really enjoyed it - the size an layout of the room is really good, you can sit anywhere and still be able to see the teacher clearly; the studio is located in a nice, quiet area; there is a variety of great classes and the timings are almost always convenient :)

Fantastic experience: So far I’ve tried three different studios -Greenwich Creekside, Lewisham & Surrey Quays-I’ve to say that I have tried and I really enjoyed one Pilates class in Surrey Quays Wednesday at 12:30 with Elizabeth very difficult to choose between this one and my Dharma class with Joao Rodrigues in Lewisham also Wednesday at 12:15!- really enjoy Dharma class!! Please do more Pilates classes with Elizabeth on the weekend! Affordable classes, clean studios and lovely and professional teachers! Definitely I recommend MoreYoga!

Fantastic experience: A peaceful, large and great studio in Lewisham. Has a variety of excellent teachers that ensure there is a professional and calm atmosphere during class and in between. The app of moreyoga is very comfortable to use and the prices are friendly. There are changing rooms, toilets and equipment for practicing.

Fantastic experience: Very nice location, clean and very good teachers. Close to Dlr station and Asda supermarket. Scheduling of the classes is great and there is a vary different type of yoga.

Fantastic experience: I kept walking past the studio for months before deciding to give it a try. The studio has a nice open space and all the classes I have tried have been nothing but wonderful. The yin class with Mel is my favourite as I always feel lighter after the class. Just what you need after a long day.

Fantastic experience: Moreyoga! Great open large studio in lewisham. Amazing teachers, great community spirit and have made a lot of friends here. There are no showers but there are changing rooms. Studio can get a lil cold in winter so recommend wearing a jumper before practice starts. But it is perfect. Everything you need from a yoga studio. Great location

Fantastic experience: A great studio with lots of bike parking opposite. This is a large studio, which despite the COVID restrictions can still hold upto 20 people, so still brings the benefit of a larger class. Vinyasa classes are great and Mark provides plenty of tips throughout the class to ensure alignment. I do love the 7am classes.. Super easy to use and always clean. The central team go to great lengths to ensure the safety of class participants.

Fantastic experience: Some of the classes at More Yoga Lewisham are really good for a Yoga practicer or for someone new to it. I have my personal favorite teachers and I am sure that everyone can find a practice that suits him/her. It's a good place to sweat and concentrate your mind. Recommended, especially because extremely close to where I live

Positive experience: I've really enjoyed visiting this studio - nice space with a decent amount of space in most classes so you don't feel squished in. The schedule offers a range of different classes - from more active ones where you can build up a sweat to more relaxation focused classes so there should be be something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I'm a convert to yoga since learning to cope with a running injury. Now I'm back running I'm determined to keep up with the yoga. MoreYoga is brilliant. The instructors have great expertise and the classes are tough! In a good way.

Fantastic experience: MoreYoga at Lewisham made me feel extremely welcome and respected, especially being a beginner. The teachers were all attentive to my injuries and very friendly and gently corrective throughout. The studio is never too busy and is off the beaten track so a wonderfully natural atmosphere of calm.

Positive experience: The MoreYoga studio in Lewisham has a great variety of classes at convienient times for a pre or post work day session. I love the range of classes available on a daily basis so I can go for a different style depending on my mood that day. The teachers have all been very helpful and knowledgable. The only minor downside would be the area available for shoes/bags is pretty small and cramped in one corner of the room.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to More Yoga Lewisham for over a year. I started as a complete beginner. It’s a great location, I love the feel inside with the lighting and mandala wall. There’s a great variety of classes and instructors and I’ve been able to build my confident and try classes I usually wouldn’t. I’ve noticed lately that the bolsters could do with a wash, they are a bit dusty. And also quite often when there is a 15 minute gap, people try get in the studio before we have finished. Maybe a sign saying class in session or open/closed would be helpful? I’m moving away soon and I’m gutted I won’t have a More Yoga studio nearby.

Fantastic experience: A great yoga studio. Bright, big and a great range of teachers and styles of classes. Greenwich creekside is a little bit brighter (and closer to me), but the lewisham branch is close enough that I mix and match depending on what class I prefer. My membership is great value for money too.

Fantastic experience: Had my first session today with Mike at Greenwich Creekside. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get an all round body workout and have so much fun in the process. It challenged me and left me eager to get back into yoga practice. Thankyou!

Positive experience: The studio is lovely, clean, a decent size and very well stocked. The booking system works very well; I've been going for 2 months and always managed to get a space in the class, even when booking late (which is not always the case in other London studios). They have compromised on changing rooms (there are three very small ones, a larger group one would be more effective), but I've not found this to be an issue. A water fountain would be nice. The schedule is pretty comprehensive, there are relaxing and challenging classes to suit every need. I particularly like Dani Young and Connie Crawford's classes. Note: Most teachers don't correct you. I don't know if this is policy but sometimes is nice to have help with alignment.

Fantastic experience: LOVE my local yoga studio! I went consistently (about 4 x week) from January to June, then back in September. The minimalist decor works well for focus during yoga. Even when it was very cold, the heating worked nicely, and in the hot summer, it was cool enough. There was briefly a problem with damp, but it was sorted quickly. Plenty of equipment (blocks, blankets, bolsters) and really clean. Love that rubber mats are set out so I don't need to bring my own, which is tricky as a cyclist, and when coming from work. The instructors all bring something a bit different. Kat's Saturday morning Mandala Flow is a highlight of the week, and I've also loved the evening Yin & Meditation classes, though it's also fun to mix in more of a power flow or class that incorporates more of a fitness element. Good price for the quality of instructors, and shows you don't need fancy surroundings and facilities. Only thing I would like to see is a water fountain.

Fantastic experience: Simply love it ! The classes are varied. I like the fact that there are some classes at 7.30pm so I can do yoga after work. Instructors are very good and nice, each time they explain and show different options for each pose.
