Fantastic experience: Hands down the best CrossFit gym there is. The equipment, the trainers, the vibes, the people. Everything is perfect.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly box with lots of options to increase or decrease difficulty. The trainers are all welcoming and take their time to explain all the exercises thoroughly. Don't think you're getting away without a proper workout though! It's grueling in the best kind of way.

Fantastic experience: I visited London for a week and dropped in at Amica365 from Monday to Friday. I have to say that I really enjoyed it, the workouts were challenging and the coaches supportive and very competent. I will definitely come back next time I am in London and I would 100% recommend it!

Fantastic experience: In a city full of endless gyms and trainers, AMICA Kings Cross is most impressive - not just the excellent equipment, incredible location, but for the people and programming. CrossFit has changed my life and the keen interest and commitment of the coaches has taken my skills, determination and fitness to the next level!

Negative experience: First impressions matter, and while I initially joined because of the convenient location, I feel somewhat like just another number. This is the same reason I left gyms a few years ago. Being new to CrossFit, I don't have a reference point, but the studio is decent. A couple of instructors have been good, only been there a couple weeks. Good in the sense they guide you through techniques…jury still out, on a short term membership so far not keen on extending due to a couple of bug bears. The single shower can be annoying having to wait, especially when rushing to work post-workout. Update: There is an issue with the showers water does not drain known to the owners/managers who are unbothered. The worst was the realisation that the one toilet does not flush. Surely this is a health and safety concern? A proper functioning toilet should be the bare minimum for your staff and obviously clients. Customer service is none existent unless of course you are signing up, once you do, as a rightfully observed you are just a number. 26/09/23-Update I am updating to reflect response from Amica365. I joined in August, never knew Amica365 existed in March. If what you are saying is an update it’s truly shocking. Flooding shower with broken tray along with a toilet that flushed sometimes is something I have seen in the 8 weeks I have been a member! At the very least be honest!

Classes are tough, that's CrossFit's creed, But Amica365 will lead you to succeed. Every challenge leaves you feeling sublime, No better way to spend your time! Amica365, it's the place to be, Not just a gym, it's a fitness spree. In the heart of Kings Cross, it stands tall, The best CrossFit gym of them all!

Fantastic experience: Impressive studio with cages, rowers, barbells changing rooms and lockers - furnishings matched and exceeded only by challenging, guided workouts similar to CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: Love love the space & environment Amica team create AND attention coaches give individual needs - they really understand the body! I find most gyms / classes scary as not a natural exercise person (!) Amica is nourishing with a great supportive community of members & Coaches, where everyone is considered an athlete no matter if you're a new to exercise like me! Addictive! Plus their monthly Late Fridays are fun!
