Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough! I started Bounce around 6 months ago then soon joined Barbells too. Before joining, I lacked confidence when it came to any class based fitness and was very self conscious but these classes are something else- everyone is so friendly and welcoming and each class has such a buzz. Our instructor Rosie is honestly the best and makes our classes so much fun! Each track has different options depending what you can do too which really helps at times. Honestly the best classes around!

Negative experience: Incredibly rude staff - making remarks that make attendees feel uncomfortable. Is not beginner friendly. Avoid.
