Fantastic experience: If you haven't tried Circuit Training you need to! This is an excellent workout - you get in and you get out - job done, no faffing. The team are great motivators and are always happy to help you. They also run boot camps and do PT. Something for everyone - well, everyone who is up for a solid workout!

Positive experience: Very motivating and a great workout. Staff are excellent and very friendly atmosphere. I just wish the beginners classes were more suited to beginners. It's very hard to break yourself in because even the beginner classes cripple you.

Negative experience: I wouldn't keep fit here. Certainly not
