Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with amazing atmosphere and instructors. Really high level coaching but still accessible for all levels - can't recommend the Muay Thai and BJJ classes highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at mma clinic for two years, it was the best decision I have ever made and only regret not starting sooner. If you considered martial arts then not only have the found a place with outstanding teaches/ coaches though, also members. Everyone is encouraging, friendly and professional. I began with absolutely zero experience and welcomed with open arms. No matter your level of experience there is something for you! Come join!!

Positive experience: OK, but many of the guys take cheap shots and hold submissions way too long even after you've tapped. When it came to showing my judo skills I was told I had to stick to BJJ, giving the others an unfair advantage. Not my type of gym, but they had a big matted area and good equipment.

Fantastic experience: Have been doing their conditioning class on Wed afternoon for a few months now - it's tough, different excercises every time, and I love it. Also tried bag work classes on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime, led by Shane or Adam - great fun and amazing work out. Highly recommend, everybody there is super friendly and nice.

Fantastic experience: I've only checked out the shop, it's really small with a few different types of gloves. The staff are friendly and helpful.
